“The books I ordered were in a set with a matching outer box cover. The books were not securely packed and arrived with the outer box cover torn in two places. Otherwise, the books themselves were not damaged.”

“Delivery on time & books in very good condition. HOWEVER! Charged for first class delivery for the whole order and didn’t receive it, one book arrived quickly, the others didn’t. Queried this by email, explanation clear but wording wasn’t that clear at time of order, hence disappointed and money wasted.”

“Both items were slightly damaged, which happened the last time I purchased something. So it seems to be a perennial occurrence with my orders. Price is great, but I wouldn't expect a shipping time of 5 days on an order I placed on Sunday (dispatched Friday). Overall, OK, but some nibbling issues that aren't a rare occurrence.”

“Arrived quickly, but a massive amount of packaging for two tiny books which seemed very wasteful and meant a trip to the post office for me as it wouldn't fit through the letter box. Packaging could definitely be improved, but at least it was cardboard and recyclable so not all bad.”

“I have been happy with everything I have received from Wordery and the prices are excellent however the tracking times are a bit misleading as the last time I ordered something I was given two sets of conflicting times. I will continue to shop with Wordery.”

“Wordery made me happy by finally responding that a new package was on the way. The lack of a way to contact anyone besides by filling out a form on the site is terrible customer service. The fact that each response took at least a week is ridiculous in 2018. I understand that packages get lost. It's a fact of life and that's not Wordery's fault. However, the fact that there is no way to communicate that doesn't take a week between responses is horrible. If you're understaffed and so can only get to folks that slowly, I strongly recommend that you hire more staff. Also, if you have no intention of honoring it, please remove the expected delivery date. It says 7-14 days. When I contacted you because it had been nearly 30 days, the first response I waited a week for was that the expected delivery date is an estimate. I get things routinely sent from China and Japan in 4-7 days. I can't understand why something that was supposed to be in stock would take more than double the delivery date.”

“Hey guys, My book fell apart a week after I bought it. Yes, the delivery was quick...Yes the order was made flawless but the quality of the Guide was more than poor. I will be happy to take my money back and actually I wouldn't ask for it if you wasn't to send me this survey....”
