“Your products are great. Your website was so wonky that I had to do and re-do and re-do and then call for help. I ordered 2 of something and was notified that there was only one. That was fine. I ordered notecards. I got an email that you hope I will enjoy the book I ordered. I did not order a book. Total confusion. I gave up. Then some time later my notecards arrived. You need to work on your website and communication.”

“I’m gutted about this book. It has had so much hype on Instagram but I just did not enjoy it as much as everyone else. I loved the representation in this book, featuring Stella who has high functioning autism, and this idea of her learning how to seduce men and have a relationship. I liked Michaels character too. However after the initial part of the book it just got very repetitive and lost substance for me. It was frustrating reading the characters struggles with each other, and I found it all a bit unbelievable. I also was not expecting so many raunchy scenes from this book, and they were written well but after about 5 times of the same thing, I was done. I did enjoy the book, I just wanted so much more from it!”

“Very good to have free standard delivery but some confusing adverts about discounted next day delivery. I’ve ordered 3 books to reach the minimum to found that 2 of the books will be dispatched separately and delivery as standard. Also no phone number for customers”

“I’m very pleased with the variety of stock you hold and appreciate that most stock comes from warehousing in countries other than the one we purchase from , the only major complaint I have is the length of time that passes between purchase and dispatch is unreasonable , travel time after dispatch is always going to vary but why is the picking and dispatch of the stock such a lengthy wait time ?”
