“Whilst the price made me happy the despatch time and delivery was far too long. Fifteen days. If I’d have known it would take so long it would have made a difference to my exexpectations.”

“I needed the book ASAP for a school assignment but it was only dispatched a week after I placed the order and I then waited another week before receiving it. My order confirmation said I would receive the book within 5-9 business days but it took more than 10 days. Other than that I received the right product in good condition at the best price I could find online.”

“When I reported the non arrival of my order they offered to send another. However the book was "delivered" 2 days later...but was abandoned on top of my post box in pouring rain!! Fortunately I found it before it was ruined!”

“The cost of the books was good and there was free delivery with the books, however the wait for the books took time. They informed me that the books had been sent and then I received an email saying they had not been sent and then a few days later another email to say they had actually been sent out. The condition of the books when they eventually arrived was good. If you want to pay a bit extra use either Waterstones or Whsmiths for faster service, but you will have to pay for delivery.”

“The packaging of the book leaves something to be desired. Being loose in the bag, it must have shifted around a lot in transportation and a couple of the pages got very crumpled from other materials in the bag.”

“Your supply of the book I ordered was "acceptable" in that you supplied it within the timescale you had offered. I was not hugely impressed with this period though. I know of far better delivery times. However, what I find UNacceptable is the number of communications I have received since then. If I haven't yet BLOCKED your emails. please believe that I was close to it. I do not want to be pestered by your advertising. I accept that some advertising is necessary. To my mind once a month is quite sufficient. If you exceed this I shall BLOCK your emails. I won't count this. Mind you even before I have finished I am being given the unwanted opportunity to CHAT! Presumably your survey agents?”
