“The book I wanted was cheaper on Wordery but the delivery timescale was very long in comparison with other suppliers. So it's a good option if you don't mind waiting longer than usual for your book - especially when sourced from another supplier.”

“The price and service is very good, I have ordered from wordery before, however, the book I ordered most recently was damaged on the spine and it was a gift for my daughter so was very disappointed.”

“The books i ordered was not in stock at time od were great but i found the delivery time very long, i was unaware that the book was not in stock at time of ordering i would have gone to another vendor who had the item in stock. my delivery was only just in the delivery slot so my review has been rated as neutral”

“Book was delivered in timely manner, however, the pages were folder over and the front cover folded and creased (I assume during packaging). Bit disappointed that the book looked used when I paid price for new.”

“Your prices are very good, your website interface is friendly and the website experience, check out are positive - as it would be expected - so everything good BUT your dispatch time and delivery time are very slow, hence the 3 out of 5 rating. If dispatch/delivery were a bit faster - not even a lot, jst a bit - then rating would easily be 5 out of 5.”

“Firstly, please don't use that wording 'tell us how wordery made you happy'--this is irritating presumptuousness; better to say 'how did we do'? Thanks. I like your service but your wait times are not competitive with others. I will continue to use your services because I will not use tax-avoiding Amazon, but some honest feedback is that I did have to wait a long time for the book. Also, any way to make you shipping more environmentally friendly? So much packaging! I'm sure you sympathise, and perhaps more customers other than myself would appreciate efforts to reduce?”

“I ordered 5 items and the pricing was competitive. HOWEVER two items took far too long to be sent and will make me think twice about ordering from Wordery again. You need to manage these delays - for whatever the reason - out of your supply process.”
