“The book came as described, was well packaged and in new condition. The delivery period was extended which was understandable as it was over Christmas, however the tracking & reporting system was inaccurate re. the anticipated / programmed delivery date.”

“I had to pay postage to return diary which was bought in error. It wasn't the cost, it was the time involved in packaging and going to post office and queueing at post office.”

“I ordered two books - delighted with quality and packaging but not so happy with delay. Ordered 22/11 with 4-8 working days delivery time promised. On 30/11 was told of delivery delay due to 'unforeseen circumstances' and items finally arrived in December, in time for Christmas. These things happen especially in the Christmas rush and I would use company again in the hope that this was just a one-off delay this time.”

“Purchasing was straight forward, ordered something for a gift. I was kept up to date with my parcel tracking up until ‘Out for Delivery’. I am still waiting for a parcel that was originally estimated to arrive five days ago.”

“Speed of delivery and price as ever were excellent but the cover picture of the book I received was not as shown on the website. I specifically wanted the advertised cover so that it matched other books in the series that I already own.”
