“Disappointed with delivery times.I know it's Christmastime but all our deliveries seem to have taken at least 5days. You do need to improve on this.”

“Book (about Malta) was as described but unfortunately took longer to arrive than I thought and I was already on holiday when it arrived. Took 2 weeks to get delivered.”

“The first copy of the book that I ordered from you arrived in a state that made it unacceptable as a present which it was. The paper cover was torn and some pages creased. I returned this copy and ordered a second copy. This arrived less damaged than the first copy, damaged nevertheless, and will be given as a present. I guess there is a problem at the printers but also in your inspection procedures. Hence I rate your performance as merely 'acceptable'.”

“The book cover was damaged at the top. Because I need it for Christmas I didn't try to send it back. It did arrive very punctuality though.”

“The book price and packaging was very good. There was a problem/delay with the delivery which is why I am marking it down. I had the option to cancel when I checked and saw there a delay for Wordery to get the book out to me and I threatened to cancel my order fearing I might not get it in time for Christmas as it was to be a gift. Then I was told the book would be despatched promptly. I wonder if I hadn't said that I might cancel would it have made a difference. However I felt I wanted to give more e.g. 4 stars as the problem might not have been entirely of Wordery's own doing but decided on 3 stars finally.”

“Although delivery partner was late delivering this was not the fault of Wordery. Tracking system is not very good as my parcel was showing delivered 7 days before delivery.”

“THe book I ordered arrived timely though with a slightly bent/crummpled edge to the front cover. I will be apologetic to the recipient of it as a Christmas gift that it is not in perfect condition. In a shop I would have left this copy on the shelf.”

“Good prices and prompt delivery. Disappointed that both deliveries had book covers that were slightly damaged. As they were presents, I wasn't really happy about that but couldn't be bothered to return the packages.”
