“Book said it was in stock, but then days after purchasing it said it was on back order with no estimated time of delivery. I wish I would have been notified BEFORE I submitted my payment information. I also would have liked a better time frame of when it would be delivered.”

“Your have a very slow delivery service which is so slow that you begin to doubt if the order was properly received and is being dealt with. I ordered a book almost 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.”

“I do like your products BUT the timing on shipments is VERY (very!) slow and makes it extremely difficult to plan for gift-giving (which is exactly what my most recent purchase was for). This gift arrived WEEKS late and I had NO idea that it would take this long for an item to arrive.”

“I purchased a book and it arrived later than arrarnged. The problem, however, is not this but the fact Wordery can loose the track of the packages; something I cannot really understand.”

“Unfotunately I don’t feel that the book should have been described as in ‘good condition’ as the pages are yellowed and the book smells musty. This is quite disheartening as I have purchased from you in several occasions and the books I have received in the past have always met my expectations. I do not have the time to send the book back as I need it for my masters dissertation. I sincerely hope this is a one off situation as I always recommend you to lecturers, counselling colleagues, students from my cohort and the students that I mentor.”

“The price is often right. Lovely website. However, items are not always dispatched within the delivery window stipulated. I have received books later than the 2 - 4 days indicated. If it takes longer and Wordery is aware that's the case, then please be up front about it, so I can make an informed decision.”
