“Very disappointed to find the used copy I purchased was hard-cover, no mention of this.As I was posting the book overseas (Aust) this was very important to me, and I ended up paying over £11, in order to meet Xmas deadline. Should have been clear in the description.”

“Wordery is a good place to shop books, but it would be good if they made the packaging more damage-proof. Cause the last book I've ordered was a little damaged on the left down corner. Except from this little issue, I think Wordery is great. Keep up the good work!”

“i have really mixed expereince of Wordery - sometimes they are cheapest for a boook, other times not, in ways that are hard to predict or understand. i find the website slow to load and a bit cumbersome to navigate/use. i tend to use them when price is more important than speed - i usually find that they ship slower than many (tho there have been a few exceptions). like i said, mixed experience and feelings.”

“My dealings with Wordery are always excellent however just recently (and the for the first time ever) I received books that were not in perfect condition. One had a corner that was damaged (Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind) and also one book had a bend in the bottom right hand corner.... (Irena's Children). Sapiens was in a box and I get the sense it wasnt securely placed in the box. Irena's Children was in a cardboard envelope and because it is so bendable, I have a feeling the Australian Post Office delivery person may have caused damage to the Irena's Children book by shoving it into the mail box. Now there is a crease in the book cover. I am still waiting to receive one book (Stamped from the beginning). Hoping I receive it today.....”

“The customer service is excellent. The quality of packaging is disappointing though. I ordered books few times but few books arrived with damages because cardboard boxes weren't strong enough to hold the books. I hope that the quality of packaging will be improved. If it does,I would like to use the shop more often. The selection of books and the customer service are very good.”
