“This is the first time I have used Worktop Express and I was impressed with the service and the quality of the worktops that were supplied. If there was any complaint at all it would be regarding the delivery men as my builder mentioned to me that they were not very helpful. Having said that, I would recommend Worktop Express and would buy worktops from them in the future.”

“Great quality and extremely competative prices. I accidebtly ordered two different depths and so had to swap one of the worktops. Customer services were very helpful... The only thing I will say is that for sending one van to collect the old and deliver the new they charged £50.... And the refund takes a very long time to be returned to your card. So make sure it's all right or its a costly mistake.”

“First time we have ordered with this company. We were impressed with the service, the worktops were delivered the next day and we were telephoned 1 hour before delivery. The 2 man delivery team were pleasant and polite. Would definitely use this company again”

“I was initially worried about ordering online but I needn't have been. Great customer service, kept well informed, loved the pre-oiling service for the solid oak worktops, which were not only thicker than the competition, they were 60% of the price.”

“This is the last time I use this company, although cheap they are woefully bad at offering a competent level of service. I was told that my worktops would be delivered on a two man carrier service the next day (at a delivery cost of £50). At 1.00pm I called to find out an ETA to be told that they would get back to me. After 4 more calls I was told that the delivery vehicle could not find my address despite giving them my email address, phone number and a detailed description of the house! Why not call me? I called their transport office to be told that they did not have a complete mobile phone number and therefore were unable to get hold of me! So why did worktop express lie to me and say that they could not get through to me where infact they had externally contracted the delivery to Nightfreight and not given my full mobile number? Anyway it arrived the next morning when with a driver and no help. £50 delivery for me to offload it? Are they serious? They may be cheap but I think I will pay more to get a more relaible service next time! After complaining I was offered £25 refund off the delivery charge, to which I challenged they by definition this gesture was an admission of their failings and if they wanted to rectify the issue then either compensate the £50 or nothing at all. They remained firm with there offer to which I rejected and told them to keep their money! Stay well clear guys!!”
