Very disappointed with your service order 5 shirts for my new business one transfer never went on correct creased and shirt is tight, sent pictures to Cameron who agreed to replace the shirt free of charge, next I hear you credited me! !not what was agreed very disappointing...

Despite several requests to different people, and their assurances that it would be sorted, you sent delivery notes and invoices to an old contact you had on file. This man now has nothing to do with us, and you put me it a very difficult position by getting him involved. Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately you also couldn't do the embroidery I needed, so overall a terrible experience and I will not be using you again.

Terrible Customer Service, Tee shirts took 18 days to deliver and were not as originally ordered. Generally poor company to deal with. Never again.

The print quality was AWFUL - like a pair of logos stuck onto the polo shirts - which were also awful quality - and the designs did not match the brief I approved. They were a last minute order for an event at short notice - thinking it was taken care of with you guys; only for when they arrived be shocked at how bad it was. I had to do some last minute running around, buy new polos and sort with a local printer in my area. Then to make matters worse, you refused to give a refund initially. Awful, will not use again.

Sent to wrong delivery address and order not correct as missing design. Customer service do not respond to queries......still waiting 😡

Poor quality embroidery, faded and not level print work. Very slow to fix faults and took multiple attempts to actually correct them. Customer service constantly change people so no case continuity. Took months to resolve.

I was told they hadn’t received my returns only for my partner to ring up same day and they had it and still waiting for a refund 4/5 weeks on.

They messed up my order twice - I ended up paying twice, T-shirts arrived late, customer service was awful. I would not recommend using these people under any circumstance.

I received some one elses artwork to approve, I emailed workwear express and told them, they didnt reply. Then I received my order which was awful quality I will not be using them again very poor service.

I purchased numerous hoodies and t shirts and asked to be contacted so I can email across my company logo. I never received any contact and had a delivery of all items purchased with obviously no logo. I then rang up to explain and was told to send them back and you’d be in contact with me again to get my logo printed. All I got back from u all was a refund which in the end was probably not a bad thing!!!!

I was asked to check the art work before printing - bearing in mind all away along the telephone had been correctly written - then when I was asked to check the main art work I did not notice that the telephone number had been incorrectly written. Also after only one wash the stitching on the t shirts has started to come undone. Not impressed. I did speak to someone on the telephone about the mistake with the telephone number and was told it was my own fault. Dare I say that I don't think we will be using you again

you got a simple order wrong 3 times - the wrong colour 3 times - what more can I say, just glad I didn't get them logo'd with you!

extremely disappointed - not met expectations ordered 7 hi-vis jackets with screen printing on front left breast and back - 4 of these - the backs had stuck to the front on the heated transfer area. poor quality control
