“I purchased a blue tooth gas tank reader, it arrived well packaged but had clearly been purchased before and returned. There was no tab to be removed from the battery so it was already running when opened and the tube of dielectric grease that should have been provided was missing.”

“Not only did I get the best price on the internet, I got fantastic customer service too. World of Camping responded to my query on delivery within the hour and best of all, my order was delivered the day after I placed the order (website said within 3 to 5 working days). “I ordered a tent (air Beam) but when it arrived it was far to big and heavy for one lady and her daughter. I could not move it. I phoned James on Customer Services and he was excellent. Not only did he recommend a lighter suitable tent but arranged pick up of the big one and is sending the lighter one out to me. I am very impressed. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Excellent product, speedy delivery, well packaged (neither over or under usage of recyclable packaging material). Useful video on site to show how to assemble reclining chair with sidetable if required. Nice to be buying from a Cornish company as well!”
