“WowVow is a great company, as a stationer that stocks so many options and now with the printing as well, they offer the full package. I just recently bought some frayed edge silk which is gorgeous quality, and the colour is very very similar to that on screen - which is simple stunning. Although I feel the listing should be revised re the length (hence the four stars and not five) it states that is approx 5m in length, sadly it's closer to 4.5m on some rolls, thankfully I predicted this might happen and so ordered more, however if you are specifically looking for 5m this is not the one for you. However to end this review on a plus note the shipping times are super quick and also packaged so well.”

Hello, we are so pleased that you are so happy with your ribbon, it is beautiful! Our smooth edged ribbon is measured out by ourselves but the bobbin ‘frayed edged’ ribbon comes pre-rolled and tied with a knot. As you say we do specify that they are not all exactly 5m and, as you can imagine we are very disappointed to hear yours vary more than we would expect. We have not received any feedback before for any of the bobbin ribbon, regarding the length of ribbon, so we hope it localised. We will feed your remarks back to our supplier and have amended our description on our website. We sincerely hope you will continue to enjoy our ribbon. Hello, we are really pleased that you were so happy with the quality of the ribbon you purchased but disappointed to hear the colour wasn't quite right for you. We are always happy to accept returns on non-bespoke products or to advise on colours before purchase so don't hesitate to get in touch if you ever want to ask a question or ask our opinion. Sadly monitors tend to show colour differently so we love it if a customer wants our feedback. We are very grateful for our star rating and do hope we can be of service again in the future :)

Hello Della, we're glad you liked the card despite not being what you expected. We do describe the Comos as a one-sided pearlescent A4 in the description of the stock and again in the product specifications; it's never our intention to mislead our customers. “I have opened an account with this gorgeous product company after winning a gift voucher through a craft blog. At first, my order sat there not being looked at. In the end, I contacted the company by email. They answered promptly and said their system got confused with the gift code and they would send out the goods as promptly as possible. They emailed me and told me they had dealt with my order and sent it next day delivery. Unfortunately, because of the Royal Mail strike, it took six days to get here. This is not Wowvows fault they did everything they could after finding out the problem on their end. The goods were beautiful, worth waiting for.”

“I ordered two spools of ribbon which arrived very next day. Unfortunately the colours weren’t suitable and a returns number was issued to me straight away. Fantastic, trustworthy company who I will be using again!”

We don't label individual sheets as we carry so many colours and styles but we can include a list should a customer order large quantities of individual colours. We are always available on the phone or via email to help with any issues, including product identification so we do hope you'll call and then we can check the products and identify them for you and we do hope you'll choose to shop with us again.

“We ordered invitations for our wedding in October, not actually made them up yet but the quality of the products are amazing. We've had a change of colour scheme, after ringing and explaining we were able to swap the ribbon for the colour we wanted. Wendy is amazing at reassuring bride to be's and i would highly recommend this company if you want to DIY your invites. Great prices too!!”
