“On time, efficient. Listened to my concerns and addressed them as part of the maintenance service. Explained work performed. Highly recommended. Only one minor negative - hard to get onto service division by phone. Line seems to be busy almost all the time.”

“My ~30 year old B&D roller doors were getting tired. The motors hesitated and didn’t want to do the job so I contacted WR. Their techo came out to do a service, then recommended both motors be update. I took their advice and I am 100% happy with the final job. The service from the office staff is excellent. Communications were top notch and while I didn’t meet any of the people involved my inspection after the job was done had me smiling widely. The doors operate beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to have WR back to service the s again when they are due. Such a fantastic business to deal with. Thank you Jessica & Elizabeth and while I don’t know the tech’s names. They also did an outstanding job. Very happy customer !!!!”

“I am very happy with the servicing of the garage roller doors. The tradesman phoned prior to his arrival and as well as servicing, adjusted each door to ensure their correct sealing. Their operation is now very smooth.”
