“Recently had a garage door installed by WR Engineering after being led up the garden path by another garage supplier/ installer. After having had used WR for other jobs over the years I should have gone with them in the first place and saved my money and being mucked around by the other clowns. Booking was straightforward with regular updates on the installation date. Installation was simple and quick - 3 hours to remove the old door and replace it with the new one. The new B&D door is almost silent. Probably the only disappointing aspect was the person that came out to measure. I asked him about indicative cost. His estimate was way, way below the emailed quote. Moral of the story here, rely on the written quote only, not a verbal guesstimate. To their credit, WR reduced the quote slightly after I expressed shock at the widely disparate figures I had been quoted.”

“WR Engineering came, they saw, they conquered. In fact they came and measured, they measured again, they quoted. Then the garage door was installed without fuss, in accordance with the quote, and without any issue that we had to worry about. I feel strangely relieved that this interaction happened so painlessly. That's worth a lot! Thanks guys and ladies! And the garage door works. Too good!”

“It took 4 days for you to respond to our request to assess our failed garage door. Your mechanic was able to unjam and open the door. We discussed the problem and I asked him to arrange a quote to replace up to 3 doors. He measured them and said that I should receive a quote later that day, last Friday, or at the latest on the following Monday. I am still waiting! I asked two other suppliers for a quote this Wednesday, one came the next day, the second today. I now have two quotes, but none from you after a week. Wonder why 2 stars?”

“Very impressed with the customer service and delivery by the team at WR Engineering. The quotation process was quick and easy. We were kept informed of tge progress at all times. “This was a relatively straightforward job, about 15 metres of metal fencing. As is always the case when we rely on WR Engineering, the job was performed perfectly. No mess, no fuss. We like the final result, as does our neighbour. Everyone is happy. Well done, Aaron and his colleagues.”
