“I just won't go anywhere else. Dealt with another unnamed company who said I needed a new garage door. Never responded to my requests for quotes, nor did they get back to me. Rang WR, phone answered straight away, serviceman was around 2 days later at the appointed time, fixed my door, said I didn't need a new garage door and haven't had a problem since. Will go to WR when I need a new door. Service was exelempary.”

“The service I received was simply perfect. The turnaround time to repair to my garage door was literally a few hours from the time I called them. The garage door works better than before and the fellow who repaired the door was delightful. A magnificent experience, highly recommend WR Engineering.”

“The call was for a routine inspection/maintenance. Mark, the Technician, arrived promptly and checked the doors. He was efficient in carrying out the inspection and found that the tilt arm kits in the large door should be changed. A quote for this work has been received. The cost of $1816.00 for supply and installation is thought to be a lot higher than expected and at this stage while the motor is still doing its work properly, we will put off the repair.”

“Excellent service - asked for a quote and received a quick response - materials ordered and fence was installed quickly to meet our time frame. Job was done efficiently without leaving any mess behind. The deteriorated old fence was taken away. Excellent suggestions made about how to adjust the fence to meet site limitations. Very happy with the neat job, the recommended materials and the great communication re installation.”
