“Excellent sales process, range and quality. Not the cheapest but a fair price for such a well thought out product (spill tray under sink, depth of service gap, backboard thickness etc) on their infinity plus range. We also benefitted from their detailed paperwork and 3D application. Delivery was quick and items very well packaged. The only reason for not leaving 5 stars is that to us it seemed as though one type of unit (the oven housing) was possibly brought in as opposed to being made in house like the rest. We experienced minor install issues because of this. I would recommend them however, good company!”

“A great service from the stirling team. Even the stressfull bits were made easy! A smooth process, with a few inevitable problems which they dealt with promptly without fuss. The result is a kitchen we all love, stylish, simple & functional. A large range of colour & style options means we could find something to satisfy all our tastes, a miracle in itself! And experienced planners mean it does everything we need it to & more! Definitely reccomend & certainly already have! 29816868”

“Excellent choice of kitchens the staff were very helpful from start to finish. The standard of the kitchen is very high and exactly what we wanted. They delivered on the day agreed and time slot without any complications. I would highly recommend Wren.”

“A pleasent & stress free journey to our new family kitchen. Friendly store staff & support teams with good product knowledge. Lots of colour & function options to suit your needs. A few hiccups on route which were resolved simply by phone & hassle free. They even baby sat our son in store while we focused on our design distraction free! The final result is everything we wanted & having such a functional room makes family life much more enjoyable! Thank you 29816868”

“We found the visits to our local Wren showroom and the service we received to be very good. We amended our order several times and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Some of the deals we received, particularly the appliance package, also seemed to be good value. The delivery was on time as scheduled. We used an independent contractor to fit our kitchen which saved a great deal of money from Wren's quote and were very happy with the quality of his work. However, he did encounter some issues with the plans drawn up by Wren, as despite sending 2 specialist measuring teams we ended up having to 'build out' in certain areas to make everything fit and were also left with a set of drawers that cannot open fully, as they collide with the handles of our oven, something we would have expected to be picked up in the planning process! We have now been using the kitchen for three months and it looks very attractive with lots of compliments from guests, however internally some drawer bases have already started to 'warp' despite having very little weight in them. Overall it seems to be of good quality but I would neither recommend or advise against using Wren based on my own personal experiences.”

“We did hear some unfavourable reviews about Wren but can say our experience was very good. The kitchen was designed to our requirements and the units were good quality. The fitting did take a bit longer than we were originally told due to a couple of small problems but overall we are very pleased with our kitchen.”

“The whole process was stress free, our kitchen planner certainly knew his stuff and made suggestions for improvements to our original design which we went for. We opted for our own installers. Come installation day we had one damaged cupboard, and two that had not been manufactured correctly. Customer service were excellent and sorted the problem quickly. Would have given 4.5 if I could, as let down by quality control. Would I use Wren again? Yes in a heart beat, but would use my installers.”

“Well designed kitchen, ordered the ready built units,all arrived on time , we used our own fitter so can’t comment on the installation service , one star taken away as they would not give us a refund on end panels not used (because it was designed instore )?”

“Wren’s product was actually really good. Considering we went for the cheapest option of joinery, it is a really lovely product. The issue we had, and it ruined our whole experince, were the Wren installers. We were told that the Wren preferred suppliers were Kitchen Excellence and they were awful. Such a pity Wren use such shocking installers, it really lets the product down.”
