Lovely good quality kitchen but very poor service. Messed around with delivery dates, calls and emails ignored. Parts missing and had to wait weeks to get it all sorted with little support from anyone at wren. Wouldn’t recommend!

I ordered a complete kitchen and fitting service £25k plus from Bedford Showroom, although I raised concerns about Wren service I was assured by the lovely manager ( obviously a liar, and very good at it), that all is sorted with there customer service. To cut a very long story very short, First delivery and installation arrived on the confirmed date, however after 2 days of fitting part of the kitchen there were missing parts and damage to 68 parts. The template for quartz worktops was due the following week, however Rothmans Wrens supplier, were unable to send anyone, and not contactable by myself, Wren or the fitters. After a number of emails and tweets of which I got a standard automated response I decided to cancel the order if the worktops and requested a refund so I could purchase the worktops from elsewhere , the response from Wren was they only refund or compensate once I sign off that the kitchen is complete. I’m sure anyone reading this would understand the kitchen could not be completed unless I I had worktops installed. However this went on and on as no one at Wren has common sense. Any way move forward 15 months 13 visits by installers, many days off to accommodate, delivery, installation on collection of damaged parts and rubbish. We are down to only 12 outstanding damaged items, they were delivered on Friday (18/10/19). But hey ho could not be fitted as they were damaged. I could write every detail but I have a life and refuse to waste time on Wren, although I take great joy every week/month on social media advising everyone DO NOT BUY FROM WREN.

shocking company. DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM THEM. I had a new kitchen delivered and I was asked what access was like to my property and I had requested they send one of their smaller vans. They sent a 7.5T Lorry to deliver it and it got stuck on my track. The Lorry was then towed out and it ripped and completely destroyed 65 meters of my road which is the only access to my house leaving me stranded at home. Wren have refused to contribute anything towards repairing the road they have destroyed and are denying all responsibility. They also should have sent a surveyor prior to delivery to measure up and they should also have made a note of what the access is like and this never happened. I am now left with repairs costing £4200 just so that I can get access to my house again. Please dont use wren. The units are very poor quality and expensive. I wish I used Magnet

We purchased our kitchen from Wrens of Hull. The designer Abby was great and nothing was to much trouble .The kitchen arrived on the said date and all went smoothly.Jason and Stuart The fitters arrived on the day agreed and did a fantastic job.All the rubbish was collected and the area cleaned .The damaged parts were replaced during the fitting with no trouble at all .The whole experience was a pleasure with Wren keeping in constant touch throughout.

Do not go near them.....design and delivery good and then the service ends.......the trade persons they have installing are the worst I have ever encountered.....5 days out of 10 no trades persons in our house and were working elsewhere.....turning up at 3pm to start work.....no quality assurance checks....no quality finishing, no managers from Wren available and it gets even better......the plumbing Wren installed underneath kitchen sink has disconnected and we have a horrendous smell in the house as waste is now going into the foundations, and they have informed me it's now up to me to resolve.......and how much did I pay for this.........20k+.........please take my advice....STAY AWAY FROM WREN KITCHENS.

We had a kitchen done several months ago and I am so happy with it, especially with the kitchen fitter Gentian. He was very professional with an eye for detail. I had a problem with a damaged unit and he immediately made sure the right people were aware of it and I had it replaced in a couple of days without additional charge. He took ownership of my problem and it was sorted immediately. If you leave in North London I would strongly recommend to ask only for him to install your kitchen. I told him he deserves this review. Wren must hire more people like him.

⛔️ Avoid this company. We needed to order 2 new drawers for our kitchen and they said we had to buy the entire unit again but that we’ll have a discount at the end. Obviously, due to their “company policy” we would only be able to know the discount after receiving the new unit. Having already a Wren’s kitchen we had no choice but to go for it. And the discount was... (drumroll) 20%... we ended up paying £500 for 2 drawers. We tried to complain and explained our disappointment but received no apologies whatsoever. It was as if they’d been through this process many times before. It’s disgusting.

Appalling service. Their staff are compulsive liers just to get a sale. They are incompetent and miss items off the delivery. They also send you items in various colours - despite you ordering a kitchen in one colour. When you ask them to replace the incorrect item - it can take 3 attempts for them to send you the correct coloured item. I honestly have never dealt with such a awful company. Also one of the appliances we purchased from them was missing a component. Despite reporting it at the time (nearly a year ago) and numerous correspondence since they will not supply the missing item so the appliance it faulty and cannot be used. Says it all really. Appalling customer service!

Trustpilot reviews Categories My Reviews My Settings Help LOG OUT Alternate Text Tom Lerp GB For companies Review of Wren Kitchens Tom Lerp Tom Lerp 3 reviews 4 stars: Great A minute ago In two minds. My whole experience Would I recommend Wren Kitchens is what I've been asked a lot by friends and colleagues, and I'm in two minds about it. The design team were great. My kitchen it a difficult space with weird angles. They did amazing with the space and I'm really happy with it. My fitter was great, went above and beyond, however the fitters they hire are just fitters that you can contact and pay less than half the price for yourself. I choose to pay the extra for fitting as everything is central, if anything goes wrong Wren will need to sort it. So I thought of it as a bit of extra insurance. The negatives: looking back I feel I was pressured to sign. The quote that stands out to me was "we can give you that free ex-display sink and tap but if you don't sign today, I don't know if it will be avaliable or not". When we had the final price, I was asked my budget which I hadn't mentioned until this point. Once I told them, there seemed to be a lot of wriggle room go get it down to my price. In the end, I didn't get that free sink, but they knocked off some money to make up for that which was fine as an outcome. However, the major downfall here was the difficulty contacting my design team or the store manager after paying. They do send automated emails at trigger points, and central office call before the date of fitting. However, I called 4 times to speak to my design person at the store. Each time told he would call me back, on the 4th call I was told he no longer works there and I should have been told this. He also didnt answer any emails I sent (but he may have been given a new email address at the other store he now works at to be fair). Asked to speak to a manager 3 times after this, was told he was not free but would call back. Never received that call back. Here's my conclusion - IF everything goes well, and you don't need to chase Wren, you will not have any issues and will be happy overall. However, I can see that if anything did go wrong, being able to contact those who you need to at the store will be a chore, and I'm not the only one to point out the difficulty of communication from the store judging by online reviews. Once I signed, I felt like the store itself wiped their hands clean of me which wasn't a nice feeling to go away with. Overall, happy with my kitchen, happy with the before sales, designing, and an amazing fitter (who told me he earns less than Wren make from me paying Wren to install which was sad to hear). Not happy with the store not really seeming that bothered once you've paid. I probably wouldn't use Wren again based on the above niggles in all honesty. This isn't a complaint, just an outline of my overall experience from start to finish - I am happy with my kitchen overall.

Do not order from these they are a rip off changed my order with out me knowing parts missing unfinished product. Two kitchen designers left half way through my design everything got muddled up. It was a complete disaster. I’m devastated

Wren are fine in the showroom, they promise the earth. Once you've signed that piece of contract, you are no longer a valued customer. Our kitchen was started in May 2019, we've had so many damaged parts it still isn't finished and they really don't want to know about Sales aftercare. They (Wren) decide who will fit your kitchen, you have no say, yet they wash their hands with it once you've signed up.

Very good. Would definitely recommend. After installation there were a couple of minor mistakes, but they came and immediately fixed them. Customer service is excellent, they responded to all my queries very quickly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely disgraceful company. Wren recommended a fitter who "would be more than comfortable" with our job. He left me with a fridge door I couldn't open. He forgot to plaster the walls before fitting the cupboards. He did 4 hours work in 5 days (assessed by a new independent fitter, whose team managed to complete the full job in 2 days). I paid the original fitter £400 for the plastering and additional work, he didn't complete this work, he has admittedly bought material with my money which he did not use. He is now refusing to give me refund and has therefore stolen £400. I've had to pay another fitter to complete the work, leaving me thousands of pounds out of pocket. I had three home measurements by the Wren team and my cupboards were still the wrong size by 15cm! I've been left with a kitchen that is more impractical than when they started, and I'm now having to pay a lawyer for legal advice to try and recoup costs. The customer service team don't want to know, yet they keep emailing me asking how my experience was. Disgraceful!
