Terrible company! Get kitchen like second hand, very expensive bad very bad quality, very upset. Customer service also could be much better. Very upset. Also designed very very bad.

The appliances that were recommended to us by the chester store are awful microwave took 5 mins to boil a cup of water . The freezer burns our food at the bottom and middle the top the food is not frozen properly. The fridge is so wet on the back wall it ruins items in the fridge. DONT BUY CDA Appliances they are useless. Wren didn’t want to know now we are stuck with useless appliances in a very expensive kitchen very disappointing will not recommend to anyone

Extremely poor service. The surveyor sent from Wren measured my kitchen wall unit incorrectly, which has now resulted in the wall cabinet sizes not fitting properly. I contacted the store in Hayes, they were extremely unprofessional and refused to help or escalate this. I contacted the customer services head office and after 3 days of constant chasing via emails and telephone, i was told i was at fault as I should have checked the final details myself. I explained I am not an expert in kitchen measurements and hence why Wren send their own measurer. It is their mistake and they should rectify it. They stated, I would need to purchase the correct cabinets at an additional cost ((£500) and did not accept the mistake and breakdown in communication from their store team. Nobody explained that the final measurements need to be re-checked by the customer and the installer. We relied on Wren to design our dream kitchen (which mind you was extremely expensive) and now that they have had their contract and payment, they have washed their hands off.. This whole situation has been handed very poorly from start to end. The error has been made from Wren's side. I'm now unsure if the compliance officer even measured the wall correctly or if the team at the store did not update the design accordingly. There have been more than 3 people from the store involved with my project which has probably contributed to the error! It has given my family and I unnecessary anxiety and stress in the midst of the pandemic. We had put our complete faith into Wren to design our dream kitchen and the result has been extremely upsetting. Nobody in the process has even apologised instead they have stated they are not at fault which is unprofessional. I have spent two days of my time calling head office/store and we are going around in circles with nobody actually trying to help. I am critical key worker in a NHS Hospital as such I do not have the time or energy to keep chasing to resolve an error made by Wren. Hence, I hoped this issue would now be dealt with by the right people and I would have the correct units sent free of charge / given some sort of compensation. This whole thing has meant I have to ask the kitchen fitter to the attend the property twice, which has increased my fitting cost! Instead Wren have blamed me for the error and have been extremely unprofessional.

I have had the Milano range kitchen. I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen. I saw a kitchen in the Doncaster store and knew exactly what I wanted mine to look like and the designer did it exactly as I wanted it. The fitters were very experienced and did a wonderful job everything went to plan nothing was wrong at all. I want to commend Wren for the service from the designers, the delivery drivers, fitters and very good customer service. Thank you once again for the kitchen of my dreams. I love it.

Great kitchen which has totally transformed my house! Clean, curvy, modern, the doors are gentle to close and I have more space than I ever had before! The support in store was really good and my 'designer' was a great source of advice and helpfulness. It was really good to see the actual ideas in store too and the design print-offs were a great help once I'd returned home. Amendments were easy to fix and the whole experience was a positive one. Thanks Wren :) I have a small kitchen area but it now feels bigger, works far more effectively and looks wonderful :)

My cupboard internals are white, my doors are grey. Had I been given the choice I would have picked grey internals. It’s clear that the quality is ok but the salesman wants to fill his pocket before really considering what you actually want

Wren don't really care about customer service. They are very quick to take your money in a very slickly designed showroom. However they don't take on board what you really want and are overly reliant on existing kitchen design. What my biggest 'issue' is with Wren is when things don't go according to plan they don't follow things up leaving their customer in a position where there is a semi completed job and essentially a sub standard kitchen in place with zero support and promises of follow up that just never happen.

Good service in store, kitchen came and had to return 4 doors as damaged. After sales service was ok but don't rate the quality of the units at all.

AVOID. We paid £14k for the kitchen. We were told the quartz worktops had been brought in-house and fitting wouldn't be a problem. It took four fittings by four external companies to get my worktops fitted. The raft of mistakes made by Wren is shocking and the service terrible. And now they are offering a discount that can only be described as pitiful. AVOID.

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY! We paid £12,500 for them to measure, plan, supply and fit a kitchen. The washing machine did not fit and they wouldn't do anything to sort out the problem. They left it in the sitting room and left a space in the kitchen! They do not give a damn! They are charlatans!

We are really happy with the final design and finish of the kitchen. I was a builder for 10 years and was dubious as the sales approach is cringey, being shown the competitions units and walked around. It would be like going to buy an Audi and them showing you why it’s better than a bmw, very unnecessary! Designer was really good (Poole branch) I think you need to have 80% of a plan before you go as they can’t visualise your room. The design ended up working brilliantly. We got a large kitchen with quartz tops, 1m x 2m island unit and integrated fridge freezer with quartz tops for around £13k and this was the cheapest price we found. Another annoyance is the “sale” we phoned up to see if there was any movement in price and were told “the sale in which you were buying your kitchen has ended so your kitchen has actually gone up £1500, if you want the original price we need a deposit today and I will need to ask my managers manager if that’s ok” I work in car sales now and this was a tactic used 10 years ago!! All felt a bit underhand! The 3rd party quartz fitters were a bit rough and ready but great quality, they then went bust and we do have a chip on the surface that I doubt Wren will sort. I did report it 3 months ago without reply. I think Wren is 90% of the way to being brilliant and are still the best value out there as long as you know what you want and don’t go overkill on pullouts etc. I still have a mountain of end panels, kick board and quartz upstand so I’m sure somewhere down the line I’ve overpaid but I’m happy with what we got for the money. They also offer 5 year 0% so that’s a bonus as you can use the funds to get more work done!

I DO NOT recommend!!! Absolutely awful service! Our wall units do not fit! We told them the sizes we needed in the first place but the units are too big to fit so when have these sizes been changed without us knowing! Won’t replace one cupboard to make it all work out as they’re saying it’s our own fault as we signed for those sizes! Even though they’re not the sizes we told them we need! The base units fit sooo....?? When you pay £17,000 you do not expect to have to pay extra when they’ve used the wrong measurements!!!!😡😡😡

Although I have not yet decided if I will be purchasing my kitchen from Wren, Eden from the Orpington Store was extremely helpful while helping me with the design, and did not hesitate to give me more assistance when I called her again the day after.
