“Lidl langley moor County Durham have been going here for years and have noticed last few years the customer service and attitude of staff has gone right down its appalling. They are so rude and unhelpful they actually look like they don’t really want to be there. I was in today but for the Last time as it’s so miserable being in there and listening to their rudeness etc
I have noticed all fresh produce does not last the same either going off much quicker!

“Have used Bunches on several occasions, but this time I wanted to send some sunshine to my daughter and daughter in law in these awful times. The flowers are awful, although I appreciate they are sent in bud, there is no way the flowers will look anywhere like the picture on the webpage. Customer service not helpful. “Having ordered the watch which my son requested from the GB Watchshop, I received a message from him saying they had sent the wrong colour. I checked the order and it confirmed I had ordered silver with a blue face but they had sent a gold strap and cream face.
I contacted GB Watchshop but because he had tried it on they will not exchange it yet it was their mistake.
I dont think they care to make matters worse so my advice to customers would be shop elsewhere if you can and purchase from a reputable company with an ethical approach to customer aftercare service. It is not even an expensive watch and would cost them very little to rectify their mistake.”
“It’s been almost 2 weeks since I order a print. I have not received an email stating that it’s been shipped..I have emailed them twice and I have heard nothing. This is very disappointing, as I was looking forward to give this as a gift. I would love to get my money back or at least get an update as to what is going on!”
“Do not order from this website. I ordered some things for my boyfriend as a present, the website said it had not gone through so I ordered it again, next thing I know the order is taken twice. I contacted lost rockstar and they said to be that it would be processed as a refund. Then 2/3 weeks the duplicate order got delivered to my house. Now it has been past the 14 days so I cannot get a refund. Also part of the first order that I sent back I have not been refunded for two items which I returned. This means that I am down 100 pound or even more . I will be taking this further. I have tried to contact lost rockstar over Facebook and not had anything back since I complained”
“I received a damaged package in the post so I sent an e mail with details and a photograph of the damaged item.
I received an e mail from Jamie in Customer Services within an hour and a full refund . I didn’t even need to send back the damaged item.

I contacted the company at 8am with a faulty Sani macerator and their agent/operator stated they would be at my property before 1pm.
I booked the job in (giving credit card details) but nobody turned up.
I called the company at 1:30 and their agent/operator said an error had been made on the booking and they would be at the house before 4pm – but nobody turned up although a different employee called me to state that the engineer was on an unexpected gas leak (despite the fact my job was nothing to do with gas) and they would try and get to my house before 6pm - but nobody turned up.
The company did call again trying to book the job for the following day but I told the employee not to bother, that I was not at all happy and that I beleive their company has let me down.
I stated I would post a bad review to reflect this.
He threatened me with libel if I posted this honest review – so I would never use this company again!”
