“I had done some shopping elsewhere before going to Portswood Southampton Sainsbury's, so I entered the shop with 1 full bag of shopping bag. I had items to collect from Argos, so now I have 2 bags of shopping. I went into supermarket from Argos, woundered around, I couldn't decide what to get for dinner. I needed to use toliet so went there then went bk into shop. I did notice a female member of staff looking at me weird when she past, I just thought what's her problem. Once I decided what I wanted I went to self-service checkout. On my way out i was stopped by security, asked to see in my bags. He said it was abit strange I'd done my shopping then went back in. Then the female member of staff who past me earlier came running over. She must of been very disappointed as I had all receipts for my shopping. I know stealing goes on in supermarkets BUT your members of staff need to get facts right!! I was horrified, very upset”

A few weeks later I called them to place another order fir a different design which was out of stock and they informed me that it would be ordered to print and would take two weeks. I explained I was desperate as my decorator could only do certain dates etc.. and to my surprise they managed to have it sent over from Europe within 4 days!! I bought an egg chair cushion from The Range, when I received it, it looked tacky and was poor quality. When I tried to return it, The Range said I couldn't return it to them and had to deal with the Partner Company that the cushion came from, I looked on their website only to be shocked that any item that costs between £0 and £79 carried a returns fee of £40!!!! The cushion was half of that! What poor business practice by The Range, and daylight robbery from Living and Home, I will never buy anything from the Range again, total scam! Go to decent businesses, there are plenty who treat and value customers, unlike these disgusting rip off merchants.”

4 times I messaged this company on eBay to see if I could either do an exchange for a 3x4m gazebo and I even offered them to keep the £79.99 ( the 3x4m is £53 ) for the cost of delivery and just do an exchange as they completely ignored me I have opted to return the item for a full refund and I also contacted the company to ask for the return address and again I have been ignored

“Have mixed reviews, we ordered online, easy process, received co nfirmation immediately. Delivery soon followed, and were notified regularly on delivery times etc. Quality of product appears good,( we have not had the units out of the box )price good. Unfortunately it took time for us to get a plumber into do our refit. We have had the unit 8weeks, but now the plumber cannot move a soil pipe, therefore cannot use unit, I have only been offered a credit, which I will never be able to use, and we have to organise getting the unit back to them by courier. So here I am, a pensioner with a £369.00 unit that I cant use, I know it's not their fault, but I would have bought another replacement unit.
Such a shame they couldn't be more accomodating . Will not recommend them due to their complacent attitude.”

My car was damaged more than one month.
Still my car was in garage without repair.
Hedgehog’s Customer service is rubbish.
Last one month I tried to call 15 times but no response from them.
Still I m waiting for my final approval.
Is it a joke !!!!

“I had a really bad experience at carshop Willenhall they were great right up until I bought the car, then it started playing up 1 hour after I bought it, took it back and the bloke took the engine management light off and said bring it back Monday so I actually took it back on the Sunday they kept it a week and couldn't diagnose the problem so they sent it to a back street garage for diagnosis they couldn't do it either they gave me a courtesy car I had to phone every day got shoved from pillar to post 2 and a half weeks down the line I had enough and got a refund,if you are going to shop here be very careful and ask for a long test drive before you hand over your money I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”
