“My experience with the company was horrible. Their records showed that my product was delivered even though I explained to them that I never received it they were only concerned with what their records stated. They were unwilling to give me a refund or replace the product

Despite contacting Elmhurst, they couldn’t be bothered to respond and she had to pay £129.60 for a repair. Customer service at its worse and I would advise people to avoid Elmhurst at all costs”

“Bought the double buggy and accessorie pack. My daughter is 8 and loves her dolls and prams. So it is nice that this company recognise that it's not just young children that enjoy playing with babies. The height is ideal for older girls and if she still plays with it in a few years we can still adjust the handle height taller. I was hesitant about the accessories pack, but glad I got it as we do go out in the rain! Only thing I would say is this buggy would benefit from a brake. It's expensive but definitely is worth the money if it's in your budget.”
