They come to your home and after evaluating and pricing they dont explain all the details of their service which is completely dishonest. Some of the ladies working for them are inept and don't clean up to the expectations that is advertised.
Would never refer or use Molly Maids in none of my homes.
When you address the issue with the office they make you the bad person.

“I payed 460 .00 the day they came I complained about my service they someone out at no charge to fix it. I called my credit card about a charge made to my account that was not valid I found out someone at molly maids charged 844.54 cents to my credit card. So for about 2 and a half hours of service I was charge a total of 1304.80 . So they put 844.54 on my credit card without authorization .”
