They are professional house cleaners. They come clean and leave. They are well mannered, hard working and nice. The young ladies do not waste time. “I had schedule a cleaning with Molly maids and the time was set the day before between 12pm - 2pm. I not only took time off my busy work schedule to be present at the home, I work from home from 1p-9:30p. I took off work and put my pets with a pet sitter for this cleaning from 2p-6p. When 2pm rolled around with no call or update. I call Molly maids office only to find out they change my time to 4pm. Not only did no one tell me the lady over the phone tried to say they called me yesterday. Which in fact no one called to tell me the time change which I told the relayed to the lady on the phone. She then stated oh I’m sorry I should have call this morning to let you know. Basically proving I was correct. Well again I waited for 4pm to roll around again no call no show. This time I sent them a message through there messaging system. I get a call at 4:30pm stating they are on their way and will be there in 20 minutes. They arrived at 5pm! I had of course take off the rest of work and extend my dogs daycare! At this point I am out a full days work because of their mix up and not informing me. They did not finish their cleaning until 8:45pm which is beyond ridiculous for not only the customer but the staff. The cleaning was good and the ladies were nice. Most likely will NOT use them again due to poor customer service and no communication on time with the customer after a time was established the day before then they tried to lie about it.”

“They've had 2 jobs clean 2 toilets. All disks and counters and thoroughly dust. One toilets never touched kn outside and hinges and kitchen sink counter only cleaned where there wasn't anything. Didn't move anything. Price too high they're only here little over hour then had to cone back & clean toilet they missed. Same toilet wasn't done first time they came either. I'm done.”

Agreed a fee of $195 for 1 & 1/2 hours to clean master bedroom, two bathrooms and kitchen.
At the end of the allotted time, I called MM to say that the kitchen had not been cleaned.
I agreed to pay another $45 for an extra half an hour.
Still the kitchen wasn't cleaned so I recorded a conversation with one of the girls via a (useless ) phone translation app. trying to tell her to stop cleaning picture frames and work on the kitchen.The response was " Mm Mm "
I'm a retired 78 year old living on Social Security, so the extra charge was an unpleasant surprise for me.
I was educated in England and learned French at school. ... wish it had been Spanish !!
