“This review is for Molly Maid of Maple Grove, Plymouth, & Minnetonka. The cleaning team of Carmen & Cristina just left and they were excellent. They did everything we requested of them as a cleaning service and their work was excellent. The rug in my in-home office was difficult to clean with the small vacuum cleaner we have but with the commercial size vacuum cleaner they brought with them, it is now better looking (and cleaner) than it's been in years. Our bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are immaculate. Carmen and Cristina did a great job and we have requested they be the team that comes back for our on-going cleaning work.”
“Team five Lucas county area stole a silver necklace and alligator skin boots. I paid to have my thing stolen. Diane even wash the floor in a 400 square foot park model. Very poor cleaning and stole my belongings. Stay with them. Need to babysit this company.”

“I was very disappointed. Our home is tiny 984 sq. ft. I have cleaned my own house for all my life, but with two small businesses I just wanted a break. Unfortunately I could have done what they did in the same amount of time and still gotten it cleaner. I had to sweep the kitchen floor and the baseboards looked like they did when they walked in. The kitchen was incomplete several surfaces uncleaned, top of fridge still dusty, windowsill ditto. This was supposed to be a "deep clean" I assure you it was not. I feel like I wasted my money and won't ask them back.”
“Hi called them to do a move in clean for my elderly parents. My mom is 87 and my dad 77 with stage four bladder cancer. Their health is not great to say the least so they cannot clean like they used to. They just bought a house in Henderson and when I called I explain what I was looking for and what I needed and the age of my parents and the condition my parents are in. I was promised that they would clean everything as I paid for a move-in clean. I wanted all the filth and dirt from the old homeowners to be gone so my mom and dad can move into a clean house and not have to worry about anything. We had to keep bringing the housekeeper back to wipe out bathroom drawers as there was hair from the previous owner. During their time in my parents house, they never change the water use the same dirty rag started in the bathroom ended up in the kitchen. I don’t know how this could even be sanitary. When I looked in my parents cabinets and in their island, old food was still there, my parents was not happy at all. Unfortunately, I was not able to call right away but when I did call, the lady told me pretty much I am SOL saying that if I would’ve called sooner, she would’ve sent them out in 24 hours to re-clean. I let her know that my parents do not want them back to their house at all as they were not listening to them and not speaking enough, English to communicate with my elderly parents. She told me that there was notes in there that the blinds was already broken which that is a lie. She tried to tell me that they do not do clean inside cabinets on a occupied house. My parents have not moved anything into their house. They sat on to outside lawn furniture, have a blowup mattress and paper plates. How can you say that this house was already occupied so you cannot clean in drawers. I am very disappointed in the customer service as I work as a manager in customer service and get these types of calls.
Even me, not being able to call them right away the manager, or the lady I talk to really should’ve had more customer service and not tell me oh so sorry you called too late. To keep great reviews you try to make the customer happy if they’re saying the service was not done, right You try to fix it if you can’t send them back out understandable as but you try to do some thing to compensate to say I’m sorry for your experience. Let me try to make it better. This company does not do that at all . They just want to charge you a very high rate to come in and say that they are going to clean every baseboard over the door frames and every cabinets, the showers everything and did none of that again same dirty rag throughout the entire house with a dirty bucket is their type of cleaning and to charge so much. Do not use this company as they will not clean like they say they will over the phone, the housekeepers will rush through the job and when you call, they will have some excuse on why they can’t make it right. Worst company ever.
I would really appreciate a callback from someone in corporate. As I say, I am a manager that deals in customer service and with corporate, so I know that these reviews are seen. I will be waiting for someone besides the lady I talk to today to call me back. I want them to know how their customers are treated.
