“I have always had the maids do an excellent job. Very professional. The scheduling has always been a problem, however. My opinion is that they are overbooked and understaffed and, for that reason, will do a "no show" at times. TODAY is one of those days, "no show, no telephone call, no email message" They don't care about their customers if they have others "standing in line". My friends have had the same problem, but this was a first time for me.”
“We have been having this service for a year. Due to dissabilities we know alot of things are not able to be cleaned.
My comlaint every time is the making of the bed. Today the top sheet was put on with top hem on the side of the bed. Nothing was tucked in at the bottom. Blanket and sheets were pulled up past the top of bed with none at the bottom so that explains why it wasnt tucked in. Im about to start looking for another service.”
“My wife has been using Molly made for about two years. With no issues until recently. We are both working so when they usually come, we are not here. I’ve noticed that four of my liquor bottles have been emptied out, except for a very little at the bottom. Nobody else lives with us. Since this is the first time this has happened I think they sent somebody new who could not be trusted. We are no longer going to use Molly maid. I did not call to complain because I cannot prove it. But I know it was them. My advice if you hire a cleaning company make sure you get the same individual all the time and you are home when they are cleaning your house.”
“I called molly maid after a month of severe illness and hospitalization. I had lost 20 pounds and was very weak. With friends help, I had my kitchen cleaned, refrigerator, kitchen, 1 bath room except the bathtub cleaned really well.
Molly Maid had to clean 2 bed rooms, 1 bathtub, another bathroom, living room. the rooms needed only carpet vacuuming. I had made special request time and again for a my bed and couch to be vacuumed.
This was a DEEP CLEAN and all of this was agreed upon.
3 Ladies arrived. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional. I am sure each of them were good at their job in their own right.
My apartment cleaning was not satisfactory despite all my prior cleaning. The business DID NOT REDUCE charges despite my having cleaned so much already.
The carpets were unclean in many areas, bathrooms had visible stain marks, furniture and mattress was not refreshed. I was not sure what I paid money for.
The cleaning ladies said their vacuums didn't work. They also said they didn't have sufficient time and were rushed. All this despite my having already done the toughest part of cleaning. I still am/was thankful for the team of ladies for they freshened my place at my time of need.
The business called and offered a redo. Said a different team will fix things.
Come the day of redo 2 of the same cleaning team showed up. They looked a bit cross. I would be too. Why did the business send the same team? To punish the team? I felt sorry for the ladies. I definitely was put in an extremely awkward position. I take offense to this kind of business practice.
The ladies did their best. They were pleasant and professional. They got most of the fixes. However, they still didn't touch the furniture refresh - I was sitting right there. They didn't do the mattress refresh either. I could smell something burning from their Oreck vacuum. They were rushed again.
Not worth my money. I would hire the lovely team if they had sufficient time and better equipment.”

I'm 60 and love to rediscover the Spanish I learned in high school. We generally tip and give gifts because we care. These ladies are important to our way of life and I know I show respect.
I have had enough of the response I have gotten from your office, tho. If I make a decision to terminate our contract, it will be for that reason ONLY! I took the time to explain to our teamleader, Alondra.
I don't appreciate individuals who literally end up making me feel like the guilty party. I consistently heard "making sure the employees are paid fairly" which I totally agree with but your office employees are paid to take to care of that not me. I can't be expected to be responsible for your oversight.
In addition, I requested a copy of our contract and probably would of settled for the most current work order. Not only did I get neither but I didn't even get a courtesy call
Beyond annoyed with your office staff. Not the employees who do the real work. This business is welcome to placate me because I remain openminded. I am sceptical that if the company feels the need to treat a client this way I sincerely wonder truly how you treat your employees

“Merry Maids are better. These people agreed to wash windows on the inside ..didn't. I was under the impression they would stay until done. They took breaks and lunches then left before five. Charged over $600 for 2 bedrooms, no windows and 2 bathrooms anda sketchy living room. It's a ripoff. Never have them again would have paid to finish the job. Use Merry Maids”
