I've been trying to log in to my account for over a week and tried to re set pass word but it not letting me do any thing I've tried calling and sent emails all I wont to do is pay my bill I've had to reply at all

Item ordered was out of stock. Cannot contact customer service by phone anymore so had to use chat bot. Total waste of time. I e-mailed several times, only to keep being told item was on it's way, (that's when I received a reply) despite my telling them the courier couldn't collect item as it was out of stock. This was because their replies were computer generated. Their computers are not programmed to deal with such issues so you just get a standard reply. It took 3 months & umpteen e-mails for them to eventually credit the item to my account & I had to threaten legal action to get that! In the meantime, they had demanded payments which I made, otherwise it would have affected my credit rating. Now I am waiting for a refund of payments. After several e-mails with no response from them, they eventually informed me the refund would be credited to my account within 21 days. I checked after 2 weeks but nothing had been credited. However, now I can no longer sign in to my account. Even using forgotten password & entering more personal info doesn't work, it just doesn't recognise any details. It has been a month since they told me my account would be credited but I don't know if it has as I can't check. I doubt very much that they've done anything. I am now going to write to them requesting they refund me via my bank account directly or send a cheque. I do not want my account credited as I cannot access it & I have no desire to order anything from them anyway. I want my account closed & NEVER want to deal with them again. This company has gone right down hill. You cannot communicate with anyone directly, only computers, which just churn out the same responses no matter what the issue, that is of course, if you get a response at all. I would warn anyone not to open an account with this company or order anything from them. Their customer service is non existent, they rarely respond to e-mails & when they do, they are irrelevant due to being computer generated. The phone number they advertise is for their financial dept only & if you manage to get through to them, they turn you away telling you to contact customer service. The whole company is a shambles now.

Cant sign into my account keeping asking for password reset , it doesn't work absolutely awful, have been a customer for years so disappointing and soooooo frustrating just appalling

Can't sign into my ace account have been going round in circles and getting nowhere keep getting told to do my email password and postcode but never works like it used to .My bill needs to be paid tomorrow 21st February can't get through to anyone my husband has also tried for me as he has a studio account so someone needs to phone me tomorrow as I am not happy Mrs susan Jennings

I have credit on my account, but Ace won't let me add to my account it keeps taking me to a payment page for credit card or studio pay, it wants payment in full for items, what's the point of a credit account if you can't order items on credit, no customer service or human to speak to only an online Bot....

Since changed to protect you're account having nothing but trouble with them I have credit with ace yet keeps taking me to studio where I know I have no credit on that Iade a big payment today and the customer service is awful no way of contacting them I would never recommend this catalog to anyone it's a joke

Yet again ordered something allegedly in stock on the ACE website only to get an email on the last possible day for delivery to say they are out of stock. This Company lies. Will NEVER use them or STUDIO again.

Product as described - very good customer support. The price had dropped after purchase and they sorted a partial refund very quickly and sensibly without forcing a return.

Cheap and cheerful is what you pay for. Have used Ace and Studio for years and have been happy with most Products. Their administration process and customer service however is abysmal.

My order price was £39.99 but have been charged £40.00 if they do this to every customer they are illegally making a huge profit So be aware if you order from them customer service is absolute joke

I am disappointed that I haven't yet received my latest catalogue.I phoned over 2 weeks ago and was told l was being sent one.As yet I have received nothing.I have been a loyal customer for years and feel very let down.I thought I was a loyal customer but obviously not.

The worst company to deal with Shorts aren’t the right size as advertised Customer service in terms of dealing with returns and exchanges is disgusting They don’t care about the customer being satisfied with the actual article of clothing

Be very careful when ordering from ace terrible customer services after getting an email to say that one pair of personalised pyjamas would not be delivered out of five pairs how do you have four pairs of pyjamas for a family of five even though the order was not even 24 hours old was told could not cancel them so now have to pay £56 for pyjamas I no longer require when calling customer services they didn’t give a damn they said you would have to take delivery and thank you for calling ace 😡

Opened a new account. Placed two orders. Paid by debit card, order processed and funds cleared (no longer just held) Received two cancellation emails this morning. No reason. No apology. Now I'm £900 down and have to wait for this to be returned. Telephone call to CS was answered by an Indian call centre who claimed the item was very popular which is why it was cancelled. Disgraceful service and I won't be returning.

Item I had ordered was attempted delivery while I wasn’t available and returned to sender. Called to request the item be resent and I was assured that they will resend it. Called again to check and confirm, and was then told that I was lied to, and that I will not be receiving my item. Poor customer service. I have been lied to.

Ace company whether you pay every month and never miss you still accur interest every month which I is totally wrong and even if your a day late then you accur a £12.00 charge ace is making more money off people who pay monthly no matter what

Extremely poor customer service and shocking treatment of an old woman (my mum) who got sent by accident from Ace a double order which she returned and since then has had constant trouble with them hounding her for payment despite returning the items. Myself and other family members have spent up to an hour each on the phone and each time thought it was resolved. My mum who is 86 is still getting letters saying she has defaulted on credit (which she never took out). The bad news is she died over the weekend Ace so I suggest before we take legal action against you Mr David Twigg you get this sorted and sorted fast or I will be leaving this review across every social media site there is.
