It's clear that I became a victim of a scam. I was enticed to invest over $120,500, thinking I was earning profits. However, when I attempted to withdraw my earnings, they kept insisting on more payments before I could access any of my funds. Fortunately, I found A M D A R K L I M I TED * C0M, where their supportive team assisted me in obtaining a full refund.

This is no doubt my worst month ever I came across them through a link sent to my mail out of curiosity I checked it out and got interested I was able to find a mail that I could have a conversation with and that happened I got replies too after that he started to talk about trading and investing and told me about ACE where he works so I traded a little and then later on invested in the company. I lost my money I nearly gave up on investing I am glad I didn't though my brother introduced me to RESORUS.com. This is a platform that helps you with investing little just to start with then later on you get your reward and it will be your choice to continue with them so thank you RESORUS.com for making my dreams come true

I was scammed out of $356,000 through ACEFX a platform that I trusted for cryptocurrency transactions. Everything appeared to be running smoothly until I attempted to withdraw my funds. That’s when the problems started. ACEFX,continuously delayed my withdrawals and provided no clear explanation. I quickly realized I had fallen victim to a scam, and my funds were at risk. I invested a significant amount of money with them, and everything went smoothly up until I requested a withdrawal, at which point all of my money disappeared. They responded to my daily emails by saying that you are unable to withdraw money once you have deposited it. Despite spending 110,000 euros, they won't let me take any of it back. Ultimately, I was able to reclaim my money thanks to M A D A C O V I . C O recovery chargeback service. This information might be helpful, I suppose. If you need help, you can get in touch with him at his reliable chargeback company. Like he did for me, he can assist you in taking back your life.

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 10th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 197,808USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. I have been a customer for a few years.. My problem is with that catalogue they rip people off due to saying 'interest' I have wrote all my payments down everytime so I know what I am paying but my bill seems to not go down and all I am getting told is 'interest' on top of items now I have told them to block my account as I do not no longer want to be a customer anymore.

I am leaving this review today in the hope that some one from Ace/Studio will get in contact with me, as the executive complaints rep that I was dealing with has not got back to me after me emailing her at least four times, Ace owe me money due to interest that was applied to my account for items that were returned and taken off my account, I did explain that I was not going to pay my account until this was sorted out, and have yet to get a resolution, there is obviously something going on because I cannot place an order, I cannot even get on to my account any more. I have been a customer of ace for over 30 years and I have never in all that time received such terrible service, I do hope that some one from management can get in touch to sort this problem out before I have no alternative than to go to trading standards, this is not something that I want to do, but I do feel that I should get my money returned. I am extremely disappointed that this company is keeping their customers in the dark. I keep on getting emails to pay my account but to date still no communications from the executive complaints team. I am not going to pay my account as I know they owe me money and the likelihood of getting it back is slim to none. I hope some one reaches out to get things sorted.

Only giving it one star so I can write a review. For over a month now as a ace customer I can sign into my account and it allows me to pay, but the moment I try to purchase any thing it switches to studio and wont allow me to \I have tried every method of customer service from facebook instagram x calling the help line to be on line for over 1 hr 40 mins (charged ) to be told oh it will be fixed soon . Lies!! I was advised by customer service to open a studio account instead when i id they put a hard search on my credit rating and refused my application stating I had an ace account, then sayin oop sorry we cant do anything about removing the hard search. I feel House of Fraser are incompetent since they took over

Extremely poor website and customer service, have emailed 3 times asking for help, filled in their online form, tried ringing to be told an hour wait. Once get balance paid down will be closing account

Item ordered was out of stock. Cannot contact customer service by phone anymore so had to use chat bot. Total waste of time. I e-mailed several times, only to keep being told item was on it's way, (that's when I received a reply) despite my telling them the courier couldn't collect item as it was out of stock. This was because their replies were computer generated. Their computers are not programmed to deal with such issues so you just get a standard reply. It took 3 months & umpteen e-mails for them to eventually credit the item to my account & I had to threaten legal action to get that! In the meantime, they had demanded payments which I made, otherwise it would have affected my credit rating. Now I am waiting for a refund of payments. After several e-mails with no response from them, they eventually informed me the refund would be credited to my account within 21 days. I checked after 2 weeks but nothing had been credited. However, now I can no longer sign in to my account. Even using forgotten password & entering more personal info doesn't work, it just doesn't recognise any details. It has been a month since they told me my account would be credited but I don't know if it has as I can't check. I doubt very much that they've done anything. I am now going to write to them requesting they refund me via my bank account directly or send a cheque. I do not want my account credited as I cannot access it & I have no desire to order anything from them anyway. I want my account closed & NEVER want to deal with them again. This company has gone right down hill. You cannot communicate with anyone directly, only computers, which just churn out the same responses no matter what the issue, that is of course, if you get a response at all. I would warn anyone not to open an account with this company or order anything from them. Their customer service is non existent, they rarely respond to e-mails & when they do, they are irrelevant due to being computer generated. The phone number they advertise is for their financial dept only & if you manage to get through to them, they turn you away telling you to contact customer service. The whole company is a shambles now.

Can't sign into my ace account have been going round in circles and getting nowhere keep getting told to do my email password and postcode but never works like it used to .My bill needs to be paid tomorrow 21st February can't get through to anyone my husband has also tried for me as he has a studio account so someone needs to phone me tomorrow as I am not happy Mrs susan Jennings

I have credit on my account, but Ace won't let me add to my account it keeps taking me to a payment page for credit card or studio pay, it wants payment in full for items, what's the point of a credit account if you can't order items on credit, no customer service or human to speak to only an online Bot....

Since changed to protect you're account having nothing but trouble with them I have credit with ace yet keeps taking me to studio where I know I have no credit on that Iade a big payment today and the customer service is awful no way of contacting them I would never recommend this catalog to anyone it's a joke
