“NO REFUND OR RETURN - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS Do not buy anything from AliExpress they are supporting their sellers even if you are right. The seller sent me the wrong product, requested a returned and refund and he refused. When to Aliexpress explaining that its my fault the the seller sent the wring product and they said I have to pay for the return to China or not refund. Their adds saying free shipping and 100% protection. My order was over 600 USD and I didn't be able to return it or get a refund. Created a dispute for one month and even they said correct it the wrong products they didn't refund anything or pick it up. I don't work for any competition, i want to let everybody know this. They are fouling people with the 100% protection.”

“Many bad sellers cheaters there playing dispute game they know well rules and regulations and aliexpress always help their side, not recommend anymore I quit buying from this terrible aliexpress recenty.”

“If there was a zero star rating I would have used that. I received a defective product but Aliexpress sided with the seller. Don't know why I was surprised. Of course they would choose the seller over one single customer cause they make money through each other. Aliexpress's "promise" to stand behind their customers is an absolute joke! Save yourself some grief and frustration and buy from a different company.”

“Very bad experience with this site. I bought a mobile phone. Unfortunately, the local delivery company lost "apparently" the item. Seller Aliexpress did not want to take the responsability and despite being given proof of the postal service, they did not submit the refund after three months since the purchase was made. They did not want to contact the postal service. 250 USD lost. You probably cannot believe me, however, this is real. I WAS SCAMMED BY ALIEXPRESS. I will never buy on Aliexpress, also any of my friends. This can be a lotto.”

“Scam of a site. Shipping time estimations are wrong, still waiting on my order after almost 3 months, no refund given. Thankfully it's a small amount, so I am not refunded, not the end of the world, but I won't shop there again. Customer service is non existent and only uses bots.”

“Placed an order and credit card was charged. Hadn't received product so checked Account and Order had vanished from my list! Didn't even show as a Deleted Order. Can't raise a Dispute - no option to get my money back. Stay away!”

“Absulute rip off. 50/50 chance your order arrives damaged. And their claims help is a joke. They ether offer you $1 or $2 compensation for a useless broken item you've paid $30 to $60 for. Then close your dispute if you refuse that offer and you get nothing. Disgusting. Typical actions from people of that part of the world.”

“I am very unhappy with my dealing with aliexpress ihave been a good customer .My purchase of 2 micro fibre car towels and none was delivered please look at the conversations with the supplier i supported the company in good faith and both times i have been scammed by Aliexpress i just want my money back in my account.Michael”

“This site is totally unsafe u don't recommend people to use it , first delivery time is the worst from sellers , secondly if you ask AliExpress for assistance they will be always on the side of seller and they don't even read carefully your complain emails . I order bait boat with more than 400 usd expecting delivery on 15 days and its delivered after more than 2 months while im on vacation after i back i check i found problem seller not willing to help or respond to chat and i complain to support team they said same language . Avoid this website otherwise u wasting ur money . If i have option for less than one star i will put . Totally shame on this website if anyone can help to make committee to sue sellers and we site it will be very helpful”

“I bought 150 of books last year. I never received them or refund. Instead, I got automated response from their robot chat. The seller said that they could issue me refund, because it was handled by Aliexpress, and they used their shipping. Aliexpress didn't bother to respond with.”

“I ordered 2x AMD RTX 580 GPUs from seller PC-IT Store on AliExpress. After receiving the GPUs, I noticed they were different from my other RTX 580s in significant ways. 1. The cards GPU-Z specifications did not match as in the picture of the GPU-Z specs on the advertisement(had bought 2 GPUs and both did not match the specifications in GPU-Z readout, so it wasn't just a one-off problem); 2. The cards specs did not match any specifications of any AMD GPUs. 3. Veineda is not listed on AMD's website as an authorized manufacturer/distributor. This is even though the card was marketed on the ad as both "AMD" and "RTX" brands - the actual box that arrived did not have AMD anywhere on it or the card. Aliexpress has a counterfeit item policy that states 2x refund plus the buyer keeps the item when an item is a counterfeit. But they did not honor this and they denied counterfeit claims, even though AMD did not list this company and the card does not match the GPU specifications. Additionally, the GPU chipset does not match any AMD gpu chipset numbers. The first 3 digits, 216, is the designation for smaller form factor GPUs for laptops. But this GPU chipset was like a copy of the larger form factor(as in it resembled the shape and size), yet did not have the corresponding 215 number. The fonts also did not match other authentic AMD GPU chipsets. Additionally, I found this chipset for sale on Yoycart- a website for counterfeit chips thru 3rd party. Then Aliexpress made spend 3 months going back and forth with the seller. First, I had to record a video installing their drivers(which is a 20-minute process per card) and showing that the specifications were not correct. They refused to accept the screenshots I sent. But since they only allow you to upload 2 minutes maximum, I had to upload it to my own hosting. Additionally, their message field in the dispute page only allows for 500 characters. Maybe that is fine for Chinese language because each word is usually 1 character. But for English, that's not near enough to make all of the points about the problems with this seller and GPU. Finally, after seeing the videos showing the GPU-z specs did not match, Aliexpress made the judgment that I have to ship back to the seller to get any refund and that the seller must refund me for the shipping once it's received. So I pay out of pocket and keep a receipt of the $44.63 shipping cost. The seller asked me to lie on the customs form about the item value, which I did not do. I wrote the amount I paid. It is a return item so that shouldn't even be an issue. Under the understanding that I will be returned the full amount paid plus the shipping fee, I send the GPUs back, as cost-effectively as possible for air shipping. When the card got to Shenzhen, I noticed it was stuck at customs. This means the seller needs to provide some proof to Chinese customs that they are the original seller of the cards and not just smuggling in GPUs. Seller wouldn't go to pick it up(they are based in Shenzhen) so I reopen the dispute. Then the seller went to pick it up. Aliexpress updates their dispute resolution with just basic refund and no mention of refunding the shipping. But I still had a picture of the prior agreement. Then I update the dispute to say they should refund both shipping and the full amount and provide a picture of both the prior agreement and the shipping receipt. Aliexpress closed the dispute and refunded me the original amount with no shipping fee, basically just ignoring their previous agreement. I contact their service again. They say they can only give me "coupon" and refuse to refund any amount to my card or make any other arrangements for the shipping. Refund and coupons are very different things. They did not send any "coupon" until I followed up several times. And then they send me a coupon for $30, which requires I spend a certain amount for it to work. It's not even the amount I paid for shipping. They are a fraud.”

“Don't buy from them. I've had two orders where a seller spoofed a fake tracking claimed it was delivered. Another order where seller sent me a random item that cost a few cents instead of what I bought. Aliexpress buyer protection is a joke. These sellers know all the loop holes to get paid. Granted 70% of the sellers are legitimate the other 30% are scammers and aliexpress sides with them.”
