warning do not buy from aliexpress they lied and said my orders were delivered and they never got delivered now they do not want to give me a replacement order and they will not give you a refund stay away you will get scamed.

AliExpress Vendors Started Cheating on Shipping about six months ago Most merchants lately charge a base price, usually very low to catch your eye, and then block standard shipping and force you to pay their own special (exorbitant) shipping price and worse yet, per item! - even if its a 2 gramm item delivered in the same package. Some sellers are still honorable but they are the exception now. With AliExpress allowing this manipulation it is so much harder now to find a decent deal. I submitted to them the following request: I am requesting that AliExpress stop the features that allow sellers to manipulate shipping prices. Most of them started playing the "shipping game", post the item at a low nominal and then charge arbitrary, often exorbitant, shipping charges and charge shipping per item even if the item is small and several fit into a low cost shipping delivery. At the same time the standard AliExpress shipping is not available on these items. This is unethical, wastes people's time and turns people off. I have reduced my purchases or limited them

Stiller never gave feedback or never responded so I took my money back through PayPal and I will never try to use AliExpress again and I will recommend to all my friends not to try it because it is not honest

I ordered 3 parcels from Aliexpress, I never received any items from them. I ordered on 3 different occasions, The parcel shows delivered but hasn't even arrived in my location when I track it??? After a while you start to think that the parcels were never sent by sellers on AliExpress. Clearly not to be trusted don't make the same mistake. They closed the refund case I lodged against the seller. I didn't hear anything back no refund either. Please watch out no phone support no email support. You can lodge a refund case that's all Customer support you can get. By the looks of it Customer support chose the sellers side. That guarantee that they offer doesn't mean anything

Horrible company with horrible business practices.. Temu surpasses Aliexpress in reliability and customer service in every conceivable way.. My order was lost and its been two months and they gave me the run around past any level of tolerance I possess.. Avoid Aliexpress at all costs, this is one of several orders that has gone wrong and getting the run around seems par for the course .

I got scammed for $275. Have ran ran 3 disputes through PayPal. I was denied the proof was a3 lb package delivered to a house not mine. I ordered a 46 pound box of house wire. The whole experience was fraud. PayPal and AliExpress should not be in business praying on consumers. Don't trust either of them.

The vendors on Ali Express either listing products with wrong pricing or not shipping the products at all giving lame excuses. They try to force you to cancel the order and get refund if they listed low price of their products. This is my current experience. In the past I had no such issues.

I've tried to order a few things from Ali Express and they never have the item in stock. Not sure why they even advertise things for sale. So far I've gotten the refunds though.

If there is 0 star, I will do it 100%. Aliexpress just scam my money. my first order with Aliexpress, and the item is not like what they sold. I tried to dispute and they said I can get full refund, the seller will have to pay for the return shipping fee. I came to Canada Post and the shipping fee (you have to choose the one with tracking number, without tracking number you wont get refund) is $75 with tracking number. It's higher than good's value. From Aliexpress policy, you need to contact the seller first to get confirm with them. Yes I did contact the seller so many times, from Dec 29, 2024 until today Jan 16, 2025, but the seller only read, not response anything. The return timeframe due on Jan 17, 2025. Aliexpres will consider you passed the due date, then you can't get any refund. This is not my fault at all. This is the seller's fault because they didn't answer anything. Also, you won't never have chances to do review for the seller, as it will show 404 pages when you click to review. You never know how bad that seller was. That's how Aliexpress scamming your money. Be aware. Stop buying from them.

Never got my furniture patio from us toptop store. Which is a store of AliExpress. They send me a slip for a delivery. That slip is not the same As the delivery information on the closed ticket. The delivery on the ticket is 12/10/24. On the order information the delivery was 12/4/24. I never got my patio furniture. The seller wrote that I will get a refund but didn’t it.

If I could give them a rating of -100-. I would. If you are in need of a refund from Ali Express you are wasting your time. They falsely advertise products. They make sizes confusing so you're not sure what you're ordering. When you seek a return they'll send you a label that you can't print. Their instructions say take package to UPS but UPS will tell you no, it goes to post office. When you get to the USPS they are unable to print it. They sent me to the library to pay for them to print the label then I had to take it back to USPS for them to mail. All the running around and burning up gas is a way to detour you so you'll stop seeking your refund. Well I couldn't let these crooks off the hook. I want my $20 back. I've gotten a receipt from post office, yet no acknowledgement from Ali Express that they acknowledge receipt of my package. This is how they conduct business. Stay away from this company. I'm in the waiting mode to see if I'll actually get my money back, though I know I'm in for long wait. But they got the wrong one when they got me. They don't quit scamming people and neither will I quit trying to pursue my refund.

After returns the 20 November 2024 my account was frozen/ closed. 4 items not corresponding to the description or of a very bad quality was returned but indicated as never returned from AliExpress. The transporter confirmed that the 4 package has arrived and been signed for at the return center. I contacted the SAV AliExpress and showed proof of the returns. In this return and earlier returns I have followed the regulations stipulated in the agreement between customers and AliExpress as presented by AliExpress. AliExpress responded first that the freezing actions were due to un-useful transactions on m’y account and the second answer was that it was a security concern. To make a long story short, if you have any problems you will be met with « dear customer don’t worry we will solve your problem and then they anonymously close your account. There are no other way to communicate with AliExpress than via your account that are closed, a sort of Chinese dictatorship not accepted from européen or USA companies. I will in the future stay away from all Chinese companies or companies that are controlled by the same. Yes,,,, they are less expensive, but also less quality of the product they sell and a non existing SAV/ after sale service on the site AliExpress -Temu etc. The most important is when you have a problem with your card or any other sort of problems, AliExpress do not resolve the issue, they just close your account and they consider the case is closed. I burned my fingers and I lost a total of 40€ on my account, I am happy I did not buy anything more expensive. The platforms are not trustworthy and you should stay away as you would from the pest and colera. How would you complain in France and fight a Chinese company on the other side of the world?… no it is better to stay away 01 January 2025. Avis. Sofar no respond from AliExpress. My account is still closed with my 40€ as a loss. They have a customer service department that is empty of humans and a robot is responding to the chat and mails. There are no chance to speak to a human or a representative. My advise remains to stay away or only buy something with money you do not need, you will most probable lose it. 6 Jan 2025, still no news of my return and the frozen account. Her are a copy or the Ali msg: They say I have not fait appel against their action. I never had a chance. They just closed it. Customer Service is sucks!!!!! 4 times they could not provide me resolution. They promised answer in 48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED! I have never got my refund. I will never use Aliexpress ever again.

Bought two bangles! Initially asked seller to send a pic of the bangle to make sure he is sending the right one! He did not respond but went ahead to send a totally random bangle!I asked him to refund but did not reply Ali express assured the seller bear the postage and I send it out! Later , they send me message it will not be refunded !! What the heck ! They are fraud ppl out there and pls be very careful when you buy from them online !

Worst e-commerce site. No product ever delivered on time and customer service has no idea on the order status. They make you wait for days for your order to be shipped and they cancel the order after the delivery time has passed. Absolutely the worst place to buy anything. Never buy and don’t waste your time

I had the absolute worst experience with AliExpress customer service regarding a refund for order #8195955726769039. Two defective items were delivered, and while the seller was cooperative and agreed to issue a 20% refund, AliExpress has completely dropped the ball. The seller confirmed that the refund was processed and is being held by AliExpress. Despite this, AliExpress customer service has repeatedly insisted the refund cannot be issued until the items are returned—a nonsensical response since the seller had already agreed otherwise. I contacted AliExpress multiple times via chat and email, providing all necessary details and wasting hours of my time. Each interaction was met with robotic, unhelpful responses that clearly showed they didn’t even bother to understand the issue. To make matters worse, after all my efforts, AliExpress still refuses to process the refund, even though the seller complied with the agreement. This level of incompetence is mind-blowing and incredibly frustrating. If this is the level of support AliExpress provides, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform altogether. They clearly do not value their customers' time, nor are they capable of resolving even straightforward issues.
