“I ordered a hoodie for my wife and have waited over a month and still not recieved it. Made a dispute for refund habe not had a response. Time in the dispute for the seller to reapond has ran out. Still no response. Called them 5 times today left 2 messages no response. I will never order from here again and will tell everyone i know not to buy from here.”

“most of the stuff i ordered from them does last or do what i says it going to do refunds are a joke and i didn't even get a couple of the things i ordered. its not worth it the little bit of money you save by ordering from them”

“One star is one too many. Put a fake tracking number on my order so it said it was delivered but then when questioned they admitted that it was never sent and asked me to lie on the refund reason and say that I just no longer want the item. They have now said that they have processed the refund but 27 days later and I still haven’t received it. Avoid at all costs.”

“I have been waiting 4 months for my shoes. The seller has closed the dispute and out of the 20 trillion people in that country, there is not 1 that will answer my emails or "online" chat - it is a bot called Eva and the whole thing is plain BS. Stick to ebay and don't even bother with this garbage. You will get a couple of ok experiences and then when you get burnt you can kiss your money away. I've blown USD 40 which totally sucks. NEVER AGAIN. At least with ebay Paypal has an honorable refund system and ebay tries hard to protect its reputation (generally).”

“I ordered a heating blanket from seller Tingtop Trading Company on Aliexpress.com for the winter. https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?spm=a2g0s.9042647.6.2.583f4c4dYeFfN9&orderId=8002991829673207&productId=32956545593 It was to be given as a gift, but instead after opening it up it was truly disappointing. The power cord was so light weight it felt cheap, no cheezy. The main material is too stiff it's not comfortable. In fact the entire pattern was of some material I've never seen in a blanket so I threw it back in the package that it came in. When I finally found out that this piece of.. didn't don't work either I was so angry. Instead of a refund they asked for a video through an email address. Now they refuse to give a refund! and tell me to contact aliexpress.”

“Avoid this service. They lie about the dates. They sent me a message after three monthes that the order arrived to my local post office. I went to all of the post offices in my city and nothing arrived. Why they didn't send it to my address after all that time? The tracking is bad and the customer services is misleading. You'll loose your money.”

“AE used to be a reliable, inexpensive place to purchase items, but since last fall, they have stopped acknowledging purchase & notices of items being sent out. One would have to log on to its website to find out status of purchase. The last straw was my last purchase on Jan 30, 2020. It's now 4/28 & item has still not arrive. Last dispute date is today, yet trying to get a refund went into an endless loop.”

“Weeks after I have placed several orders, I still haven't received anything. The tracking system is just a joke and it shows that my orders are still in China but my payments have been withdrew for my account already. Do not use Aliexpress by all means!!”

“RIP OFF!!!!! Do not order ANYTHING from them. Ordered 2 months ago and still haven't received my order then I did a dispute and they extended my date. I dont need it now his birthday is come and gone. I want my money back just they just keep saying give it a little time. I DONT need it anymore. Please never order from them. I wouldn't give them one star if I didnt have to to write this. Horrible experience.”

“This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF! Steer clear unless you want to be ripped off. Placed an order over a month ago. Immediately got an email, letting me know that the order was confirmed and then received one the next day, stating it was on the way! Weeks went by and I decided to track it. The website prompted me to use my last name as my user name, which I did. After after entering my password, I got a message saying I was not authorized access to my own damned account. When I attempted to reset my password, I was sent a link, with a prompt with a strange email, which was not mine! Lastly, I got some link which Ali Express provided me, which was in freaking Chinese!! They probably figured that I, like a lot of buyers, don't know Chinese. Nevertheless, I will NEVER buy from this fraudulent "company" again.”

“Absolute total waste of money. This is just another wish/gadget..... items look good in the pictures but the stuff is tat that actually doesn’t work, and very poor quality. When asking for a refund they want you to pay for tracked postage, which can cost anything from £15, and if your item is only £5/£10 is a total waste.. disgusting service, and they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with the false statements the put in listings.”

“Placed an order for 2 items, I keep getting email confirmation from Aliexpress claiming one of my items has been delivered!?!?! What's wrong with this company!! Do not use AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM ALIEXPRESS, KEWEITE Store, and or anyone that uses Aliexpress for that matter. God Bless..”
