DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NERVES ON TRASH ! 1- Bad quality products (specially electronics) - doorbell camera and endoscopic camera, LOWEST USER RATINGS IN APPS STORES (Toosee & YCamera), Both use open WiFi network (means that anyone with the application can see your camera image ! both went to trash and I lost USD 60 because chinese sellers alleged that I was not configuring the mobile software correctly, even when I sent them a video showing correct steps ! 2- 5 buys, 3 disputes ! funny is that expensive buys all resulted in disputes but cheap buys (USD 10) did not ! and each dispute takes weeks to be settled; 3- A pair of shoes, initial delivery 20-35 days, when payment was made, seller asked 35-60 days, when I disputed this, he sent the shoes to another state hundreds miles away and AE alleged that the shoes was delivered ! 4- AE is a chinese company, they let chinese sellers sell their trash in the site even when you show them by video that the products does not work properly and their products have bad user reviews on APPs Stores, they will al ledge that you didn't configure the app. correctly ! 5- AE has more than 4500 complains here with the record of none of them even answered ! they are there to rip new buyers money! if you want to lose money or your patience just go ahead and try it !

False advertising. Offers coupon for new members till the item is priced to 1 cent. Funny how they cancelled my order "due to security verification" and on my other account charged me higher than the actual price. Ridiculous. They also won't reply to my messages. AND MY MONEY IS GONE!

When something is wrong with those sellers they don’t refund the money back. We are taking a risk as a customer Buying in this app. I don’t trust them , I had many problems with some order and nobody did nothing for solve it . Don’t boy here there are many app better

Ordered a smart watch from this site. Watch was faulty and does not charge. I reported this and requested a replacement or refund but they have made it impossible for me and will intervene even though I have forwarded a video of the watch failing to charge as requested. I’ve also offered to return the faulty watch but not interested in that proposal either. Aliexpress is a SCAM... you may as well throw your hard earned money in the rubbish bin.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN WHEN PRODUCT WAS MISREPRESENTED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MAKE YOU GO THROUGH ALL THESE PORTALS AS IF THEY WILL ASSIST YOU, ONLY TO DENY YOUR CLAIM. THEY ASK FOR PICTURES BUT IGNORE THE PICS WHEN SENT. !@#$%^&*( SORRY COMPANY!!!!!!

buyers be aware!! at your own risk!! do not buy more than one items from the same seller!!! I made the mistake since I liked several items from the same seller so I ended up purchasing 3 products. When the package arrived, I only received 2 of them, therefore I filed for dispute. The seller refund to refund the 1 item that I never received and provided tracking info to demonstrate the package was delivered. Aliexpress ruled no refund to be made!! How ridiculous is that?? So as long as the package is delivered, Aliexpress do not care what content was included in the package. DO NOT BUY MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM THE SAME SELLER!! THEY'LL SCREWED YOU BY NOT SENDING YOU ALL THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ORDER!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!! WATCH OUT!!!

A big Bravo to all who work in aliexpress! They do great job!! I order a part at 6/12/2019,(they say delivery time 20-40 days),and at 24/12/2019 the package is in Greece!! Great communication,and quick delivered!! Also Bravo to ''banwinoto official store'' for the product!! If i like to order something again,i will choose aliexpress for sure!!!

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life at 34 years old doing this about 25 years worse company and shipping handling it was a screen protector plastic and it was broken in Styrofoam what the hell unprofessionalism at its best

Keep away from Venter Store. Little greedy lying store. Thay take your order and than they have 50 days to process it. If in the meantime the price of your item goes up they will never send it to you, instead they will sell it to someone else at higher price.

KEEP AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS/ SCAMMERS. BOUGHT A M. PROCESSOR CHIP WHICH TURNED UP FAKE ! OPENED DISPUTE & THEY ASKED FOR CLEAR JPEG PHOTOS, BUT LESS THAN 2MB. MY PHOTOS WHERE ALL BETWEEN 3.2 & 3.8MB, SO I COULDN`T SUBMIT DISPUTE, SO I TOOK A PICTURE OF A WALL WHICH WAS 1.8MB & OPENED DISPUTE BY TELLING THEM ABOUT THE CHIP & REASON FOR A LOW DEFINITION PHOTO, ALIEXPRESS DID NOT ACCEPT & ASKED ME FOR A VIDEO ! HOW CAN I SHOW PROOF THAT A CHIP IS FAKE ON VIDEO ?!!! CLEARLY THEY DID NOT SEEM TO REFUND MY MONEY, SO I DOWNLOADED A PORN CLIP & SENT IT INSTEAD ! BEWARE THESE THIEVES GUY. THEY LITERALLY RIP YOU OFF !!

I bought a smartphone from xiaomi official store on aliexpress for my son 1- I asked them when do you send my order? their reply 1-4 days After 5 days i asked again and their answer was 2- 15 days. I told them this is not serious and their answer was that goods are not available and asked me to cancel my order. So first they lie and second they admit that they don't have the phone. They sold me something they don't have Screenshot nr 1 2- I told them that I want it for my son and this is the reason i'm not canceling. Also i asked if they are xiaomi official (no answer from them regarding this) But what they do? They ask me again to cancel Screenshot nr 2 3- I told them that i reported their bad behavior to aliexpress and again they ask me to cancel Screenshot nr 3 4- I tell them that I will not cancel They answer - Wait until the order is closed, then the system will refund you. If you want to wait, we can't stop you, then just wait. So they tell me that they don't have any intention to send my order and i have to wait until it is closed by the system. (they can't stop me) Also as defence they try to pressure and to intimidate me by using the fact that i asked them to hide the price (poor people) a) i asked them only once if they can hide the price because of the taxes (we use this method with many sellers all over the world) and i never mentioned it again. They didn't answer that. And now they pretend that they didn't send the order because of this. Also they tried to preach me telling me that paying taxes is everyone's duty (what a pity for these people and their defence) No one in this world has the right to tell me what i do or i don't do. The only thing they could have done was to tell me that they can't change the price but they never mentioned it because it has no sense. Now they are trying to play the failed moral card. Screenshot 4 5- At this situation i reported everything to Aliexpress. Xiaomi Official Store on Aliexpress was to make me wait 50 days until the system cancel automatically the order. But i can't wait 50 days for their sick mind and 20 days for the refund. 50+20 =70 days for nothing or better for sick mind people. I cancel the order but what xiaomi store does? They ask me to cancel but to choose "other reasons" The reason I cancelled is because of their terrible behavior, because they are bad people, because they are cheating and they ask me to cancel for other reasons? This is insane. So they don't cancel because they want "other reasons". Those people who asked me to cancel now tell me to choose "other reasons". If not I will have to wait again 50 days. Screenshot 5 To recapitulate Xiaomi Official Store on Aliexpress 1- sells phones which they don't have 2- lie the buyers 3- ask them constantly to cancel the order 4- pressure the buyer with the fact of keeping his order for 50 days 5- try to intimidate the buyer playing the moral card 6- after i cancel they try to pressure me to choose "other reasons". if not they will not cancel and I will have to wait 50 days. And aliexpress answer to all this? you have to cancel according to xiaomi desires or you have to wait 50 days. They play xiaomi game and they block me to report . Aliexpress is total fraud. They are all, the same bunch of thieves

Purchased from Outl1fe Adventure Store, seller did not ship despite my repeated emails. Seller notified me just prior to date I was supposed to receive it (a month) and then claimed it was being shipped. The seller was aware that a new shipping date eliminates the option for any dispute or refund requests. Seller refused to refund.

# Be Very Careful buying from IvaRose !!! She Sends Brown even though you have ordered Blue !!!! Then she tries to tell you the Colour is correct, You just need to look at the feedback and seeing how many people received the Wrong Colour !!! Then you need to Convince the people in the Dispute department you have the Wrong Colour, even though you have Sent a Photo of a Brown Duvet Cover !!! Then IvaRose was to Lazy to acknowledge the Bed Set had been returned and made me Wait an Extra 10 Days After being Told I would receive $20 US for return Postage costs, I still Only received the money back for the Bed Set !!!!!! So much for the Extra $20 US, must have been lost when the money was Transferred !!! So I was out of Pocket $30 AUD My Experience with AliExpress has made me think its better to Shop with eBay, they might be a light more Expensive but the Customer Service is Much Better !!!! You can see the difference in the Two Photos **** NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!

Pretty obnoxious site, some of the admins who run the FB site r just absolutely rude. They are forever posting derogatory comments about the customers who are buying goods on their recommendations. Stay away.

I bought a smart watch from Aliexpress from a vendor called NORTH EDGE the watch was very well priced. When it arrived I realized that the product was not as described. I opened a dispute with the seller and they were not clear on the return process, at some point they send me the direction in Chinese. While I was trying to figure out how to return the product, they told that the timeframe to return the product has passed and I cant return and closed the dispute. I tried to resolve the issue with Aliexpress with no luck. Aliexpress has a bot and not a live agents at least I couldnt get a hold of one. NOw I am left with a product that is useless. I will never buy anything from Aliexpress.

Customer service is nonexistent. You will struggle to contact a person, only option 90% of the time is a chatbot. Items take an eternity to arrive. Had a case when the seller didn't ship the item, accepted so, yet still AliExpress customer service decided not to refund the money based on bogus tracking numbers.

I ordered an item 11/29/19 and as of today, it has still not arrived 1/17/20. Every time I try to open a dispute, they reply "please be patient and pay attention to the shipping details"... Now they've disabled my account so that I can't file another dipsute. Lesson learned.
