“Gotta watch this company. I ordered 45+ items that I needed before Christmas. They stated they'd be delivered at least 5 days before Christmas. All 3 packages showed up days and one weeks after the date. Wanted to return most items. Messaged their customer service agents on over a dozen occasions who tell me everytime that I'm getting my refund but end up getting emails saying returns and refunds are denied. This company will rip you off”

“My bad review is not so much about AliExpress than one of their Seller RAIULEKO. RAIULEKO advertising was MISLEADING. They advertised a pocket talker which took the whole part of the photo BUT in fact they were selling 2 small ear plugs. These ear plugs can be found anywhere and quite cheap. Raiuleko price was VERY expensive. SO MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND VERY EXPENSIVE SIMPLE EAR PLUGS. My complain now is that AliExpress is not trying to demand that Raiuleko changes its advertising. By not pressuring Raiuleko, AliExpress is destroying its own reputation. This review will be put on internet unless AliExpress forces its seller Raiuleko to change its advertising. RAIULEKO IS THE PROBLEM FOR ME, NOT ALIEXPRESS ! Order ID: 1109246038731954”

“I want to share my nightmare experience with this store. After i bought a product around 500 dolars + 200 dollars shipping, after arrived in my country Romania, custom authorities said i have to pay another 200 dollars for shipping+ some taxes. Tried to contact seller to asking for invoice with shipping proof and he didn't respond at all. I opened a dispute on app because we are under"buyer protection" policy and tried to explain them everything, like seller took my money for shipping but he didn't pay, like i need a invoice also for authoritiesin my country, tried to download from app and was failed. Dispute was refused!!! Like they work hand in hand!!! I was disparate loosing my package, also my money!! So with 500 dollars item, i paid 500 dollars more for shipping and taxes!!! Think twice before you want to buy something from here!! I will never buy something from Aliexpress!!!!”

“If you can't find the products from anywhere else, then go for Aliexpress but don't expect anything unless you get the good. Aliexpress doesn't give your guarantee as their policy state and they don't full fill customer satisfaction so don't bother whatever their policy is. I encountered an issue where I ordered x 2 of 5 pieces each (10) that cost around $3.50, they sent me only 5. Aliexpress refused to fix this problem so I contacted the seller, he forced me to buy 5 more then he will ship include the missing 5. They don't honor what their mistake. It's scam tactic of chinese and aliexpress policy.”

“I bought a Costway brand split AC unit from Aliexpress. If you need any help no one will help. This site may have cheap items but the customer service is bad. No one answers to a complaint. anything you buy you need to keep.”

There wasn't an option for Zero stars Quite possibly the most ignorant, shocking and truly disappointing customer services I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to communicate with. Had trouble with last 3 orders, last one didn't arrive. Seller didn't want to know, Customer Services at Aliexpress wasn't interested. Sick of trying to communicate. Stick the order where the sun doesn't shine, I won't be buying anything else or using that account ever again. Even after giving them all the details and receiving an email stating there were refunding, the refund never arrived. Please don't waste your time, money or energy trying to purchase anything or communicate with this so called company, rotten to the core and Dishonest. Buyers beware, avoid at all costs.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered an item that was supposedly shipped over 40 days ago, but I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple conversations and promises from customer support that the issue would be resolved, all I received were excuses and delays. They constantly ask me to wait, but I’ve waited long enough. Instead of resolving the issue, they seem to be covering for unreliable sellers who send junk to customers and disappear for months. The platform clearly doesn’t vet their sellers, nor do they punish or block them for poor service, allowing them to continue scamming people. I’ve already contacted my bank to reverse the payment and get my money back since this company has proven to be untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with them again and will warn others to avoid this platform at all costs. If you value your time and money, stay away—this platform is unreliable and full of scammers.”

“Have never deliveried my item and kept my money, claiming I had to provide proof of none delivery. This what I wrote to them. "Where is your proof that delivery was made. I know I do not have the mirror and Aliexpress is a scam operation. I will be contesting payment with paypal and rating this seller accordingly. What a joke Aliexpress is. First I get emails offering full refund because the mirrors I paid for on November 1st, 2024 has not been delivered. I know I have not gotten them. Then the seller claims one was delivered on December 22nd, 2024. Again you have provided no proof of delivery, but you steal my money. How stupid to ask me to provide proof I have not received the mirror. That is impossible. You are are SCAM."”

“I ordered some items in early December for Christmas. It'stated I would get these items by Christmas. I did not in fact, I didn't get them until a week after Christmas. So I had to buy extra gifts in the meantime.. I tried very hard to get a hold of customer service which didn't help. I tried to get ahold of the seller, All they could tell me was that it was on its way. I put in for a refund Telling them.I wanted a refund because I haven't received the item and that it was supposed to be for christmas. They played around with it until I finally received the items now They won't refund me because I received the items. And their way of making up for it is to give me a dollar coupon. I will never. Order from them again. If you want cheap stuff buy it off temu. I have bought hundreds of items off a temu and I have had no problems with refunds or returns.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would after I settle with a scam seller I'M DUN I won't even look at the sight again EVER! If you like spending 20-min with a rep then all of a sudden the dialog starts from the beginning again / HOW CAN I HELP YOU W.T.F. this is a sight that the people that you are dealing with a yes yes yes people. In my case I live in Canada the power here uses 60HZ frequence I make sure and specifie that the power-inverter needs to be 60HZ (they have 50HZ and 60HZ advertised in there add) and THEN THE yes,yes,yes, person SENDS 50HZ W.T.F. /// So if you want the aggravation and I have had 4 out of 8 items with this COMMUNICATION PROBLEM going on or they just send a pile of JUNK that they call a kit I warned you I am DUN NEVER AGAIN.”

“Bought an item that was completely fake. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund and it is taking a long time. They asked that I send the item back which I did and now I am still waiting for a refund. The customer service agent doesn't help all they can do is escalate the issue with no resolve. Save your money and time and go somewhere else”
