Warning about taxes. Be careful before any purchase on these kind of website, especially for European. I bought yarns, it’s totally cost 30kr, I paid. And after 3 months I knew that I had to pay extra 77kr for declaration fee plus import taxes if I want to pick up the package. I should be a dumb to pay extra more than double an order’s amount and pick up??? Okie, Fine cause I just made a trial to see, now throwing the little money and uninstalled the hecking app :))

I don't know what is the reason for so many negatives reviews. It's been years that I'm ordering stuff on ali express, and almost everything has been delivered, with enough protection for packaging. For unknown reason, some stuff have never arrived to my home, but i was able to ask refunds and receive them without problems. Wondering if one star are fake review ?

Don't waste your time and money, it's all awful quality. I bought an "original" SanDisk sd card (and other craft stuff which was of disappointing). Took over 40 days to arrive and find it was not working, completely useless, tried everything. I messaged the seller and they never replied. I want a refund. Now, for a full refund you have to return the item and pay for tracked shipping (which would be much more expensive than the item itself) and for a partial refund, I must raise a complaint, and for that they expect me to make a video showing how it doesn't work in my phone, in another phone and in a computer, and also show how another sd card does work in all of them. All in 2 minutes. Worst deal ever, waste of time and money and lots of stress over a piece of useless cardboard.

Hi, just a warning for anyone who wants to use to use Aliexpress. They take your money , close your account and do not deliver the goods. It is impossible to get to the chat line to discuss ones case I would give the company zero rating , or even a negative one if that would be possible. Will NOT use Aliexpress EVER AGAIN.

Useless company! Waited longer than the expedited time frame and when product arrived it was the wrong size. I contacted them but my emails were automated answered. Save the hassle and shop Amazon. I unsubscribed from their shitty emails yet they continue to send them. Worst company ever!

These dumb ass people are rip offs i order something it takes 2months to come wrong size wrong color and the other stuff was order for Christmas I’m still waiting for that DONT even bother they are terrible 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🖕🏻

I would give it a zero if I could. They would not allow a return even though their website states free returns. I had another order that was never delivered and they don't allow you to dispute it. Worst company....Not legit at all.

I paid for some items since April of last year and still haven't received one. I had a live chat twice and was told something would be done. Still nothing. I've lost my money and will never risk losing again. I'm terribly upset cause money doesn't grow on trees.

Their site and apps has limited functions and the longest delivery time. I order 1st week of October 2019 until January 3, 2020 my order still didnt arrived. When I tract the package Oh my God It took a month that my package is halt in one area and they have to travel from different points and now still nothing. Last purchase it took 2 months delivery time. But kodus to my suppliers so far the product they sell are good quality but not this online store - Aliexpress.

I bought a $530 phone. the phone was all good accept that the phone is not compatible with my cell phone carrier. The info that they give about the phone says that it should work with the wifi/network. Problem with this is that you need the IMEI1,IMEI2,MEID or S/N to actually verify the phones compatibility and none of those worked on Total Wireless website when typed in. Been on dispute for a little over a week and they say no refund even though I downloaded a video showing them none of the numbers work.

So far I have bad experiences Sellers taking advance mony and given fake tracked no, after holding money for long time, if u contact they tell sorry product returns un know reason, we will refund, Think twice before purchasing through Ali express, there are cheaters

Never use this website. I ordered and paid for a pair of runners. Surprise surprise- they were never delivered. I tried to contact the seller as well as contacting Ali Express complaints. No one to help Beware - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Scammers. Buyer beware, there is no effective buyer protection from this site. I received goods that were faulty, mispresented in advertising and do not function the way described. Seller was dishonest scammer. Lodged a dispute which was ruled to be “invalid”. How can a dispute be “invalid” when I did not received goods that were advertised and they did not do what they were advertised to do? So I’m telling the world not to buy from this site if you expect any sort of consumer protection from shonky sellers.

It is your choice to purchase where you want, it's your money. BUT, beware purchasing from websites or vendors overseas especially on aliexpress. A particular vendor LGTOY store on aliexpress is one example of why I will not buy on this site, and why I will encourage others to purchase from reputable or local vendors elsewhere. Most vendors if not all that are selling on here use auto translation to communicate via messaging. I know these translators can be inaccurate and either party can get confused as to what is being said. Beyond that it's your call as to whether or not you want to deal with countless hours of misinterpretation and a sense of feeling like you're being screwed. LGTOY store has tried to take me across the coals due to them shipping a partial order to this day I still have not received.... On top of that in order to try to obtain what I had originally paid for, they wanted me to purchase parts so they could ship what never arrived in the initial order. I put faith in this company to deliver the goods promised and Hopefully work out an arrangement to get my original parts and replacement parts for a faulty product. No, they would not stand by any warranty or fulfill the shipment of my original order without me having to make another purchase for items I never wanted. Sometimes what you see is not what you get, so beware. Alot of product will show items and have no description on what comes with it....letting the vendor pick and choose what comes with what and negating and dispute you have against them . Because these vendors are on the other side of the world , it seems that they are untouchable when it comes to getting what you paid for, and their will be no resolution to your inquires. In my situation, I had made an inquiry against LGTOY store with aliexpress customer service . After my initial complaint was issued via messaging with a representative saying that they alone would handle the situation with the vendor, I get a message 10 minutes later being harassed by the LGTOY store vendor. Very disrespectful and uncalled for. If this is how aliexpress and its vendors do business, they shouldn't be doing business period! My last purchase has been made, and that will be the very last purchase I'll make with aliexpress. This my be an isolated incident, and I'm quite sure it isn't. If you are reading this and something similar has happened to you I encourage you to write your review, let consumers know how you feel so they won't fall into the same trap I and many others have and let your what ever financial payment company (PayPal etc.) know your situation so you can have an outside source do an inquiry besides aliexpress. One star, one vendor, one less customer.

I ordered a FreeSmilly raincoat on 11/11/19, and it was finally delivered on 31/12/19. Delivery was free to me, but I was unprepared for it to take 6 weeks. Customers should be warned about the long delivery time. The tracking number worked for me. I had to ask three times via Eva (supposed to be "live chat" but is no such thing) before the protection period was extended.

I ordered a FreeSmilly raincoat on 11 November 2019. It finally arrived on 31 December. The tracking number worked for me, but I was anxious that moving my order seemed to take so long. According to tracking on Aliexpress app, the order "left country of origin distribution centre" on 14 November, passing through "warehouse" and "accepted by airline" on the same day. Then changes to the tracking stopped. I sent three messages via Eva (I think its supposed to be "live chat" but is no such thing) asking for the customer protection period to be extended, and finally, on 8th December, got a message in my account that it was extended 50 days. This arrived just after 6 December, when the order "departed country of origin' (China). I just about could have walked faster than the flight from China to New Zealand. It "arrived at destination country" on 23/12. It being the Christmas public holiday in NZ, it is understandable that the parcel was not delivered until 31st December. Delivery was free to me, but I was unprepared for it to take six weeks. You should let customers know when they order that average delivery time is "over a month". I only find this out today, when I searched the internet to write this review.
