I payed extra money for my orders to come on time and it has been over that date and not coming till February. They told me I need to have patients even tho I payed extra money. They don’t help you. Never use this website

Generally the vendors who are honest are good to work with. However once you find one of the 20% who are not honest, Aliexpress is really of no help at all. I had 2 vendors of 13 who created shipping labels, ceased communication and after two months I opened a dispute with both of them. I got 1/4 of 1 order refunded after 2 weeks. Zero communication from vendor or Aliexpress. There's no way to talk to Aliexpress directly. Anyhow, after 90 days, no activity, no refunds, just an extension of the dispute time for no reason indicated. I called my credit card company to complain. 9 days later, Aliexpress froze my account. And two of the vendors that I had NO issues with are complaining to me that Aliexpress has taken their money, and they want to know why I opened a case against them. From my interface, there's no open case and no issues. Aliexpress is really no more honest than the bad vendors it seems.

I am amazed people are giving so many bad reviews about AliExpress. I have ordered more than 50 dresses from them and I absolutely love them. I always receive good comments when i wear them. I understand they do have size problem but you can communicate with seller before buying to get right size. Sellers are always helpful and they do help you to get the right size. Chinese sizes are different from other countries. They always mention in description please check your size before you order. This is my best website for shopping. I simply love it. I shop for my whole family from AliExpress. I have stopped shopping from stores since i start shopping from AliExpress.

It's definitely a scam. They sent the wrong size and print of the product i ordered and will ask for shipping payments if you want to return it. Never using Aliexpress again.

I spent a lot of money on Aliexpress but Aliexpress help sellers as cheaters took my money. They sent wrong size/colors and sometimes they sent my order with some missing pieces. When I opened dispute Aliexpress asked me to return the goods and pay for the shipping to China, that’s stupid because i bought something for maybe $5-$10 but they asked me to pay for $30-$50 for shipping fee? I am so mad at them and would never shop on Aliexpress from now on.

I will stop using AliExpress. Items arrive late and they aren't the items I have ordered. Horrible quality but what's worse is the non existed customer service! Never again.

Buyer beware! I have just received an item in damaged conditon. And have a terrible time getting a fair refund of the damaged item. Aliexpress is asking me to pay for part of the cost of the damaged item. How is that even a possible resolution??? Or pay shipping cost of item back to the seller for a full refund. Not even worth a star. First and last time using it. Item was supposed to be delivered on a specific date. Prior to the actual day, i received a email saying item has arrived in my country using china airline. Gonna spread negative re,arks about this con and scam online through word of mouth and social media...

I am leaving AliExpress for good now because this site have now went from good to useless and worst. Recently I purchased a product, to be delivered from Spain. The product never come even after 2 months. The seller doesn't feel responsible and gives fake answer. Sent from Spain--NO Sent with DHL according to AliExpress- Fake. The number is fake Seller says Sent with economy shipment- Fake, the shipment tracking is never updated. The dispute is not handled fairly by AliExpress and there is stupid bot when trying to contact them. It is impossible to contact AliExpress now. Why would we buy from Spam, who can't be contacted. My money is lost with nothing delivered. So I recommend everyone to avoid this spam. Not delivered

attention no customer service worthy of the name I ordered a refurbished Iphone 6s from Aliexpress. The package arrived in my mailbox, and the horror when I opened my locked box the package had been opened by I do not know who and the iPhone was no longer in the package. Aliexpress refuses to reimburse me and tells me to make do with the post office. I do not recommend ordering expensive items from Aliexpress because in the event of a problem, this merchant completely accepts no responsibility.

Took 6 was to receive 6 glasses. They were shipped in styrofoam only and were shattered. Still waiting for response. Never again. Other order not received.
