I ordered a braided wig it said that it was delivered but when I got in touch with the delivery company the package was delivered to the wrong location I had all my information including building letter so I got in touched with Allie express to get a refund I had to go through so many issues I reached out to customer support they said one thing until today I got a email saying that I couldn’t get my refund they came up some excuse so I’m not a HAPPY CUSTOMER at all I will not order from AliExpress ever again

Ali express is a total scam I ordered SOLde janeiro it came before the due time.It came in the same bottles but was not the real scent $50 wasted 1 star

Worst of the worst do not buy anything from this business. I ordered some items and paid for them over two weeks ago. I received a couple of emails confirming my order and the shipment information as well, I also was given an order number. Today after 2 weeks of waiting I tried to see when I would be receiving my order, the order number and my information along with the previous acknowledgement of my order has disappeared from their site. No way you can connect to them. the chat system does not respond. very bad business.

BUYER BEWARE!! I have been scammed. I paid this company $164 for a hedge trimmer. It went a week beyond my projected delivery date, at which point I starting calling to see if I could track it. They had told me the package had been delivered and showed me a picture of a package on someone's porch. I was not my porch. I then called Fedex and they told me that the tracking # that I was given was not my tracking # and to call the seller and get the correct #. I've tried to reach them, but they do not answer the phone. I have tried to "Chat" with them but have not been given any satisfaction in resolving the issue. They have closed my case without it being resolved. I have spent many hours on this and am very frustrated. I have handed it over to my bank and fraud authorities. May they reap what they sow. 😒

ALIEXPRESS SELLER - HOME NICE STORE IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered 4 LED tables from them and I was suppose to receive the delivery on July 18, 2024. When the date came and I did not receive them, I had to contact customer service. The customer service contacted the seller and the seller responded by telling me to end my dispute because my product is on the way. They were not able to provide me with a sensible tracking number to track my package. After much deliberation back and forth, they finally told me that my package will be delivered on July 25, 2024. I received 2 boxes and open them. There were only 2 tables out of the 4 that I ordered. I contacted the seller again about my order and they gave me a faulty tracking number through FEDEX. When I contacted FEDEX, they made a delivery with the same tracking number to a school. I contacted the school for further knowledge and they informed that such package was nowhere to be found except for the school supplies that were delivered on that date. I have been back and forth with customer service and the seller and every time the seller denies my attempt for a REFUND for the 2 tables that I am missing. These sellers are committing FRAUD. This review is to warn anyone shopping through ALIEXPRESS to beware.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding in September thinking it would come in time, come to find out my package was delivered to Kansas City, MO and I live in Fresno, CA. I am now on the "48 Hour" wait for a refund. Looking at the reviews I am not hopeful of receiving my refund. We will see.

I got scammed. My $483 portable Air Conditioner never arrived but seller ("Beauty Home")provided a false tracking number which said "delivered" (something else delivered to someone else). Scam. By reviews, this scam happens frequently on AliExpress. My Visa CC refunded me thankfully.

Total scam ! Rubbish fake poor quality item sent to me, I returned as per their policy yet they used every excuse for 2 weeks delaying my refund, there kept I would get my refund tomorrow which never came ! Than sent an email this morning saying they are not refunding final ! So I have no item and £138 out of pocket ! Disgusting Disgrace of a company! Steer Clear

I would give zero star if I could. I ordered a mop and a bucket set from AliExpress. Two lids that are supposed to keep the water in the basket came missing. I sent the photo and asked for a refund since I already have waited more than a month to get the item. The seller gave me two options to either keep the item which clearly I cannot use and get half of the money back, or ship it back and get full refund. I checked with the local post office and got a quote that is double the amount of the item. I spoke to two different agents to make sure I will get the shipping fee back too if I ship the item back and they said if I want to get a full refund then ship it back to the seller. After I shipped it back to the seller, seller lied that the tracking number I provided was fake so I had to talk to an agent again, a week later, AliExpress said they will only refund me the item since the item is in Chinese Custom. When I checked, it was delivered back to the seller, so I had to speak to an agent again. When I told them that I want full refund for both item and the shipping fee since I did everything they told me to do, they told me to wait and a couple days later I got a coupon for the shipping fee amount ALSO that expires in September, which is ridiculous. Before sending the item back, I double-checked with agents that I will get my money back not coupons. Every agents say that they will leave a note so the future agent is aware of the situation but I had to repeat myself every time I speak to different agent. I am still talking to agents and waiting for their emails for the shipping fee back. It is very stressful and would NEVER recommend AliExpress to anyone.

Never received the dress i purchased & it only has confirm received. They offered me a £1 coupon but the dress cost £12.99. They also closed the case!

GWENA CUSTOMER SERVICE - ALIEXPRESS After multiple attempts trying to deal with customer service, you end up realizing none of them have common sense. Seller sold an Item that I've already purchased before from other sellers. I bought it at a great price. Seller then messages me with BS story: "09/07 02:27 Dear, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We submit the package to the carrier. They refused to ship the package due to escalated customs rules. In time, Could you please cancel the order? I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Your query has now been assigned to Running Man Store . 09/07 23:08 What customs rules are you referring to? Read 10/07 00:03 Dear, they did not inform us in detail, but only told us that this product is not within the scope allowed by customs and we are prohibited from transporting it. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 10/07 08:32 Hi Running Man. I export all the time. There is nothing wrong with this item as I've also bought this already from other stores. Sounds like you didn't sell it at the price you wanted and you want me to give you a free pass. Read That's fine I can report you. Don't appreciate having my intelligence insulted. Read 10/07 23:26 Dear, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. We contacted the logistics company again and they told us that in general, the product itself is not up to standard, and the product packaging is not up to standard. I contact AliExpress customer service via chat. It takes 4 agents to finally get past their 4th auto template responses. Their answer after multiple explanations is basically to have me buy from another seller... which won't solve the problem as the price is not the same. They want me to talk to the other sellers to ask for a discount? LoL? Stupid Gwenda. She needs to find a new job

cheaters, never came, no comunication. ali express are welcoming that kind of selleres and in a deal with them. have all info but still with them. i guess they have a percentage in that. seller doesnt want to answer, and they dont care. even didnt contact them. deleting this thief organisation

Item arrives damaged, I notified AliExpress and was told to return the item on my dime, they would send me a return label. Only solution is to dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Will never order from them again.

Garbage. Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site. Note: currently at the time of me having an issue with them, the "Help Desk" was conveniently the only part of the site you couldn't click on... After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on. Honestly, if you plan to buy anything over 1000円 you should be prepared to loose it all to bad sellers and a lack of support from AliExpress. I would honestly go one further and never use the platform again. What other company goes "sorry we sold you a defective product but we're still going to keep 70% of the sale"? That's just outright thievery. It's been two days and no news, no refund given.

They sell you second hand stuff or stuff that broken then they make like they want to help but don’t come back to you and then want to tri and repair it all at your cost
