Just a warning ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Over a month, $300 charged to my card ... no product and zero customer service to help you ... it stated my order would auto cancel if the seller fails to ship ... it did not ... my order eventually showed delivered to Illinois ... I live in NY ... can't contact anyone just a chat support which did nothing. Finally charged back my credit card to get a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just don't do it. Save yourself the hassle. I'm dealing with a seller over a significant purchase of fabric and Aliexpress is not helping out. No easy way to contact them. Buyer's don't seem to be protected at all. The overall dispute process discourages the buyer.

I order some items 3 months ago and they still have not left China and there is now no option to open a dispute. This site is not worth your time.

No support in case of problems Faulty product received -> Aliexpress does not recognize it brazenly supplied counterfeit Bosch battery (specified: 10,000 mAh actual capacity: 1,700) -> customer support ignores all evidence :-(

You don`t receive all your items. They use one tracking number for multiple orders. Do not waste your money

Bought a few items under 10$, over 4 months now and have not seen any parcel yet. The dispute process is absolutley horrible with some sellers. If youre buying from ali express , keep it cheap because youre most likely not going to see your parcel or a refund.

Aliexpress was good, now it's the worse shopping (shipping) place. I understand that COVID has an impact, I understand less when the seller does discuss to refund even when it has evidence that the packing is lost. To be honest I think the problem is that sellers use cheap providers like Singpost who do not care about the shipping. The bad thing is that Aliexpress does not ban such shipping carrier and that it's coming like a lottery. Sometime you're lucky and you receive your package but most of the time it's lost and it's complicated to claim the refund from some seller who are not honest and continue to push the delivery. On the other hand, you have serious sellers who use good carriers to ship and it's delivered in time. Aliexpress must change something regarding the accepted postal carriers for the delivery

I placed an order with AliExpress in late March. It is now late June--three months later--and I have not received the order. I filed a claim for a refund back in May, but they have refused to refund my money, and they keep sending me emails telling me to "please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time." I have paid plenty of attention to the tracking information--it shows that my order never arrived in my city, never mind to my address. Avoid AliExpress unless you want to get ripped off and then sent insulting emails on a weekly basis about it.

I ordered item 65 days ago.they could not delivered in 65 days from China to Turkey.if the item has legs,walks from china to Turkey arrives before 65 days.this is comedy.and waiting for refund.Thay says 3-20 Business days it means like a month.Never buy anything again from Ali Express......

I ordered 2 items, received only one with missing parts, put a claim and is been more than 2 months and they say will refund only $14 of a $257 dollars I payed. My second order got stocked no received not even sent and no refund either. This company is a total scam I have lost more than $500, never again with this company, rather pay a little more for a great service at Amazon

Didn't get package but they said package was delivered to your local post office. Funny thing is my country is in lockdown and entire nations post office was closed. PublicTransportation and plane services are closed. How did they snuck package in my country let alone to local post office? Would give zero star is possible.

I'm order item on April 2020. They're showing will be delivered on June 21 2020. But now over 2 months the item not coming yet, try getting in-touch with customer service no one can help. Take money & no care. You're just like fish seat on cutting board. First try to order with aliexpress never & never again. Go to order with Ebay or Amazon must better got protection.

Arrives broken, not as described, or even just plain sh8tty. AliExpress sides with the seller every single time, and you're told to pay 10 bucks to put a stamp on a 5 bucks item to send it back to Fakechinaistan. That's all you need to know. Even all the 5 star reviews below are so painfully, obviously fake. I am deleting my account as soon as this review is published. You don't see such frauds on amazon.

Aliexpress use to be ok until 2019, now be aware because they will take your money and you will not get your shipment....I will never buy again from aliexpress...thieves

Customer service doesn't exist. It's impossible to contact Aliexpress, no mail, no phone, nothing! Now, showing no respect for customers, it's impossible to open a dispute when not receiving the goods for more than 90 days... Avoid this is by far the best option.

I ordered a triple pack of toilet paper that never arrived. The order showed up on their app fraudulently already marked as received. Despite my negotiation attempts, seller company Yajie Store kept responding "I have signed for it". Ali Express response was to give back half of my money. I had to turn to my VISA protection to extract the other half of my money. Another Ali Express sub store sent my gloves to somewhere in Nevada. They offered to credit me back via a PayPal account. I declined their request to have me pay the tiny 2% credit transaction fee for their mistake. We'll see if that credit shows up. To be fair, I have received some of the products I have ordered from Ali Express, it's just that I am a spoiled american consumer used to getting 100% of what I purchase.
