Rip Off S925 jewellery factory store on aliexpress dishonest seller S925 Jewelry factory store sent my item to wrong country says I signed for it and aliexpress shows it delivered. He refused to refund me says a should be punished ???? I got no help from aliexpress I use PayPal on.all these shady sites they get you your money back same day

I ordered jewelry from S925 Jewellery factory store on Aliexpress. They sent it to the wrong country says it was delivered and signed for. I asked for a refund and the seller refused and told me u made a mistake and that I should be punished ?? Refused my refund very a dishonest seller and there is really something off about a seller who says there customer should be punished.

I did three transactions with ALIBABA, the cost of which were successfully debited from my account around the 28th August 2020. Around the 7th September Ali Express debited my account for $18.36TTD ( which is about $2.62 USD to $3.06USD) and later on that same day also debited $1,405.89TTD (which is about $200.84USD to $234.32USD). I do not have any account with Ali Express, I never entered my card number on their site. I never purchase any product or service from Ali Express. A company called NORDIC was also debiting and crediting my account. ( when i googled Nordic... I saw that ALIBABA is also affiliated with this company.) In the end Nordic returned my funds but Ali Express has not. ALIBABA owns Ali Express and I believe that this is the only way that Ali Express could have gotten my card information. This was my first time conducting business with ALIBABA and I am very disappointed and disturbed to have this happen to me. Especially since my transactioms had nothing to with Ali Express yet they debited my account. My name is Attiya Liverpool My bank is JMMB (Trinidad and Tobago) and it is a VISA debit card that was debited. Kindly investigate quickly and return my funds to me. $1,424.25TTD is a lot of money for me to lose. I would like it back immediately.

I ordered 2 (TWO) months ago and it is still in transit! I will NEVER (!) again buy absolutely anything from AliExpress or AliBaba or anything from China (!) ever again! Absolutely worthless Garbage business! Seriously!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 24.09. Update: The dispute is still going on. Both Aliexpress and the seller offered me £0 refund. What a joke?!? Aliexpress protects their seller and want me to provide them with ridiculous information even though I already send plenty of enough evidence to support my statement. Aliexpress shame on you! They do not make any investigation at all but instead ask the seller what do they need/want from me and just state it in their judgment evidence stance. If I do not contact the shipping company in 3 days, they will automatically send the money to the seller, even though it is obvious I have never ordered a lighter and the weight of the package is only 100g but not 400g as it should be. DIRTY PEOPLE! DIRTY BUSINESS! NO SUPPORT AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS! SAVE YOUR MONEY! INVEST IN AMAZON OR EBAY! THEY PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

A person who has a store on here scammed me and won't refund my money. Aliexpress have no way to contact anyone in regards to this..So now I have to go about it the long hard way and file a visa investigation.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ..I GOT SCAMMED!!. I ORDERED ONE UNIFORM AS A TEST RUN NEVER RECEIVED IT!..when i contacted them and told them and even sent them a letter from post office stating it was not delivered they never responded never got my item or money back and Aliexpress automatically closed it saying i recieved after submitting Docs from post office saying it was never delivered.. Stay away from this company and save your money unless you like giving it away for no product like i did.

I bought what was supposed to be 2 packets of golf tees but in fact turned out to be 2 golf tees at 4 euros 64. I could have bought them anywhere for 10 or 20 cents each. Simply put I was conned because the ad didn't state the quantity but showed photos of at least 20 in each photo. I wasn't surprised but in my innocence I had thought that those days of online conmen were over. I would have expected an online retailer to have vetted their sellers and put an end to that behaviour. I was wrong. I would not advise anyone to shop with AliExpress. What's to stop them sending you a phone for example which is simply an empty case but which is an exact match for the photo in the ad. Shop elsewhere where the site and it's sellers can be trusted.

I ordered 3 items 4 months ago, 1 arrived a couple months later, the other 2 never came. Can't get a refund because aliexpress is saying the the items were delivered. Costomer service is horrible, no help there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I had ordered 2 shirts with seller - 'Fredd Marshall Official Store'. The size mentioned in product description does not match. I need to change the Size to 'L'. When i am contacting the seller, I am not getting proper response. You have to learn the After Sales Service from 'Lazada'. They have good After Sales Service. I have spent S$40 for these 2 shirts, if size does not fit should I throw those shirts ? or seller should return the items and give me correct size or else return the items and refund my money back. I would say, Ali Express should BAN these kind of sellers. Or Ali Express has to deal directly with seller, why we should be in trouble ? The other thing is the live chat also no response. I need correct size or need full refund back.

I bought a pair of leggings from a seller called Shop 1991 Store. After waiting for two months i received the package. instead of the leggings I ordered, there was a plastic table cover. I open a dispute for a refund. Reason item not as described. The seller didn't respond to the dispute. Aliexpress released the payment to the seller because my reason is not valid. So I order pants, I received a table cloth, I say the item is not as described and Aliexpress responds that my reason is not valid. Table cloth and pants are the same thing according to Aliexpress. So I didn't get a refund.

I do most of my shopping online. This was my first attempt with AliExpress. It's been a month and a half and I never received my item. Seller says it was delivered but it actually tracked right back to them. Seller won't ship a replacement and won't refund my money. AliExpress says they "Judged" my case and I get a refund but should contact the seller to resolve things. Seller refuses to give me a refund because they say it was delivered...This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. No customer service, no contact email no contact number. There is really no way to contact AliExpress....Can't contact the seller either.....I'm out $130 bucks and I'll probably never see it or my item. DO NOT SHOP WITH ALIEXPRESS! OR PHOTO STUDIOS STORE! They are fraudulant! That's my two cents....

An AliExpress Store named GSM unlock Store sold me an item. without The item arrived defective without an invoice or any documentation. when I contacted the seller, they declined selling the item to me. Without documentation they attempted to defraud me. No Customer service was available from AliExpress.

Aliexpress customer service is very bad many of the times as their agents are not properly trained to solve problems and situations other than giving instructions to newbies!
