Ordered pajamas for my dogs and received the wrong sizes. I opened a dispute at which I was told I would get a reorder. I never did. I reached out to the store several times and no more feedback. They just took my money. I have ordered from aliexpress for years and they have changed the way customers are handled with little to no assistance or accountability fromantic aliexpress. I was told via live chat to handle the story myself. This use to not be this way. No protection for the customer. The website is even more difficult in how to contact for the customer. I will not be a customer no longer.

Aliexpress is absolutely the worse online shopping experience you will encounter. I am a web developer with over 20 yr exp and I cant imagine another site with a worse shopping process. It took me (seriously) over an hour to check out and order one small item. If I didnt really need this item (at this low cost) for my son I would have been long gone! So I endured 45 min of chatting with support (that was fun) and because they offer no phone #s (so shady) you have to resort only to chatting. My first attempt to check out involved adding all my personal info and credit card info only to come to an error page. I have no idea why and by the way it did not give me any opportunity to enter a user name and password for creating an account which lead to my next issue in trying to recover my account that was never set up. So when I clicked to create an account it said my email was already associated with an account!!! UGH. However there's no password that was ever created. This is just the start of what took 8 credit card submissions, 45 min chatting with support because there's no support phone # and a call to the bank to clear their name of attempting hacking... in addition to NO email receipt verifying my order to finally get the order to go through. I have serious doubts that the item will ever come. Worse shopping exp ever. And by the way my online chat support said aliexpress does not DO email receipts... its not their thing. ummmmm okkaaay. Be warned.

1) Every time I've tried to open an account with aliexpress it keeps getting locked for some reason and I can never log back in because I their verification codes via sms never reach my cell phone - big problem. 2) The worst part of all is that their communication is mainly a bot-operated system (Eva bot for customer service) which you can never get past because it keeps looping the same threads of automated responses and you are never able to establish any human contact - Dead end. 3) There's no real contact information such as a proper email and/or phone line to reach an actual human - shady. 4) Home page keeps overloading and it makes it impossible to be able to click on important links at the bottom of the page - very frustrating. 5) Finally for some miraculous reason I managed to report a complaint saying all of the above yesterday and asking them to unlock my account and I'm still waiting for a reply... Frankly my dear... I don't think I'm getting any... Bottom line you probably have to be lucky enough to get through their absence of professionalism and from possible fraud to get what you want... Absolutely terrible... Just utterly terrible...

NEVER NEVER EVER EVER buy from ali express. Ali express is rubbish i ordered to 2 bags from them about 2 years ago I STILL havent recieved to balck bag i order.....and i NEVER have got my money back either...absolutely theives...disgraceful. I would never recommend them to anyone and i hav never brought anything from them again....

I've submit a order of ear plugs at 02:14 Sep. 26 2018 and they give me 25 to 35 days time but i still waiting for the order today date is 21-11-2018. i was thinking the site is very good because the are from alibaba group but they are just ......now what i can say

No phone, no money. The first day of using the phone, showed that those to whom I call, either do not hear me, or there is an inaudible speech. There is almost no mobile connection. 4G and LTE nowhere else, and 2G and 3G only in some places. I decided to check the originality of the phone. Each phone has its own unique number IMEI (Dial * # 06 # to see your device IMEI)You can check on the site www dot imei dot info.This number belongs to another phone. I contacted the seller and he offered to return the phone and pledged to pay the postal expenses and give me full refund for the phone. I sent the parcel back to the address indicated on it, provided proof to the seller, and he said that this was not his address. I opened a dispute, and AliExpress allowed me to prove that people on the other end have a hard time hearing me and that the phone is counterfeit. And this is after my phone was gone. money was not returned to me

I placed an order on October 23rd, 2018 and paid for it the same day. I’ve gotten different dates for delivery the latest one I saw was the 22nd of NOVEMBER! That’s Thanksgiving I have waited for my order for too long as it is I doubt they’ll deliver anything on the holiday I needed it before then. Aside from that there is no one for me to talk to no numbers or other contact information oh there was a live chat so I thought it’s a mechanical setup. I’m really discussted I just want my money back I’m tired of waiting!!!

Delivery time is too long. (2 months or longer) Problem solving is very slow. The seller is doing business according to his pleasure.

Purchased a battery. Battery was no where to the specs that was listed on the page. Was told by support to contact the seller. I did, and the seller didn't respond. Support said they'd take care of it. They asked for evidence of the issue in order to process a refund. I sent them a video showing all the problems. They claimed they couldn't see it. I filmed it perfectly with a high end camera this time. They told me to wait. They then said the seller would handle it. I tried talking to the seller, the seller didn't respond. Support again told me to wait. Then they finally contacted me telling me that I was too late to receive a refund. Their support pretty much scammed me. They did so, so that Aliexpress wouldn't lose the profit on the sale. Do not buy anything from them, and especially anything high priced.

Reasons never to buy from Ali Express. 1) You will never get a refund for a defective item although they will give you hope for a long time 2) You will not be allowed to leave feedback for an item which you have disputed. Therefore do not rely on the feedback you do see for items on their website as it is rigged. 3) As of 2018, with GST and Customs Duty and Postal Charges being imposed on even small value items, be prepared to pay around 50% of the item cost to the postman on delivery with GST being the major chunk of it. 4) It takes about a month to receive the item. Its better to buy from Amazon / Flipkart, even if you have to pay more, as the feedback you see for items reviewed is not rigged and you will returns for defective items.

No customer service. All the have is a live robot to open a chat with. It will not be able to resolve any issues that are not pre programed into the site. I requested a refund for an orde that I did not receive and the selle denied it. Guess what else. THERE'S NO ONE TO CALL TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

My first experience was a disaster. Ordered 2 items from different companies. Cheap materials, stitching issues and items have bad odor. Never again!

Most sellers are not trusted with poor slow communication , and broken english , i already tried online service few mins ago its fake with auto bot !! No real agents there . I placed an order 3 days ago and my order tracking number is not vaild !! When i contacted seller he told me it needs more days to be updated ... Looks like aliexpress sandard shipping is really bad and slow !! Most sellers doest ship out your order less than 5 or 7 days and thats is very slow , comparing to other sites like bangood ships out your order with 1 day only !!! I was satisfied with banggood and i an already not with aliexpress i gess i will uninstall the app very soon .

I placed my order Oct. 5 with Aliexpress. My item was supposibly shipped on Oct. 9, with an email from the seller stating it had shipped on the 7th. Needless to say, I was never able to track my order. I contacted to seller Oct. 22, and she emailed me back and said my order would ship in 48 hours. So apparently it had not been shipped on the 7th, or the 9th as originally stated. I had ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter, and since I had no idea if the costume would arrive in time, I opted to just make my own. My order finally did arrive Nov. 8, which I have no use for it now. I do a lot of online shopping, and NEVER have I had to wait over a month for any purchase, nor has it ever been an issue in tracking an order. This my was first and last time ever shopping with Aliexpress. I am very displeased, and I will never shop with this company again.

Customer care is excellent , Any dispute is settled very quickly in favour of the buyer , I love Aliexpress , I am shopping many years with them without complaint and hope to continue for many more years to come .

i ordered masks to be delivered prior to Halloween not only have they not arrive for Halloween but I still have not received them. After going back and forth with someone named Nicole Li who answers the messages and asking for them to refund my money they refused stating the items have been delivered , however they have not. the last message i sent her she replied with a crying emoji **********This company is a scam artist do not order from them not only will you not get your stuff but they insist on not refunding you either . They really suck stay away don't buy from Ali Express they scam you out of your money Horrible company and the people who answer their emails are the worst especially Nicole Li ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY BUY ITEMS AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HAVE THE WORST PEOPLE SKILLS ALSO IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS

fine, until it isn't. I got cheated by a seller (actually the seller admitted the mistake) and Aliexpress wouldn't back me because they asked for absurd evidence, evidence impossible to produce, and then ruled in favour of the seller because I couldn't produce the evidence. I felt like I was in a Kafka novel. the seller agreed they made a mistake, yet Aliexpress would do nothing. Stick with Amazon, they'll stand behind you.
