“I order one order 3 month before and I haven’t got it when I contact with AliExpress they not giving any special answer even order owner say I am not giving money back.”

“Bought a Semi-flexible 300W Solar Panel 18V Monocrystalline Solar Cell from the AliExpress ShirLin Game Store. The panel actual power output in noon summer sunlight is 42 watts. They are false advertizing and AliExpress just let them get away with it. Also, AliExpress does not have a chat customer service, only robots that take you in circles. There refund policy is another lie.”

“Dont waste your time and money with this website. They dont stay behind their words. It has been over 2 months and i have received all my goods. Deadline for 6/6/20, i got half of it. They promised me half the money back and today is 6/15/20 and they have not paid the refund back as the package is still in transit. Total BS, poor customer service and waste of time.”

“Extremely unreliable. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! it's a gambling, you buy the item you may or may not get it and their feedback system is ridiculous (you can't leave feedback until you say it's arrived even if it isn't!). Just applied for a refund for a purchase of over 2 months ago, they say we don't refund you since purchase protection has not finished! The estimated delivery is BS! don't count on it. It's only good for super cheap hair pins and etc, so if you don't get the item you won't regret it as much.”

“Always have been hesitant about this site and have avoided using. I was desperate for disinfecting wipes for my fleet vehicles and such so I bit the bullet. Ordered 03/31/20 and still nothing. Tried tracking the shipment after receiving an email that it was shipped but status still says processing and USPS tracking shows nothing. Money is lost I'm sure since it is past the 15 days but I couldn't even contact the seller because each time I clicked the contact section I was only given the option to chat and there was no link or anyplace to chat. Very frustrated and disappointed.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALI EXPRESS. No customer service, no cancellation policy. no respect for customer requests. They gave me the middle finger in their chat.”

“Customer service non existent. Merchants not reliable and aliexpress covers for them. Takes 2 months to deliver and orders often don't arrive and you lose your $. Good only if you have time and money to waste.”

“Aliexpress and their SHOP 5255139 are just plain rippoffs they send brokne goods and if you open a dispute you cannot send photoes as aliexpress block them they are DISHONEST LIERS THEVIVES AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY and when they have it you will never get it back for any reason They even told me that this welding helmet was not damaged”

“You have zero chance of receiving a refund if your product was not delivered. I ordered $37 worth of masks that were never delivered. I opened a ticket immediately that they said they would not respond to until June. Then in June they say I didn't provide adequate proof that it was never delivered. DO NOT use alibaba or aliexpress. I'm going on all my business pages and social media platforms to spread the work about their scam. Rarely do I get this upset but this is not right.”

“Purchased almost $300.00 in items on March 5th. It is now June 11th and I have received about $25.00 worth of the order. It's pointless to open a dispute they either tell me the package is at the post( it isn't) or to be patient. There are some good deals to be had but if you spend your money and get no product it can be pretty expensive.”

“about 4months ago I purchased a WELDING helmet from SHOP 5255139 through ALIEXPRESS never again it turnd up well out of alloted time could not track with ALIs crappy tracking system when it arrived it was broken an I suspect it was broken before it was sent I trird to get intouch with ALIEXPRESS impossible to do I tried every way I could for 3 days open up a dispute only way to get intouch they wanted photos but their system won't accept them dispute time runs out still no connection with crappy ALIEXPRESS get intouch withh SHOP 5255139 they say send photos to them and they agree to refund HA_HA they say will take time I wait nothing I contact it take time contact again they say sent Paypal account No I do and wait Nothing contact again it take time 3 more times and send p/p acc no again they agree to send refund this morning I get message to say funds in ACC I have checked nothing there ,. The woman whoo operates this SHOP 5255139 is DISHONEST a LIER and a CHEAT all she wants is your money and with the help of CRAPPY ALIEXPRESS gets away with it . So I advise everyone to be weary of this usless Aliexpress and do not use SHOP 5255139 or you will get ripprd off and will not be able to do anything about it”

“Prices are attractive, but wait times are very long and services unreliable. Buyer protection is a joke. If you don’t receive your item because it’s lost by the carrier or misdelivered, don’t expect money back. Customer service is non-existent, all you will encounter is chat bot generating same answers.”

“You only have a certain amount of time to open a dispute and if you miss it you do not get a chance to apply for a refund. Even when you don't receive and item and do have a chance to apply for a refund they sometimes will give you nothing and you don't ever get your product. The prices are great but the wait times and customer service is horrible. I'll never shop on a site again where the site settles on the sellers side of a dispute and the customer ends up without a product and without a refund. Unacceptable.”

“aliex express have to be one of the worst online stores i have ever purchased from. i ordered 13 packages and i know because of covid 19 the delivery might take a bit longer... up to 6 weeks but its now been3 mths and i have only recieved 4 items. i go to opena dispute and you cant because the tracking is still in limbo... i caanot do anything and they dont have a chat you can ask for help... its bad service dont buy off them their warranty is not honest”

“After waiting MONTHS for my order, I finally opened a dispute for not receiving my parcel. Dispute was finished with them saying that the item was delivered and I received it, which was NOT the case! I did an appeal which was denied as well and no refund issued. There is no proof that the item was delivered and I phoned all my local post offices with no luck. There is just no way of directly contacting the site. This was the first time I bought form AliExpress and I deeply regret it! I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. They have much to learn from sites like WISH and BANGGOOD with regards to customer care and protection. You suck big time and shame on you for stealing my money!”

“Order 2 items 7 weeks ago. No tracking info available and when we disputed the order no action was taken. I have chased them online but still so refund. There is no way to contact the company directly.”
