“I will never order NOTHING again. They didn't refund me the money for order which i made and unacceptable delays for delivery without any informations. UNPROFESSIONAL SITE . DON'T TRUST THEM”

“Simply put Aliexpress prioritizes protecting fraudulent sellers over protecting honest customers. Extremely bad experience with a laptop battery that was sold as new original with 2 year guarantee. What i received was a 5 year old battery that arrived damaged and after only 6 months and 75 charging cycles will not charge to more than 45% of its original capacity anymore. The seller simply doesnt respond and Aliexpress support tells me very politely that they don't care and that i will not get any support form them.”

“Hi. I had a very bad experience with saler named Shop5874572Store. I bought a t-shirt with impression and I only received a cheap blank t-shirt. I wanted to be refund but AliExpress AND the saler didn't want. Also, AliExpress blocked my cart. So I don't recommand this website. It was my last transaction.”

“Service was terrible. I spent my time to try to get refund but nothing has happened except very disappointment. I ordered goods from the seller(MMZ model store) through Aliexpress on April 27th. I waited more than 3 months since COVID-19 Pandemic which is understandable for longer waiting. But after this waiting I received a message from seller "Item was delivered successfully". What I was seeing in tracking information is "InTransit" during past 3 months. It is nonsense. So I started dispute with Aliexpress and seller. Aliexpress has a dispute process if buyer has a problem with product they ordered through Aliexpress. I explained everything I have experienced so far. This was useless. They gave me the same answer. "Item delivered successfully, no return & no refund" They didn't even provide any proof of delivery to me even though I requested if the seller have a proof. still no answer. I strongly recommend to all. Never ever buy any goods from MMZ model store and Aliexpress. They are irresponsible, insincere and like a scammers.”

“I will never again place any order at Aliexpress. My last order was placed and paid in april. The package is still in transit, and I do not receive any reply to my several emails. I opened a dispute but nothing happens. Sorry guys. Never again.”

“Many things went wrong 1. More than a month to receive items 2. Items not as described at all Wrong color/wrong size/not even close to "as described" 3. After waiting for ever I now had 5 days to run to an open Canada Post office during opening hours in the middle of a pandemic with a paper I'm supposed to have printed before going and I don't even have a printer !! Conclusion : Dispute closed by AliExpress no return possible no money back stuck with shitty goods some I can't even wear !”

“Worst sites to buy goods,i ordered a mobile cover & Scratch guard, first they said 7 days delivery and after 2 month i received only one product and that to at nearest post office,they charged me 4 dollar for delivery, They didn't call me nor they,MSG me about product, i will not recommend to buyers to buy any product from this site,because of their delivery services,its worst.”

“If you receive what you ordered, as I did last fall, good for you. If you don't, as I have not on an order placed in early May, just forget about any dispute resolution. It is all handled by bots, and you will get an endless runaround as I have.”

“My daughter purchased a shirt through AliExpress in April, after 3 months we still don't have the item and apparently they have attempted to deliver, albeit we are both at home and no correspondence left by the courier. They won't refund us even though they have a 90 day purchase protection. Avoid this site for your purchases.”

“I just closed my AliExpress account for the following reasons: 1. I have proof of AliExpress overcharging me for some of my purchases during an audit of my bank statements. That's considered theft! 2. I have proof of AliExpress underpaying me for refunds that were agreed between us. Again, this is considered theft! 3. Do you think you can find an email address or a contact number to raise any concerns with AliExpress? Heck no! And the only time you get to speak with their Customer Service people is when you raise a dispute. 4. AliExpress Dispute Process is a sham! I dont trust them as far as I can throw them! To all AliExpress customers, do please be very aware of what I am stating above! I don't write this for fun! So, Buyer Beware!”

“Where do I start?Very misleading vendors.They always seem to trick you at every level,for example I was looking for a multimeter on a vendors page with a photo of a multimeter and after reading the fine print it turns out to only be a set of test leads!!!On an other occasion I bought a solar panel rated at 75 watts and after reception it only gives out 20 watts max.The idiot vendor claims that it peaks out at 75 watts!!What a buch of B.S.--- Buyer beware!!!”
