I placed an order for 6 dresser drawer pulls. The seller only sen 3. Filed an online dispute. Took another 4 weeks for the vendor to send the remainder of my order. He had my money for 8 weeks before the order was completed, this seller has given a black eye to ALIEXPRESS . I will never place another order with them ever. Every one needs to beware before you place an order. Buyer beware.

How dare you send me a email in response to this review just to ask am I a vaid customer when I been a customer over 10 years. But yet you send me emails to tell me all about your black Friday deals. You know who I am and you robbed me of my money and still hasn't send the right items or refunded me back. I want you off my emails and I'm deleting this app for good. Order # 94798697004064.

Purchased from Johnature store 3 sweaters. After a few days I asked why my order wasn't shipped. Johnature store stated 2 of the 3 sweaters were out of stock. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund (nothing had been shipped). They refused, at least 15 times. They refuse to refund my money. They are holding my money hostage. They want me to check the reason for cancelling is because I no longer wanted the items. That's a lie. I cancelled because they did not have the items I paid for. They told me they would get in trouble from AliExpress if they agreed they did not have the items. I contacted AliExpress and they PROMISED me they were going to get my refund and would conact the seller to investigate. They assured me they didn't want to get a bad reputation from bad sellers and would take care of it. They promised also to keep me informed. Fast Forward to now, I still have no refund, the seller is still selling on AliExpress and I've not heard a word from either of them. Seller still refuses to refund my money or ship anything and AliExpress still refuses to do anything. I filed a dispute and I followed their procedure of filing a complaint on the website against the seller. So I'm stopping payment on the bank transaction and leaving bad feedback for both. They are both dishonest and customers have ZERO protection. Website does NOTHING to help you. Shop elsewhere unless you like getting cheated.

I'm AliExpress regular customer and order products online thru any other website. I agreed that some items @ AliExpress are better price than others but some not. Depends what do you concern about. if you are concern about *Aftersales service* Please do not order thru AliExpress. Cause of most products far from CHINA. and I did have an items are not as description and sent them many request of return or replace or else. but they really have no response. and I order some products again thru this website a month ago. I did received everything except one earphone i7. I email them many of time, but they don't care about it and keep asking some documents that we cannot get. and so we will lost the money. Overall, if you want to order thru this website. you should ready for this kind of issue. It means after you paid, they don't really care about anything.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I received a pair of boots and the off-gassing smell permeated the entire house. Also, the product did not look like the photo. The material was very stiff and not the "slouchy" look that it was advertised as. When I filed a grievance, their response was, "You can't see a smell on a photograph." Because I had to send a photo with my grievance. In other words, we have your money so we don't really care. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

They take your $$$, they package s was mail. The next month order , Aliexpress cancel your order and do not return uhh your $$. I lost 300.00 dollars

They took $400 out of my account ...have chatted numerous times...have all the screenshots from chats....no phone number to call...oh and here is the kicker...I NEVER made an order...FRAUD..THEIVES...SENT TO BBB...CALLED COPS AND WENT TO MY BANK...

The customer service members were incompetent. A seller scam me with the wrong tracking number and when I inform aliexpress, they do not want to refund my money and give me a tough time. Up to the point, the seller apologize for the mistake and the seller is the one who is willing to refund me the money. Aliexpress is just worse than Ebay or Amazon combine.

The watch that I ordered worked for a short time, then I couldn't get it to charge. Their "support" was not helpful at all and when I asked for a refund, they sent me $1.

I give them 1 start because it seemed they really tried to make my tea-bag machine work, but it doesn't... sent them pictures and videos of it operating and they are very slow to come back with a resolution, then they repeat the same suggestion and pictures over and over... the latest attempt (a video showing what's going on) resulted in. NO response, I'm trying to return at least the faulty part (only the top section), but its like pulling teeth to try and move the process. Ordered pajamas for my dogs and received the wrong sizes. I opened a dispute at which I was told I would get a reorder. I never did. I reached out to the store several times and no more feedback. They just took my money. I have ordered from aliexpress for years and they have changed the way customers are handled with little to no assistance or accountability fromantic aliexpress. I was told via live chat to handle the story myself. This use to not be this way. No protection for the customer. The website is even more difficult in how to contact for the customer. I will not be a customer no longer.

Aliexpress is absolutely the worse online shopping experience you will encounter. I am a web developer with over 20 yr exp and I cant imagine another site with a worse shopping process. It took me (seriously) over an hour to check out and order one small item. If I didnt really need this item (at this low cost) for my son I would have been long gone! So I endured 45 min of chatting with support (that was fun) and because they offer no phone #s (so shady) you have to resort only to chatting. My first attempt to check out involved adding all my personal info and credit card info only to come to an error page. I have no idea why and by the way it did not give me any opportunity to enter a user name and password for creating an account which lead to my next issue in trying to recover my account that was never set up. So when I clicked to create an account it said my email was already associated with an account!!! UGH. However there's no password that was ever created. This is just the start of what took 8 credit card submissions, 45 min chatting with support because there's no support phone # and a call to the bank to clear their name of attempting hacking... in addition to NO email receipt verifying my order to finally get the order to go through. I have serious doubts that the item will ever come. Worse shopping exp ever. And by the way my online chat support said aliexpress does not DO email receipts... its not their thing. ummmmm okkaaay. Be warned.

1) Every time I've tried to open an account with aliexpress it keeps getting locked for some reason and I can never log back in because I their verification codes via sms never reach my cell phone - big problem. 2) The worst part of all is that their communication is mainly a bot-operated system (Eva bot for customer service) which you can never get past because it keeps looping the same threads of automated responses and you are never able to establish any human contact - Dead end. 3) There's no real contact information such as a proper email and/or phone line to reach an actual human - shady. 4) Home page keeps overloading and it makes it impossible to be able to click on important links at the bottom of the page - very frustrating. 5) Finally for some miraculous reason I managed to report a complaint saying all of the above yesterday and asking them to unlock my account and I'm still waiting for a reply... Frankly my dear... I don't think I'm getting any... Bottom line you probably have to be lucky enough to get through their absence of professionalism and from possible fraud to get what you want... Absolutely terrible... Just utterly terrible...

NEVER NEVER EVER EVER buy from ali express. Ali express is rubbish i ordered to 2 bags from them about 2 years ago I STILL havent recieved to balck bag i order.....and i NEVER have got my money back either...absolutely theives...disgraceful. I would never recommend them to anyone and i hav never brought anything from them again....

I've submit a order of ear plugs at 02:14 Sep. 26 2018 and they give me 25 to 35 days time but i still waiting for the order today date is 21-11-2018. i was thinking the site is very good because the are from alibaba group but they are just ......now what i can say
