Complete scam and fraud platform designed for that purpose. No matter what evidences you upload to show that you returned faulty items, they act blind to rip you off and never refund you. Avoid them. Use Amazon instead. I spent $192 on faulty home thermostats (8015780833454241) when i opened a dispute, they guided me to their courier, which collected the faulty items and returned it according to courier tracking, i provided them with the receipt, but AliExpress didn't issue any refund claiming that they haven't received it. Bad customer service. After sending AliExpress proof of their seller scamming customers by using a bogus shipping company and not receiving any item, they continued to side with the seller and not return my money. AliExpress and the seller wants the customer to get frustrated and give up fighting for a refund. You do not receive your item. Eventually I was able to find what I was looking for in my own country. Not by using AliExpress/ China. Never will I use this company again and I will tell everyone not to use them as well.

Now i realize it was such a bad idea to create an account with Aliexpress, first because of the super long shipping times which may take months instead of weeks, second because there is a lot of low quality items, no all of them but many of them and finally most electronics like phones and tablets are defective and they ship them without any testing, even some of them do not connect to wifi / Bluetooth and the hardware specs are not the real ones. At the end instead of making a purchase to resolve a problem i just get into more problems, arguments with the sellers, they want me to ship back everything to China, headaches and frustration. I WILL NOT purchase anything else from Aliexpress, i am going back with ebay which offers much better products and less problems.

What Shall I say..The most corrupt platform for purchase.. Warning please do not use them. Customer service does not exist at all.. . these people just take your money and will pretend blind when you show them proof. Ebay is the best full protection for the buyer.

I NEVER received the product i ordered and i can swear on my entire family on this. Aliexpress wants me to contact my local Post Office with Canada Post, however, the tracking number that the seller provided was INVAID, which means Canada Post does not even have that in their system. The receptionist at Canada Post then asked me to call their headquater thru phone, which I did. And again, their headquater claimed that my tracking number is INVALID. Because they don't even have anything regarding to my parcel in their system, they were unable to provide me any document for proof of loss. Now, i can't get my refund without proof of loss, but the fake tracking number is not even in Canada Post's system so I can't get a proof of loss. As a result, 40USD, 3 months of waiting, and almost a whole week of me trying to fix Aliexpress's screw up, 0 refund.

Just purchased an item which never arrived after 4 months, opened a dispute and surprisingly Aliexpress did not agree to pay back. Very disappointing. Sweet home for dodgy sellers, they're very well protected by AliExpress.

I ordered a bluetooth speaker in May. Deliver was estimated at 15-30 days. The items shipped the next day and arrived at the carrier the same day as it shipped. That's where it stopped! I contacted them at the 3 week mark as the package never moved again. They said to keep waiting and see if it arrives. A week later, still no movement. I contacted them again, same thing keep waiting and read delivery estimations at time of order.... I did, it said 15 - 30 days!!! They are now saying up to 3 months???? WT*!!! Anyways, I keep checking every week, every week I contact them to say it hasn't moved and I have not received it. They tell me to keep *ucking waiting! Now I'm at the 3 month mark, I'm livid and they're telling me I they won't refund my money???? These screwballs are conartists!!!!! NEVER USE THEM! I'm filling a fraud claim against them!

I have ordered over a thousand dollars of electric guitars through Ali express. There are excellent stores and there are stores that are ran very poorly ( Shelly Store). You are taking a considerable risk ordering through some of these poorly ran stores. I have received 2 guitars no problems through stores with a good reputation. The other 2 guitars I am not sure if I will ever receive them. They were ordered though the Shelly Store. It's like gambling. You have to take on the risk. The only advantage is that I do not have the desire to go to the Casino and gamble, because I can just shop on Ali Express. Beware.

I ordered some led lights in May the seller marked my order as received the next month which was June when I did not receive my order till July two months later I had been writing the seller for a whole month no response the item does not work I finally received an email on 8/22/2020 informing me I had to upload a video of proof the item did not work in order to get a refund when I had already uploaded a pic of the item to there help desk and staff the item did not come with any remote just lights itself

Over the past 3 years I have ordered thousands of Dollars of parts from AliExpress for my guitar business. Since early this year the service has been terrible. About 25% of items have not been delivered (even after 3-4 months of waiting, and of those delivered another 50% have been damaged, poor quality of different to that which was advertised. Don't blame the pandemic as Amazon and eBay have been excellent ( just with slightly longer delivery times). I have 20 items on order. We'll see what happens with them but I will not be ordering anything else from AliExpress. Customer service is a joke. If you are looking to order stuff choose eBay and Amazon (even Wish) but AVOID AliExpress like the plague ( or should I say, Pandemic).

I have been using Aliexpress for years, but now I am very dissatisfied with using Aliexpress. Since Jan 2020 I find deliveries are not being received, unable to get any help from the sellers and you can't contact Aliexpress for help. Any answers from the sellers, that i did receive were rude and unhelpful. I will not use this site again, have had about 8 issues with using this site, just this year. Any warranty claim, forget it, will not get any help or they charge you a lot of money to fix items. useless.

Waiting 75 days for an item to arrive. Still not there. Apparently only after 90 days I can get a refund. This is like a phone cover/protector, so I really need it. Holding my phone together with ducktape right now.

Stupid shop , you order items and afer six months they refund you maybe yes or half the amount and as if theses months never occured . Can’t they know from the beggining that they won’t be able to deliver theses stupid item ?????and if you want to talk to someone , don’t even bother , there is a robot that will frustrate you,.

These guys are crooks. They use some cheap mail service that takes 3- 4 months to get here. In the process most goods get damaged and are returned to the country of origin. They expect you to provide evidence that the item has been returned when they can clearly check this themselves. In the end, they get back the item and keep your money. THIEVES!!

Scam company quite literally When the seller sends you even a fake thing or a fake tracking information they don't check this and won't refund your money happend twice and i won't pay a single dollar in this company anymore Avoid
