“Totally ripped off !. Their money back guarantee is worthless. I was sent completely different parts which were no use at all. I went through their complaints procedure ( what a joke that is ) and they gave me $30 refund from a $120 order then closed the case. I,m stuck with a box of scrap and a £90 loss. There is no one to call. No one to write to other that their " complaints " portal which is pointless.”

“Do not buy from any vendor from Ali Express especially Dream Beauty Store. They will send you terrible wigs and will refuse to refund money. Dream Beauty will poke holes in their wigs and sabotage their own products to stop refunds. Do not trust china wig makers. This is a warning!”

“They shipped my order two days after cancelation. Their app gave no shipping status for 6 weeks until the item showed up in my mailbox despite checking the app daily. I asked for return instructions and a shipping label but so far (4 days) none has been sent. Communication is terrible.”

“I ordered styrofoam heads to display my hats... they shipped them in plastic bags and all of the (45) arrived damaged. I tried to resolve with a partial refund but will not be ordering from them again. Contacting my CC company now... Very frustrated and poor communication.”

“Do not trust!! The seller sent me broken products and they refused to refund me full. Then I applied a full refund by opening dispute. However I only got a partial refund at the end which I am not happy with. AliExpress gave me 2 proposals (more like options), Partial refund without returning the goods or full refund by sending the products back by shipping cost paid by buyer which cost me more than $52 from Australia to China. Why I have to pay for the returning shipping cost that is not my fault?? Then I refused both proposals. However it was ignored and AliExpress only refund me partial,,,,, DO NOT TRUST THEIR BUYER PROTECTION! ( It is useless and it is a seller protection.)”

“That was my first and last experience with this company. They treat buyers as a criminals when you complain about damaged item in the transport. Even complains showing obvious damaged on photos and videos attached. I think this company ripped off customers big time and everyway possible. I just want make aware future customers you may never get your money back .”

“I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my grandchildren. One size small one xsmall. Got the small after 6 weeks. Said they both were shipped to my local post office. Checked that out and they never received the xxsmall and still haven't got it. Opened the dispute and they said it was shipped so of course I lost. Will never order from them again. Sad that one child didn't get his sweatshirt”
