I ordered from AliExpress maybe 2 times. My last order still hasn’t arrived. I requested a refund, then got an email saying my reasoning was invalid and that they needed more evidence, and even after I sent the photo (of literally nothing that I have received) they told me my reason was invalid…

I ordered some things for my wedding. Things were said to be delivered and they never arrived and I had to scramble and find them in a local store. I still have yet to receive my packages and they are rejecting my refund because the status is delivered. I just wasted money using this site.

They claim you have 90 days to send back a product that is not working then when you try to ask for a refund at day 83 they refuse it saying that the time to ask for a refund is up!

I have made so many orders to Aliexpress all these years but at my last orders I did not receive two items and to both of them they are saying that I have no valid proof. How can i prove something that i did not receive? They are not even telling me what they want to prove it. I did not receive my products. It is their job to find oit what happened with them. It is not my job to search for them. I am sad that those were my last orders to them because I pay things and I do not receive them. This is unacceptable.

Sellers such as Super Super Super Excellent Store and ZHAO CAI shop store on AliExpress are total scammers. I lost about $340 for two Ninja CREAMi ice cream machines that they never shipped. Will never use this platform again. How can fraudsters like these be allowed on AliExpress? I have lost all respect for Jack Ma (if I had any in the first place).

Don’t ever use AliExpress. There are so many scammers on this site. I was scammed by a seller who sent a random package to a different address in the same ZIP code in Vienna, Virginia (AliExpress order #8189664570472052). The fraudulent seller is called Super Super Super Excellent Store. Because the USPS delivery confirmation only shows the city, not the street address, the scammer used that as proof of delivery. I called USPS on July 5, 2024, and it confirmed that a package (likely containing a small object) was delivered to a different address in the same ZIP code. I have reported the fraud to the U.S. Postal Service Inspector, and they will launch an investigation into this fraud. The fraudulent sellers on AliExpress are Super Super Super Excellent Store and ZHAO CAI Shop Store.

AliExpress had an error with my postcode which meant all my parcels got sent to an address that was unknown. DPD would tell me to contact AliExpress to change the address so they could deliver to me but AliExpress said nothing they could do as parcel no longer with them. In the end all my parcels got marked as delivered and I opened a case on them but AliExpress declined refund because I couldn’t prove they weren’t delivered to me! How am I meant to prove I don’t have the parcel if courier doesn’t send any photo evidence to where it is! I even tried a chargeback with PayPal but because AliExpress says it’s been delivered I have it declined. All I know is that I have no items and down over £30. The communication between AliExpress is disgusting. It’s clearly or automated service and not someone on the other end of my claim actually checking the information I have given them!!! Please don’t buy for them unless your willing to take the risk

Ordered some finger protectors. Provided my address. Was told that there wasn't an address to send the goods to. Was then asked to pay for the goods. My credit card had been charged, the day I ordered the goods. Had 48 hours to pay for the goods. Was then told, that time had run out, and my order was cancelled. They don't respond to any emails.

The good: Items usually arrive within 2 weeks, some within 4 days. If quality is bad or defective, they refund. You do have to show the damage with pictures. If product costs just a couple of dollars, you don't have to return it. I have returned a couple of jackets in the 20 Dollar range that did not fit and return shipping was free and I got refunded within a few days of returning the jacket. I always use paypal and only had to use paypal once for a refund when AliExpress denied my (legitimate) claim. I think AE really gives good buyer protection. Also, I had a great experience buying a laptop screen on AE. I could not find the exact screen on ebay or amazon, had to return two because they did not fit. By contrast , the AE seller knew what he was doing: I sent him exact specs and pictures and received a perfect match within 10 days, solidly packaged. I was totally pleased. The bad: Some item descriptions are incomplete, unclear, hard to figure out the specifics of an item. Worse: Some sellers advertise items at a low price they never actually have and they know it. I bought a zizzo liberte bicycle for around $300, the description said it would be delivered from the US with 10 days. After 10 days of no shipping, AE cancelled my order automatically and immediately refunded my money. The seller never had the item to begin with, yet continues to advertise it. Because AE cancelled the sale, there was no option to leave a negative rating for the seller, so other buyers continue to be promised something the seller has no intent of shipping. Luckily, AE now has pretty tight consumer protections in place and luckily I was not out any money. AE needs to kick these sellers off their platform and include an option to leave feedback as a warning to potential buyers. See their ad DUTRIEUX Sports And Outdoor Specialty Store.

If your goods don't arrive you'll have to spend hours over weeks trying to get refunded. not worth buying from them.

If you plan to use AliExpress, be aware that their customer service is nonexistent, and your buyer rights won't be protected. There is no phone number or email address, only a chatbot that often gives incorrect responses. Here's my order # 8186918824767428 example: The seller sent an item that didn't match the description. AliExpress decided it should be returned at the seller's expense for a full refund. I was instructed to return the item only if the seller agreed to cover the shipping costs, but the seller refused. He even suggested illegal actions to deceive me, like using PayPal or altering the claim details. I contacted the AliExpress chat multiple times, provided all the necessary documents, but it was clear no one read them. The responses were standard phrases unrelated to my issue. Eventually, the complaint period expired, and my claim was denied because I didn't return the item. AliExpress's scheme is simple: return the item at the seller's expense only if he agrees to pay. If not, you're stuck. The chatbot repeatedly told me to pack and ship the item with a tracking number, ignoring the seller's refusal to pay. The worst part is that no one addressed the problem. My case was closed, and the bot kept repeating the same instructions. Let my experience serve as a warning. You won't be protected from dishonest sellers. The customer service is just a bot programmed to frustrate you for months, making you feel foolish as they twist obvious facts. Trying to contact a supervisor was a waste of time. Think carefully to avoid losing your money.

I purchased 3 big pieces of furniture from 3 different sellers within a week of each other. Was told that delivery was fast, shipped from the USA. Waited 1 month and nothing. All sellers giving me the run around and wouldn’t explain or give a valid tracking number. I got the refund from all 3 orders but it was a huge headache to get those refunds because the sellers were trying to keep it and I had to go through hoops to prove that my orders were not delivered. Learned my lesson. Will never buy anything from here again and am deleting the app.

1st order ever for 285.00....took 3 weeks to supposedly get delivered..they responded it was delivered...never appeared on my doorstep(I don't have a problem with packages disappearing)...also, coincidently, my spam ware went crazy after I bought this item from them...all efforts to get communication to have the item refunded to me must have traveled to another dimension as they never respond. If you like to waste your money and have your machine get bogged down with spyware then aliexpress is the way to go....

They don't send the item. They just send a piece of paper. And then because it gets lost they charge you and do not refund you.

okay products, but if you want a return or refund, your going to go through hell, thet do not want to give you your money back and they'll say the oposite the whole time chatting to them on live ,that they'll help you,but in the end they wont, they have no telephone support,so you'll have to keep explaining your issue over there live chat with multipule agents ,they sound nice, but its all lies aswell the seller too. waste of time trying to get a refund.

AliExpress are scammers. Do not buy from this site; the products never arrive. When you file a complaint about not receiving your items, they ask for proof that you didn’t receive them. In reality, they should provide evidence from the carrier confirming delivery. For instance, on June 12, my purchase was marked as being with the courier in my city, ready for delivery. Over several days, the status indicated that the delivery was delayed, and I was asked to excuse the delay. Then, suddenly, on June 19, the status changed to 'delivered,' but nothing had arrived at my house. I contacted them multiple times, and they kept asking for proof that I didn’t receive the item, which is impossible to provide. Instead, they should have to show me proof that the purchase was delivered to my address or another location if that were the case. I wholeheartedly recommend not wasting your money, as this company is a scam. I regret not checking the reviews on Google before making the purchase; if I had, I would have seen numerous negative comments and avoided this trouble.

DO NOT BUY through Aliexpress, it is full of scammers taking your money and Aliexpress is part of it. There is no buyer protection as they claim on their website, and even though you can prove without a doubt that you were scammed, they still side with the scammer and take your money. Do yourself a favor and buy it from Amazon or someone who isn't based in a country that hates you.
