“Not much different than ebay. Items take forever to arrive and may not arrive at all. Unless you spend your whole day watching what items arrived and open dispute for those who do not arrive, you may end up losing your money.”

“I was never told about shipping times until AFTER putting in credit card info. I was ordering Halloween costumes for my 3 kids. I placed the order oct 3 and received my sons the day after Halloween, nov 1, and my twin daughters on nov 5! I tried multiple times to contact them via phone (no numbers anywhere), email was rejected, tried online/app chat support with no help, then placed disputes on all three items... (never being able to track or getting a delivery date!!!!) all for the response of disputes to completely disregard my disappointment and request of a refund!!!! DOOOOO NOOOOTTTT BUYYYYY FROMMM THEMMMM!!!!!”

“This company doesn't stand by their customers at all. They didn't listen to my complaint when I complained about a faulty product I ordered Their return policy sucks you wwill know they are bad when you have problems with'product and want to return it. Last time buying from them.”

“I will never order anything from Aliexpress. I ordered two pair of floral boots that ended up with the heel ruined after three wears (only). It took 3 to 4 weeks for them to get here from China! Dissatisfied customer.”

“received busted product but customer service doesn.t want to give me a full refund. aliexpress is pro-seller and does not care about cutomers. The product costs 220 USD it weights 17kg but aliexpress wants me to ship it back with my own money which is close to 100 usd just to ship it back to china. This website supports the sellers sending you broken totally busted products so beware not to use aliexpress if you want a refund. Scam platform for scammers to sell defective products.”

“AliExpress is an international website that sells anything and everything under the sun, and is most comparable to Amazon. I absolutely love Ali so much more. You have to really measure yourself for clothing items and if you do, then the product you purchased will fit your better. Remember these are not US sizes. You also need to pay attention to what the product is made out of to get a better accuracy for the product you’re looking at. For the prices though, I’d rather put in the extra work to get more bang for my bucks. It does take quite some time to deliver sometimes. I’ve had things take a week and more items take even longer (up to 2 months). And that really sucks. But just be sure to order ahead of time if you’re buying seasonal items. I’d def recommend purchasing from them.”

“The problem is that there is no buyer protection. Recently I bought an ambient air temperature sensor for my car, that gives false readings. In that scenario, I must pay for returning it back. So, the seller can send low quality items and if they are faulty, I must care the extra expenses to give it back. For the seller, there are no consequences”

“I received several of the products I ordered, however, the minute I provided my email address to each of the 5 companies on Aliexpress, I started getting tons of porn, insurance, medical, etc emails. Literally, I have received at least 30 a day. Although I like the products thus far, the communication, it's a sad coincidence that all these junk emails started coming my way. I have tried to unsubscribe to the ones that don't come with a red flag attached, but I get unsafe feedback from my mac, so I'm just deleting daily. If indeed your customers are reselling the email addresses, I would like to know. I have not signed up with any other company just prior or after buying these items off Aliexpress.”

“The only site i know where complaints can not be filed and there is no email to contact. Have been using it for a while now, things were good. Lately its a collection of fraudulent sellers and scammers.12 orders in past 3 weeks from 12 different sellers and NONE received. Either seller provides fake tracking number or does not post at all. Aliexpress could not care less. Tried all the live chat options and honestly speaking to idiots who can not understand anything and do nothing. Its fraud paradise, Just join, become seller, sell, keep the money, if unlucky refund the money and steal again. Aliexpress will not do a thing to stop these sellers.”

“Ordered lots of things shipping took months & I was sent the wrong thing & have to wait 90 more days to get what I really ordered. Can't get a refund & have not been offered anything for compensation. I will never order from them again. If I could give them -5 stars I would”
