“Not trust worthy, false advertisement make you believe they will ship out your purchase fast then make you wait more than a month just to receive your purchase I’ve had this problem with a few of the store purchases on Aliexpress and when open dispute to ask for money back only to be told to be patient and wait for items to arrive they are very quick to take your money but when requesting a refund due to items not being received for more than a month. This is ridiculous no body is happy to put in an order and wait for a month or so and not sure if they are going to receive their purchase, will not be ordering from Aliexpress ever again. Still waiting on 3 items ordered back in March don’t even know if I’m going to ever receive them. I have opened dispute with all 3 items but with no solution was told just to wait NOT HAPPY!!”

“I ordered four AA lithium ion batteries from Aliexpress. What I received in the mail, however, was a super cheap flashlight with the AA batteries inside. Why ship the garbage flashlight? The tracking number on the package matched what I received in the email confirmation from my order, but what I received in my package was the cheapest of cheap flashlights, batteries inside. The flashlight went in the garbage.”

“Aliexpress and the sellers I've come across are extremely dishonest. I searched for some much needed items. filtering for shipping within the United States. Sure enough China based sellers pop up with product ads prominently displaying a USA flag. You are given the option to select "from the United States" in your check out. Doing due diligence, I contacted 5 different sellers, asking where in the United States the products came from. In all 5 cases, they absolutely avoided answering honestly. Most used copy and paste responses. I asked several times. None would answer. So I decided to make one small purchase. 5.98 shipping. Upon checkout, I get tracking information. What shipping company? I have no idea. It's a Chinese shipper. 17 days for arrival. Now the seller won't reply to my questions about thier lies. Now I take my documentation to Aliexpress.... messages to and from myself and the sellers. Screen shots showing USA based shipping. Thier response? Basically "tough" and, "we sure to look into your seriousness complaint". The sellers know they are lying. Aliexpress knows they are lying. Zero ethics. Zero caring. Typical. My advice. Juat stay away.”

“Buyer beware!!! Total scam! I was guaranteed delivery within 7 days and tracking shows no movement for over a week now. Now, none of the customer support or live chat links work so there are no support options. Shame on me for not reading the customer reviews first! $53 down the tube! Unfortunately, I can't give them 0 stars. They will no doubt continue to take advantage of the consumer during these very difficult times.”

“AliExpress is an absolute disgrace. Do not buy from this platform. It’s a scam. I’ve ordered products, been charged and not received anything. The dispute process is a joke. Upon opening a dispute after the goods weren’t delivered, AliExpress told me to ‘ask (my) children’ if they are hiding the delivery. I’ve ordered heaps of stuff online. I’m an online shopper. This platform is the first to rip me off. AliExpress stole from me. I can only assume they will from others as well.”

“I bought one iptV box paid $144.89 for 18 months subscription. After only 3 months use ZhiDeer AliExpress has shut down my service. Send almost 50 messages to seller but no responses. Tried AliExpress direct no luck at all.”

“The hair color was not as shown. Quality looks cheap. The refund guarantee is bogus/fraudulent. I have been trying to return the item for a refund and have been given the runaround. They gave me a $12 refund on a $63 purchase. Unacceptable. I want to return the wig for a full refund. Customer service is terrible. You can’t speak to anyone only online chat. It’s a foreign company and their directions make no sense. Very frustrating. I just want to return the item for a FULL refund and I will NEVER order from them again. DO NOT ORDER from this company!”

“Never received my order. Per Aliexpress supposed to open dispute if not received. Good luck with that. Filled out form and hit Submit and nothing happened. Tracking info says stuck in country of origin. The whole experience made sure I won't be a return customer. I guess over a month for delivery covers not receiving the item at all”

“This company is a disgrace. Not live chat even if the site said there is one. not way to chat with anybody directly. Not way to talk or email the customer service either or contact anybody at all. their email address is not provided. When buy an item and pay for an expensive faster postal service sellers just send you the item with the cheapest available postage without giving any care about what you paid extra and what you actually selected. The just want to save money stealing yours used for a faster more expensive postal company like epacket for example or EMS express. This cannot be fixed. Once they sent the item with a 50-60 days delivery time then you will need to wait 3 months to get an item instead then 20 days and nothing can be done. Not even apply for refund or for a complain as it states that the item has been sent and to fail a dispute it is too early. Sellers do not get punished from Aliexpress to prevent this kind of thievery and bad behavior. Will never use that site again!!!”

“I have had nothing but problems on Aliexpress! I have ordered many things and about 80% there is some problem. A lot of the sellers are not trustworthy and lie to you. The products are very low quality usually and the shipping is a nightmare which takes at least a month and usually more.”

“It sucks a lot of people on here have had such a bad experience with AliExpress, mine personally has been more positive than negative. I have found many items that are of great quality for a reasonably low price, things that would have cost my twice as much here at home. Most sellers are nice and try to work with you when you have questions or a problem. Now there is a dark side to this marketplace as well: the help bot needs a lot of work, customer service via the chat are completely useless and read from a script, and sellers posting false presumptions about their products as well as using fake tracking numbers to meet processing times needs to be addressed by AliExpress and managed a lot better. Overall tho if you read reviews and choose store with higher ratings, the majority of the time things go smoothly, albeit over the course of 2-4 months but you can't blame AliExpress for the coronavirus”
