two items have not been delivered in over 60 days...no refund and no contact and customer service is "under repair" now for at least 2 weeks. Company doesn't want to hear about your loss or even help you with refunds. will never buy from this Rip off warehouse BS corp again.

Just Scam. I ordered Mid March. And June 1st Today. Still I don't get item. And I can't trucking. I require refund. Store name is "Ur prettys store" Aliexpress not able to talk to customer service directory. That also scam. I shouldn't have trust China.

I know this is very hard times so things will be slow with getting parcels.I Have been waiting over a couple of months for things worth over $130 It is telling me I have received them etc when I haven't.After I have finished sorting things out I am going to delete the Aliexpress app. forever.Things seem to get to me better if I order from eBay.

Buyer beware. Some AliExpress Sellers are less than honest. I placed three orders but changed my mind a few hours later. So I logged back on and cancelled all orders. No response for a couple days. And then one seller agreed to cancel order. But the other two claims the order was already sent out. So now I have to wait two months for it to arrive and then file a dispute and the hassle of sending it back and wait for refund. You see what’s happening here. Once you hit that “place order” button you probably won’t be able to cancel because the seller is gonna send it anyway. AliExpress has all he power and all the time stamp and all the evidence but is helpless to do anything for you. Be absolutely sure before you click the “place order”. Because even though there is a cancel order option. That only works if the seller is honest and doesn’t force you to buy it.

Customer service is horrendous, they are rude and unhelpful. They won't respond to emails and I have a problem with payment they are not addressing. Also half the time your order is incorrect, damaged or not as pictured. Not worth it.

When does this end the product quality is terrible and is not even close to photographs which happen to be the best quality asset of this site. Also advertising they sell a lie and dont answer questions directly, I have given it more than one try and get burned every time. It is visuallt appealing with low prices however the trouble of arguing your point is not worth it. Sorry for rant, I wish they didn't get away with this daylight robbery and they survive finding new victims continuously as they have around a 30% repeat customer, this alone speaks volumes.

I bought few things from them,they didn't fit , they say they will give a refund, its not easy to get a refund from them,first they say free return, that's not true, you will pay for postage, they will not let u fill in the tracking details, then they close the dispute even if you have returned the items to them, very disappointed, I do not recommend 😕

I ordered something on Aliexpress on March 21. They took my money immediately. It is now may 29 and it has not arrived. According to their tracking, it is in a "sorting center". It has been in this "sorting center" for more than 2 months. It is obvious that they do not intend to send me anything and the "sorting center" is a scam where they take your money and say they have sent the package. Avoid these thieves.

I really wish I found this review website before placing my order. I needed to purchase a mini (not micro) SD card that I couldn't find in stock on other websites. It indicated a 32 delivery time. I wasn't in a huge hurry for the purchase so I took the risk ordering from them and waiting. BIG MISTAKE! After almost 40 days I decided to look on another website that finally had a couple in stock, but they were used. I ordered from them anyways and got my product in less than a week. Also, last "check-in" for where my package was when it "checked-in" at the airport in China. I chatted with customer service MANY TIMES since the 40 day mark. They told me mixed messages that never lined up. Then when I asked what they would do to fix this, they automatically sent a "new" one out for delivery without even telling me (which I would have NOT CHOSEN! and they better not charge me if it comes in, because now I don't even need the first one). It took just a couple days shy of their "guaranteed" 60 day delivery, which was not displayed during my purchase and I did not become aware of until I complained to customer service. This has been a waste of time, money, and product. I don't even care if the product works, I am so disappointed with this experience and yet they clearly did not care about satisfying the customer. They just want your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Oh, and it won't let me request any type of refund because it started the delivery time over when they sent the second one out.

The worst online shopping experience ever in my life. First of all when I order good it tells me a delivery time frame and later when we keep waiting and the item doesnt arrive and we contact the seller. We get the standard response that you are withing "Protection Period" which is like 60 - 90 days. Whats is the point in receiving good after 90 days (3 months). This is insane. Secondly we are not allowed to open a dispute until we have received the good so our money is stuck unless we wait for 60 - 90 days for the goods to arrive. Finally if we open a dispute the full amount is not refunded either. Part of it goes to coupons, taxes, blah blah. After all this frustration when we try to contact Aliexpress support we need to deal with the crazy "Eva" bot which would never ever connect you to a live chat with a HUMAN. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my entire life and would never ever make this mistake. Waste of time and MONEY. Just eating everyones money and providing useless service.

I ordered KN95 masks for our local police department police officers and I was supposed to have received the masks within three weeks. Each week for the last two weeks, I was ask to wait another week and now I am being ask to wait for two more weeks. I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. Let's see how long that's going to take. I do not recommend this company!

if you want to loose money buy on aliexpress .some time you receive your order sometimes not .Its very difficult to get a refund . They always work in the sellers interest.Your purchases is much better on ebay.

Don't buy anything from AliExpress!!! I made my first order last week from a store called "Welcome Oversea Store" which has 98%+ positive rating. Finally, the seller sent out the product and provide a Fedex tracking number yesterday. However, the tracking is fake. They made it up. The delivery address is different from my address. I contacted the seller, guess what, they admitted they don't have the product and the tracking is fake. I have to dispute the order and it will take a couple of months to get the refund. The seller can earn free interest for a few months. It's totally scam.

Bad bad experience. Genuinely would not recommend it. It's been a month and two weeks. I understand covid 19 is slowing down business everywhere. But I've been beyond patient. The customer service is so bad. They responded rudely saying the whole world is in a pandemic we're doing our best. Well I don't think so. I used a few other online services and even though it did take time none of the online services were THIS slow and non responsive. At this point I feel like I just lost a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend it AT ALL. Don't even give it a shot. Just use Amazon. Which delivered in a week's time just two weeks ago. I was incredibly impressed. Don't lose your money on Ali Express.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them anymore. Before Covid 19 they were quite ok even though the shipping time was usually very long. I ordered a few items before the virus outbreak and as much as I can understand everything is delayed now due to the circumstances- there's no way to get in touch with them, the dispute process is a joke, no customer service etc. I believe I've lost my money. Don't order from them, especially now, as they can take your money knowing that they most likely will not be able to deliver the itmes.

Myself and 2 teenage daughters have been ordering from Aliexpress for the past 3 years. Yes, the items take a long time to arrive and you have to order a size or two bigger and the quality won't be top notch. You cant expect top quality for the prices you are paying. Lower your expectations guys. Its not Louis Vuitton you're ordering from

I wish I could give it negative stars!! Absolutely a scam website! Do not ever use them. I ordered masks, the seller said I would get them in 27 days. It has been way more than 27 days and no word from the seller even after contacting the seller several times. There is no way to contact Aliexpress too. No phone number or a way to reach customer service. When you try and contact them, it sends me directly to a bot. They say they give buyer protection, which is completely a scam! I want my money back but no way to get it! SCAM, DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE! Their website needs to be brought down. They have my money and no items received yet and no way to contact anyone either.

Why somebody would prefer to use Aliexpress rather than Amazon? The service quality and speed are abysmal. (PARA ESPAÑOL, IR AL FINAL) I bought from 2 different seller masks a month go and I haven't received it. They both lied about the item's origin. The 1º ones suppose to come from the Czech Republic and the 2º ones from Ali Plaza (Spain). That is why I bought them because most of Amazon's ones are out of stock. But both are coming from China. You have to wait almost 60 days to apply for a refund. Porqué iba a querer alguien usar AliExpress en vez de Amazon? En mi caso por que las mascarillas estaban agotadas en el 2º y tuve que acudir al 1º. Un fiasco total en ambos envios que supuestamente venían de la República Checa y Ali Plaza (España) respectivamente. Ambos vendedores mintieron y los envíos vienen de China. Si hubiese querido que mis envíos tardasen meses, no hubiese escogido ésas opciones, no creen? Aparte, si quieres pedir un reembolso tienes que esperar casi 2 meses. Ninguna de ellos ha llegado. Ha pasado más de mes y medio.
