I paid for one dress 25$.two day later suppliers replied me on Ali express message saying we don’t have this dress in stock . You cancel the order. When I canceled the order I put reason seller does not have this dress in there stock. Seller is trying to force me Lie on this website to put (other reason) this suppliers are fully liers .this website is not safe to use and don’t put your credit card info they are thieves. I ordered many stuff from AliExpress. Nothing has been delivered. On delivery status it’s shows it had been delivered they are not my credit back neither they have complaints department. Please see the images I attached with this comment. These Chinese people are forcing you to lie on the website.

It is not a matter of IF they will cheat you, its a matter of when. The Aliexpress Scam: We will promise buyer protection to trick you into trusting us, then we will steal your money when you order. It is an organized corrupt system of separating buyers from their money, and leaving us with no recourse. The asian sellers in china have been increasingly sending us their seconds, knock-offs, and just plain garbage; Tricking US buyers by using stolen product images (other asian sites such as WOTOBA have entire businesses set up to do this.) The asians in China give the good products to their own citizens and pawn off all of their garbage on sites like Aliexpress & ebay. They will ship you any junk they have on hand, knowing that the price of returning it will exceed the refund of your money. If you contact the seller, they will always tell you it was a simple mistake, and that they will "compensate" you (for all of your lost waiting time 3 - 8 weeks!) with a refund of your money. (This is NOT compensation!) And here's the Caveat: ... They will tell you that they will refund your stolen money ONLY if you lie for them & change the negative feedback to a positive first: This allows the sellers to continue victimizing new, additional buyers. Once changed in advance of a refund, they will walk off with your money. You will NEVER see it and find yourself with no recourse. Paypals "buyer protection" will not cover ... anything. Once again: Send it back to china at a minimum shipment cost over $14.00. You will usually be given a 10 day return limit, far short of the 3 to 6 weeks it takes for things to go to or come from china. So you can pay to ship the junk back if you want, but you will lose that money, too, when that 10 day time limit is exceeded. Be aware of Scam Version #2: Sometimes the seller will promise to "resend" a correct/undefective/non-arrival item if you revise the negative feedback FIRST. Dont fall for it; It will NEVER arrive, because it will never be shipped. On ebay, if you complain or leave negative feedback for garbage items received, you will see how fast the seller will try to flip it, saying that it is YOU who are causing THEM such trouble, wrecking their business, etc. with your negative report(s); They will cheat you, steal your money, and try to make YOU feel bad for THEM! They will usually send a pleading letter presenting themselves to you as a victim: I will lose my job over your negative product review; I am a poor single parent; I have cancer; My mom is dying ...I have heard them ALL, and more. Our government needs to step in to end these corrupt entities from continuing to fleece americans, but right now criminal businesses like these are being supported, enabled, and encouraged. Please help by REFUSING to change accurate negative feedback to positives for any reason, except when a true mistake was made when leaving it. Leave reviews with your experiences at online watchdog reporting sites. AliExpress, Ebay and others will continue to feed on us like vampires, until enough attention is brought to these scamming crooks and legal action is taken to put an end to it .

It's a scam company, I have purchased 1 order and I haven't received it after 2 months and they refused to return my refund. worst company and service I have ever seen

I ordered a key chain that has been sitting at " country of origin warehouse" for 60 days and they still won't give me my money back. I ordered a center console divider last year and never got that either. This will never happen again!

DONT BUY HERE THEY DONT SHIP YOUR THINGS ON TIME AND WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ! They are the most u professional online store in history. Their quality is cheap and they can’t even deliver on time !! Just shameful

I purchased a pair of gym shoes at my current size however, when the shoes came they they indicated my size but where actually off by two sizes. I believe they were mislabeled AliExpress would not help me in any way. I will never buy from them again.

Even if the item has arrived broken and this is documented by a photo, AliExpress does not accept the claim. The page does offer absolutely 0 protection to customers in Europe.

It is the worst shopping website I have ever seen, I have ordered Christmas family pijama set on December 10 /2019 and the order supposed to be delivered on December 19/2019. Till now I didn’t receive anything ( we are on 01/09/2020) and the seller doesn’t wanna refund my money back.

NEVER buy from Aliexpress unless you are prepared to not only lose your money, but not get your product and have to deal with HORRIBLE service in trying to get refunded on a package that you never received. The customer should never have to be at risk and have to get rude service after this farce of a company has pocketed your money! I have been battling them for months when my order was not received. Had to wait 10 days to file a dispute and then had to send proof that I did not receive the package. How do you prove nothing was received?! Send a pic of thin air? I can certainly prove that you have my money! Too bad so sad for the consumer who had no problem sending you money!! ALIEXPRESS should be making sure their customers are safe ordering from them and not have to suffer a financial loss. I will never order from Aliexpress again and I urge anyone on this site not to either. One consumer to another... DO NOT ORDER FROM ALIEXPRESS!!! PROTECT YOURSELF because they will not. Take your business elsewhere. #seeyouincourtassholes.. its far from over.

Shopping with AliExpress was time wasted full of frustration! 😭😡😡😡AilExpress had charged my debit card but for a long week, my order still said awaiting payment. I contacted the seller and communicated with the platform services for a long week. The seller is pointing fingers to the platform service, the platform service is pointing finger to my credit card company...... Now my Credit card was charged, but still no merchandise. Don't shop here, shopping with AliExpress was time wasted full of frustration!!!!😭😡😡😡

DO NOT EVER BUY THERE! I have been a customer for about 3 years. I used to buy many buts and bobs. When I finally got some more expensive things after they came I realized how poor quality these were. Now what happens is that I receive refund to my OLD bank. Ali stated it's the only way. I was provided with some numbers my bank refused to use and stated they will kick back the money to the seller. AliExpress after 2 conversations stated there isn't another way to pay me than to send to old account (which I will never receive) and, watch out, THERE IS NO CONTACT TO MANAGEMENT, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CONTACT THAN WITH AGENTS ON CHAT. Agents that keep repeating learnt rules and have no decisive power. AliExpress is now going to receive my money as there is no other way to deliver MY OWN MONEY to myself. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THINGS OF A REALLY LITTLE VALUE.

Awful service, and bad web. I have paid 88.1 euro for a set of flower vase in 12. Nov. 2019. But The products arrived at the local post office , and I have to paid 42 euro for tax before I can receive the parcel. I don’t want to pay for the tax, so the post office rejected to pass the parcel to me ,and they said that they will directly return it back to the seller and they don’t have any documents to me. Then I open the dispute on AliExpres and informed the seller immediately, after that AliExpress robot serviser sent me the notification that I have to provide the retun parcel logistics number. I went back to the post office to ask for it. But the post office said they don’t have that and they never give out any documents for those case. I came backed to AliExpress online service again and told they that I have never recieve the parcel and I can not provid any documents. but the Aliexpress online service did not reply me and just transferd my money to the seller and made my “ dispute finished “. So Whatever how many times that I have contact with the service center and the seller. I still lost 88. 1 euro. I don’t know how can AliExpress just do that???? and what can I do to get my money back?

Held at customs over 200€ sent all paper work waited over 2 months opened a dispute and my claim is invalid so they keep my money and I still haven't received the goods they have also removed live chat so you can't contact them no more aliexspress for me lesson learnt
