“I ordered men's clothing and got clothing to fit a child and they refuse to refund me my money they keep arguing there point that I'm wrong and there right instead of owning up to there mistake and refunding me I highly do not recommend this site to anyone”

“AliExpress I don't regulate. The Kvoly Transporters, and the Merchant I have contributed to finance. When I learned from being lost by a slavehouse, I opened the dispute that the trader dismissed. There are two tyzdne to riesim, without a cases. AliExpress Veob Knot Protect, and Help by His Help. I have a contract with a bad courier society. Never over them, do not decide. There is only poor quality, cheap goods in Chine. Do not steal the environment. I'm most mischery.”

“Steer well clear of Aliexpress. The site is a haven for scammers. I purchased a Wireless air duster on the site and received a roll of sticky tape. Aliexpress were no help and I had to go through Paypal in order to get a refund. I then found that shipping the tape back to the seller was going to cost double the amount of the refund.”

“There are some sellers running a scam on AliExpress where you buy something they produce fake tracking then after time claim it’s getting sent back to them because no one was home to receive it they then charge you for the return postage I have been fighting Aliexpress for two months to get my money back this is left me stressed angry and frustrated there is no buyer protection only protection to the seller”

“Anonymis. I have ordered before and 1 order came damaged. Of course they blamed the carrier. I should not have ordered again. This time they doubled billed me and I have not received order. Impossible to talk with anyone. They know all the tricks. You have been warned like I was. This my fault”

“There customer service is zero, mostly by email, only chat rarely canbe connected. Their customer service provided solution is impossible, for instance, give you one day to return the goods for refund, but their so called free return label no post office would accept. Big liers.”

“Just Appalling Have sent numerous emails and damaged items pics after receiving on the day our Damaged order.Items were only in a plastic bag with NO protection wrap.Elli Express or the items supplier will NOT RESPOND. Shame on the company not supporting a valued customer.”

“Everything that can go wrong, has gone wrong. AliExpress is trash. It takes MONTHS to "receive" orders. IF you even receive them. Can't get in touch with sellers because they DONT ANSWER! BEWARE OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“I placed on order in Dec 2021 for two mirrors and a cellphone case, it was paid through Paypal. The order for mirrors were cancelled. Items never shown up on my account. All items where deleted. The money was taken out of my account. I received on one refund for $23.77. Message that they were having website problems !! I sent a number of request with no answers. I will no longer do business with AliExpress !!”

“The other day I received my order. I liked everything very much. I was just delighted. The clothes are of good quality, everything is very neatly packed, looks exactly like in the photo, it can only differ in shade. I really like that the assortment is large, in one place you can order everything you need.”

“IMPORTANT: this is for the site itself..not the sellers....Not able to get anyone from customer service. The refund system they have is TERRIBLE and while they will let you know when a package is shipped, that is where it ends. IF there is a problem with the shipping (as was the case for me), it is up to you to check on their site if it was returned. If you do not check, you will not know. And then if you still want said returned package, it is not simply a matter of resending. You need to cancell the order, and then reorder the item... VERY COMPLICATED SITE AND ORDERING SYSTEM”

“The two biggest things wrong are their descriptions and the quality of the merchandise. The descriptions are more times than not exaggerated false, and the quality is as a rule subpar. Much of Amazon's products are made in China BUT under the supervision of Western countries. What you get on AliExpress are the leftovers.”
