I am having the terrible experience on two products I purchased from Ali express. First, I bought a VK world S8 mobile phone for ÂŁ122.00 + Tax. On testing the phone, I found it has faulty GPS when informed the seller and opened a return case. I was told the post the phone back to the seller in china on my own cost. I was not offered any cost towards the postage at all. I went to post office and I was told that it does come under prohibited item because of the lithium battery so I cannot sent it . Informed Aliexpress and asked them for collection or any other alternate but unfortunately because their useless customer services they favoured dodgy seller by releasing the funds and kept me on false hope for months. Then I decided not buy any phone from aliexpress again. I did not use the service for the long time. Later on, I started buying electronics components which of lower values. It worked ok for small transactions. Now I am again in the same trap when I purchase and replacement screen about ÂŁ12.82. Seller has sent me a screen with dead pixels and it is also previously marked by the seller which shows that seller knew it before it was despatch. I opened return and seller tried manipulating through messaging to emphasise to close the return. I was obviously looking the response from customer services and guess what same thing, Ali express instructed to post back the item to chine on my expense and here I am in the same trap. Why would I pay for postage it should be provided by the seller as it is his responsibility to take the faulty item back. I am again being given false hope from Aliexpress that higher team is looking into it... Eventually they realise the fund to another scammer and I will be left with the faulty product. Another advise never buy any seeds of plants from aliexpress, you will always receive Chinese weed and not the same plant as advertised . Shame on Aliexpress obliging the scammers again.

Too bad, my chat records disappeared when I need it to fight back a bad seller on Aliexpress. How was that happen? I talk to some friends seller could pay for deleting or changing chat record to support their sides. Anybody knows about this?

Package didn´t arrived. Seller (Korea tools store) wasn´t cooperative. And Aliexpress after several chats reject my compliant without any refund. Therefore: Aliexpress NEVER AGAIN!!

Do NOT trust anything you read on their website. Guarantee delivery time means nothing. Dispute resolution means nothing. If you enjoy being frustrated, giving money away and getting nothing in return, you will love Ali Express. I wish I read the reviews here before dealing with this scam of a company.

Terrible user interface on this site. The vendor sent the item to the wrong address. Are you kidding me? Took a loonnnnnggg time to get the refund issued. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Got some wallpaper/mural printed. The quality was terrible, the image stretched and blurry and there were staples in the middle of it. I have 97 purchases with Aliexpress and never placed a refund request before. So I'm not exactly dodgy. Anyway they declined my refund. Impossible to get hold of. Really hard to place a request for a refund (you haev to have photos and shrink all the photos and the whole thing times out. Basically they make it super difficult and dont refund you anyway). Buyer beware if your shopping on Aliexpress keep it to under $20USD and that way its not a huge loss when you get ripped off. Bye Bye Ali. Shitty customer service.

Don’t bother using. Dispute department is a three ring circus. Full of clowns. Product doesn’t arrive yet you feel like your put on trial and have to investigate delivery. Customer service is well below par.

I was given a coupon which expired right after signing up. It was a "new customer coupon". Who has ever heard of such a thing expiring, in the first place? Shouldn't it be placed on your order immediately? I went to their customer service and the moron there tried to explain that this was normal, then kept posting an image of the coupon back to me when I implied that it was super suspicious that the coupon expired exactly 24 days, 12 hours, and 45 minutes after it was generated. I found that so specific that it seemed almost designed to expire upon getting it. He couldn't understand. The whole experience was ridiculous. Why make a first-time customer coupon which expires, and does so immediately? Why go through the pretense of pretending that it's common practices to have such specific expiration dates?

I would give them zero if I could. I ordered an Autumn winter dress 12/02/2018, they took my money and never deliver to me. nobody answered your question, nobody responded your email. Dont know what's the problem with this rediculous website.

Faulty product, yet cannot return it due to higher than the purchase price shipment cost. The seller and aliexpress dont care about it!

The website sells a lot of good stuff at cheap prices. I buy from them a lot. Most of the time I receive the items okay, and that's why I keep buying from them. However, if something's lost in the mail, and the seller drags his/her feet in refunding you, good luck getting Aliexpress to solve the problem for you promptly. They are not Ebay or Amazon, their standard for customer service is low. So low that it makes you shake your head.

AliExpress has supplied all of the products for my online bow business. My advice is to look at reviews of the products and pictures that actual people post in the reviews of the products. There are times where I can get a product for super cheap so I will bite the bullet and buy it to see the quality myself. I use to use them for drop shipping, but the shipping time for customers was too long. Sometimes they would have the item in 8 or 9 days and other times they would have it in 3-4 weeks. I couldn't guarantee delivery times so I keep inventory now. Like with other companies that ship their stuff from china, shipping times take awhile and look at the product reviews. I have only had an issue with kids clothing, it tends to either be fat and wide or really thin material. I would recommend AliExpress if you can wait on their shipping!

Never purchase from "QCY Official Store" on Ali Express. If you ever get product like a pair of earphone which do not work, Ali Express will favour the seller and not refund you your money even if you provide evidence! Absolutely abhorrent customer service. They don't even understand the issue properly, just directly side with the seller.

Buyer beware! The item I purchased didn’t fit and was grossly too small. Color black but photo showed item grey. Material was like paper not quality material. Slow shipping. Took weeks to receive. The day I received it I requested a return label to return the item. They refused. I had to fill out a disputed firm on line. They required photos of “the evidence”. I provided everything they asked for and more. They refused to let me return it or obtain s refund. No customer service. They make you upload photos and waste your time going through this make believe dispute process, all the while knowing they have no intention to make things right. Its a scam! I will never order any thing from here again. Shame.

NO REFUND PLease have CAUTION with this seller( Plasma Queen), They do not stand by their word when they say they will give you a refund (returned items to seller) . even when you have all documentation to prove and you file a dispute. Ali Express requested all info and was provided. Still nothing. As buyer with NO product and NO refund of $270.39. I am very disappointed in their lack of business integrity .

Aliexpress's limited dispute period does not help at all because majority products will show some defects after using for a while which will easily pass disputed period. After that period, customers are unable to go thru Aliexpress to write down helpful feedback information to help future buyers. After that period, customers can only write down text messages to original sellers. However, original sellers disregard these messages by replying an automatic default message. It is really ridiculous. For example, I bought two 30W LED Lights (SJLA Warranty 5Year Waterproof IP66 Outdoor Wall Garden Spot Refletor Exterior Security Foco Lamp 110V 220V 100W Led Flood Light). One life was 6 months and other life stays 10 months. Both stay less than 1 year and I should get warranty. I keep calling the seller sales number 00860 400-0760-230/011860 400-0760-230 which is printed in the product warranty paper, I got same answer "Sorry, line is busy" and then disconnected. I think it is a fake number. It is the AliExpress issue, a loophole, which does not diligently support customers to let seller utilize this loophole of AliExpress policy. If there was a zero star selection, I will select zero start for AliExpress.
