attention no customer service worthy of the name I ordered a refurbished Iphone 6s from Aliexpress. The package arrived in my mailbox, and the horror when I opened my locked box the package had been opened by I do not know who and the iPhone was no longer in the package. Aliexpress refuses to reimburse me and tells me to make do with the post office. I do not recommend ordering expensive items from Aliexpress because in the event of a problem, this merchant completely accepts no responsibility.

This company is incredibly cheap! I ordered a bunch of 15 sheets of japanese paper...all fake! It is an awful copy of japanese patters. And worst, the sheets have a horrible chemical smell! And my review is not accepted....I receive a message this service is unavailable...trying again...

I have bought japanese paper. All fake! Not japanese at all...the quality is AWFUL, and the paper has a horrible chemical smell...not recommend Ali Express at all.

Did not receive item, and the dispute service is a joke. You have no real way to actually contact aliexpress directly. The sellers are not shipping items. It has become really bad. The ratings for the sellers are not being posted so you end up taking a chance. Then they want you to wait 60 day be for you file a dispute, only to wait another 30 or so days for a decision on whether they will decide to send you back your money.

...--5 STARS REAL TALK!!!! I placed an order for a drone 11/20/19. Post office claims that the address to be delivered was half way across the country. And of course because of privacy laws they cant say where. These guys are good....at scamming! No customer service. Double talked me, sent email saying drones tested unacceptable, but yet sent package that tracking said came to me, but was delivered on the east coast. I'm in the midwest! Luckily I payed through paypal!! So they are going to bat for me. USE PAYPAL!!! They'll get tired of flipping the bill and put em outta business!

I don’t want to even leave a one star rating as Aliexpress customer service doesn’t rate at all!! Utterly unprofessional and customer service non existent. My mother returned her faulty phone and received no refund as it was apparently ‘lost’ in transit. So nearly two years later we are still waiting for contact from ‘customer service’ for a refund or a new phone. Please be aware if this company because they don’t want to know you or assist you if something goes wrong!! Poor form from an international business

Been dealing with a lost package for a month the seller takes days to respond only to say the same thing over again and Aliexpress does not take responsibility on it! This is ridiculous it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last, I paid for my package and no one could do anything about it, delivery company, seller or AliExpress! This would’ve never happened with Amazon”

AliExpress customer service is totally unacceptable. I ordered a WiFi extender for a family member in New Zealand ( I am based in the E.U.) After asking the seller,for the second time, when he would be shipping out he said in 3 days max.He issued a tracking number the next day. only to find that a day after he had cancelled shipment without notifying me.My messages went unanswered and then I decided to contact AliExpress customer service.They assured me that they would tell the seller that I wanted to cancel.I then ordered with another seller who promptly shipped out within a few hours ( item received ) Family member is still waiting for the initial, unwanted now WiFi extender which the seller sneakily re-shipped a day before I could open a dispute. I have de-activated my AliExpress account etc There are some good sellers at AliExpress - the one star review is for AliExpress' customer service. Doing my shopping at Banggood now

Ordered a dress that was supposed to be loose and made from different materials in different shades -- a lovely dress. What I received after 2 months of excuses was absolutely NOT what I ordered and paid for. This shady dealer sent the most flimsy small dress in none of the colors or style. If it were your only dress, you still wouldn't wear it. No help from the Aliexpress. Bait and switch. Many bad reviews for that seller and the Aliexpress still lets them sell and cheat people.

I placed an order for a Beelink GT-King Android Box from the Home Trends Store on Aliexpress, date Nov 11, 2019 (Order No: Order No: 8005648836976810). The seller gave me a fake tracking number that never showed any updates, and refused my request to cancel. Eventually I was forced to raise a dispute with Aliexpress, but Aliexpress decided I need to wait and eventually their tracking system, SHOCKINGLY, claimed I had received the product on December 12, 2019. Home Trends, who have received 44 complaints in the past month, never responded to my dispute, and instead asked me to accept that I had received the order. They look to be complete frauds. But unfortunately, Aliexpress keeps rejecting my dispute. They have failed to ask Home Trends for any proof or evidence of shipment to my address/name or delivery. They have even gone ahead and released the payment! I am shocked! I raised a second dispute, but Aliexpress rejected it again. This is fraud! I paid US$126.18.
