I received broken headphones. Not working from the very start. They refused refund. Never again they will see my money

I placed an order on aliexpress and paid $319 which is a huge amount. The same day I was informed that the product was out of stock. If the product was out of stock why did they taken payment and not mentioned on their site about non-availability of product, even when I visited the site before placing the order there it was mentioned that 58 pieces are available due to which I ordered that. Then I canceled the order by giving the reason as "PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK" but the seller didn't confirm it and I have to wait for 10 days to close my order and after my order was closed, I waited for 5 days to get my money back. After getting my money back I ordered again the same product from other seller and paid $319 and again faced the same problem that the product was out of stock but on site, it was showing 981 pieces available. Now, again I have to wait for 15-20 days to get my money back. I recommend everyone not to buy goods from this site because you will not be sure of getting the product also after paying money. After paying money they will inform you that the product is out of stock and you have to wait for 15-20 days to get your money back. So please don't let them play with your money because your money is valuable. Don't take the risk and use other sites instead of ALIEXPRESS PLEASE. This site also not deserves 1 star, negative stars are more appropriate.

I have never complained or said anything bad for all these years with my online order experience. So far even the goods that came and not to my expectation, I usually just accept it and says it's ok but never given anyone one star. But this time, I don't think Aliexpress deserves even one star actually. ZERO is more appropriate. I have ordered more than 20 items in Aliexpress and out of those 20 orders, 5 orders was a dispute as it came totally whole different item which I did not order and of no use for. I pay for the tax to get the wrong item that was sent to me is one thing. Open a dispute and asked for the refund with all the photos evidence send and was rejected and only one or two was refunded half of the amount. As if it was my mistake. Very very disappointed. Will delete Aliexpress and never use them ever again. Though some of the sellers there are good and reliable but with the bad experience, I face when having a dispute, it was not handled professionally especially when it was not my mistake at all. To all the good sellers who are affected in losing customers in Aliexpress, please go somewhere else. WISH is a good place for sellers and they handle professional when you have a dispute.

I wish I could give them zero star Horrible customer service Don’t buy them nothing because they have refund policy but is fack ...they don’t give your money back if you want to return for some reason Their customer service (eva) is robot...😡😡😡you can not deal with that Any way just watch out they have not good customer service

I have been shopping on Aliexpress since 2016 and many of the sellers I bought from within the first year were honest , sold items consistent with the description and promptly refunded money for broken items etc. However, in the last year or so, the platform has been flooded with con-artists/scammers who use bait and switch to sell items that are far from their description or really crappy low quality items you can’t even use, or with clothing items , fall apart after one wash. Then when paying a higher fee for faster delivery (e-packet or DHL) some sellers decide to pocket the shipping fee and send by China post (2+months ) without your consent . The prices for goods have also increased astronomically while the quality has decreased ten fold. Customer service is non-existent and the aliexpress judgement for disputes is almost always in favour of the seller unless you have a Gold level membership. Gold members always get their money back like I have except every time I open a dispute my membership level goes down by almost 200 points, then another 100 or so by leaving a justified negative review, which incidentally does not get published. I feel bad for the few merchants who do a great job selling quality goods at reasonable prices but you will be returning several items (at your cost ) before meeting a reliable and honest seller. Too bad they don’t filter out the scammers from the honest ones. Totally UNFIT for international trade and commerce. Beware of the hundreds and thousands of positive reviews posted by members from Eastern European countries ; many get paid and receive free items in exchange for posting on their blog and leaving great reviews. Always look for reviews posted by North Americans - they’re usually spot on, though sometimes you won’t find enough to convince you to buy.

AliExpress is a very good site for dropshipping. But it have over 85% of really bad suppliers who their not looking into & fixing. Buyers sometimes wait over 8 days for their item to be shipped, just to receive a message from the bad supplier saying " dear friend sorry this item is out of stock or this item has bad quality can you cancel using other reason" like why should you tell me what option to use to cancel a order that I waited over a week for. I have to right to select "out of stock" that's what you told me. ALIEXPRESS NEED TO LOOK INTO CUSTOMERS REVIEWS & FIX ALOT OF BAD SUPPLIERS THATS NOT USING THEIR PLATFORM!

Aliexpress has terrible customer services, cannot contact by phone, they don't respond to your message in facebook. They only protect their sellers not the buyers, if you leave a 1 star feedback, it will not be posted on their website, you will see mostly 4 - 5 stars feedbacks. If they seller send you the wrong item you are forced to accept it. Take your own risk to purchase from them.

A seller never sent goods. Tracking shows delivery failed even though no delivery was made. The appeal process is extremely frustrating. No goods and yet they took my money. No human interaction. Do not trust them.

Continued to charge me in spite of "CLOSED ORDER due to SECURITY REASON". Refused to take any responsibility of reversing charges by 1st refusing to admit I was charged in spite of detailed account activities from official statement I submitted. Then their scripted reply requested "official bank statement with bank signature" as proof I was charged. And according the the rep, the signature must be of the bank's President. Outrageously incompetent and complete fraud.

I ordered 1 Item, I was Charged for 5 of the same Item!! Tried to cancel order since I saw my bank account, and they wouldnt cancel or refund! They wanted me to call my bank, if I do that I have no debit card for 10 days! What a 1 star Company!!! They will Rob you!!!

You can only provide feedback for 30 days after receiving a product. I purchased this product: LED Grow Light 5/10/15/18/27W Full Spectrum Plant Lamp Dual Three Head for Indoor Greenhouse Grow Tent Plants Grow Light Adapter from the CAIYUE Factory Store. At first the lights were great, but then after a few months, they stopped working. The seller refused to honour the warranty. While I have gotten good things from aliexpress, do not expect them to honour warranties. I have been working with aliexpress for 3 months to get the warranty honoured and nothing has come of it. I have no recourse. This seller will continue to have high ratings even though her product is faulty and her warranty is not true.

When you have problems, you will find it very hard to get resolution. The system is extremely complicated. Automated customer services is little help to none, you have to repeatedly ask the robots same questions until you get a screen prompts to conect to a live agent. Yes, you will find low price for most of items, but not all of items are that low price inclined. I found that it's not worth of my time to buy from aliexpress anymore because of almost nonexistent in real customer services and the risk of non- delivery. Here is my real experience. I ordered a sleeping pant on January for 17 dollars. 2 days after seller updated me with a tracking number shipped overseas. I could not get any tracking status update by using the tracking number. Waited 3 months nothing showed up never got the pants I ordered. I requested a refund and I have to wait for 3 more days, because seller was not nice enough to agree even though she told me she agreed to refund me in the messages. So I hope you have a general idea of how is aliexpress. I will not seek for cheapie anymore.

I have asked 4 times for a replacement keyboard or a refund under the guarantee they advertise. I have not heard back ONCE This is totally annoying and bad business. I would not recommend this business. Stay away from this company based in China.

I’ve ordered quite a few pieces of clothing from them over the years and it’s hit or miss. Some items were great, especially for the price. Others looked nothing like the picture and were terribly made. What I DO love though is the jewelry and the glue-on nails! All the jewelry I’ve ordered so far has been fantastic and I save loads of money buying the glue on nails from them rather than from Walgreens or Beauty supply stores

I have ordered from Aliexpress many times. It's quite cheap and the items usually as described (I usually order from larger sellers). I have received every product I ordered. Delivery time is usually pretty long though, some products may be poor quality (but it depends on the product). Overall I had a positive experience.

just for the review it is worth one star. ordered eye glasses , first time instead of reading I received for distance and it bothered my eyes outdoors. second time got discount from seller for just new lenses correct for reading. instead of e.pachet ... seller saved few cents and shipped air mail. when I received the lenses after installing them on my old frame I found I could not read ... blury and poor quality . both times I do not get my money back. they are a bunch of layers!
