“Most of Ali express's merchants are out of the United States. That is why you get such a good deal on the merchandise. However they give them 2-3 weeks to process your orders and then another 8 weeks for delivery. almost 3 months to receive your order and the website will say 12-21 days! Very few merchants are honest about their shipping times so don't buy something with the intent of receiving it any time soon. Read the reviews carefully! A good rating does not mean they are reputable! I read the negative reviews too late and now regret having to wait 6 months for Ali to fix shady merchants attempts to scam money from me...”

“Don't buy with this website, Aliexpress is not good side. please keep this is mind this people will not refund if something happen. I dispute the order as it was not came on time, Ali customer service just talk every time and make request of refund but they never game me. I spend one month to get my money back but not yet received. dont buy ....please do not buy this people are cheater ...”

“Aliexpress is lying to its customers. The order does not arrive at the specified time on the site. Money does not want to return them. The dispute takes time. Sellers do what they want - they extend the waiting time. They will not categorically return the money, even if the waiting time has already expired. I do not recommend ordering on Aliexpress”

“Worst customer service ever, they are helpless all they say is : they are sorry, they are buyer too. It’s just waist of time Contracting them, Dispute centre: this department is worst than customer service, I purchased several items, the seller cheated, and this centre has done nothing about that, I provided evidence, looks like they are blind. Management: I sent several e-mails regarding my problems, I got no responses, well I shouldn’t be surprised. Sellers: there are bunch of fake sellers, some make you wait 15 days( after you paid for the item) to ship it, and when the buyer wants to cancel it because of such a long processing item, AliExpress doesn’t refund you, the seller has to agree, otherwise you get nothing back( they are part of same team). It’s 100 times safer and faster to buy on Amazon or EBay, much, much better customer service, they can talk and help right away!!!”

“Purchased 2 x Powerbanks from a seller for our children for Christmas Service and disputes team never got back to us Disgusting service - we have been purchasing through aliexpress for years and 1st dispute and no-one there cares- they closed dispute even though we sent proof that the powerbanks never had batteries and did not work as advertised Shame on you aliexpress- never trust aliexpress again- better service through amazon Order: Order ID: 507207962075921”

“Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van de goederen is goed. Service van Ali Express is prima. Bij een dispuut krijgt de klant vrijwel altijd gelijk, tenzij je zelf echt fout zit natuurlijk. Een dispuut wordt altijd opgelost door geld terug te storten. Levering duurt lang maar dat komt door de manier van verzenden en de kosten die men daar voor rekent (zit in de prijs of wordt apart berekend). Nooit iets retour sturen want dan betaal je zelf de verzendkosten en die zijn naar China niet misselijk. De douane kan roet in het eten gooien ivm de invoerrechten maar daar kan Ali niets aan doen.”

“Three things - 1) I'm not 100% certain, but given that my credit card information is only available to a limited number of fairly long-time vendors it's hard to not be concerned about this company when your bank reissues your credit card suddenly due to suspicious activity. 2) The delivery time is long. You're going to wait a long time to get your stuff (because it's coming directly from China). 3) After you wait a very long time, there's a good chance that you're not going to get what you ordered. You ask for a refund and it says you have to upload an image as PROOF that it's wrong. Then, it says you'll probably (probably???) have to pay for return shipping as indicated by the seller. This could be to China. Anyways, your mileage may vary, but at least you've been warned ;)”

“I ordered 1 baby shark back pack and you charged me for 4 of them I had to cancel my card because the bank said you tried to charge me a 5th time but the funds were unavailable there is NO number to call you I've already put in a complaint and haven't heard ANYTHING from aliexpress”

“Terrible. Buyer protection is a joke if you need to rely on it. Expects buyer to provide evidence to prove non-delivery, which is impossible, rather than expecting seller to prove delivery (easy through providing signature on receipt.)”

“Purchased an RC car motor (HobbyWing Ezrun) December 12. The sent wrong size. I sent them proof from their own web site that they did not send the size I ordered. They continued to insist that I had ordered incorrect size. Only resolution they offered was for me to return at my expense (cost $27). This is NOT acceptable and I will NOT do business with them again. Fortunately I purchased via PayPal and they resolved it to my satisfaction”

“o start with when I messaged the seller asking them to exchange my items the seller was super rude about it by saying it is my fault that I have ordered the wrong size and refused to exchange the item. Once Aliexpress got involved, it was even more dissatisfying than the customer as they have sent me an email saying, “Solutions: Option 1: Full refund 23.12 USD without returning goods” However, later on sent another email asking for my tracking shipment for the returned item! This is the first and last time I will ever be using Aliexpress, as I am very disappointed in their inaccuracy with the emails!! And both Aliexpress and the seller knew if I were to ship back the item it will cost me a lot and therefore I wouldn’t. The seller said, “Hi you make the wrong ,it will waste a lot of shipping money for you to shipping back the shoes.” Unbelievable customer service on both aliexpress and the seller part never will be ordering from the site or aliexpress again!”

“Aliexpress is one of the Scam sites i ever saw. The products are low quality and the sending broken items. Trying to get a refund or return an item is impossible. They drag you on days and days, tell you to send pictures and the site does not upload pictures. and take the seller's side, return the item with our money, which cost us twice the item price for shipping. Then they close the dispute and you cannot get a refund. Total BS Aliexpress”

“I'm a long term Aliexpress customer. I used to be happy with the service. However last 6 months their quality of service has really gone down despite growing prices. You order product and seller never ships it and holds your money for more than 2 months untill you open a dispute. Jack Ma can give plenty of inspirational talks, but if his company doesn't customer the basic service then he should shut up and go back to drawing board. Personally I'm gonna look for other service.”

“Do not buy anything from ALIEXPRESS!! It's a BIG scam!!! They charged my credit card for $65 and never sent my order to me. When i tried to reach out the seller, they gave just stupid smily faces. NEVER order from them!!! I em going to put a bad review everywhere possible.”

“I purchased 2 keychains from Ali-Bag Company Store in July 2018 but received only one. They ignored my repeated refund requests. They are very dishonour people. I will never buy anything from this seller. Wondering why AliExpress still allow these bad apples using your platform to sell their products. I will keep on writing bad reviews on them.”
