AliExpress Buyer Protection is a LIE, don't get burned Order 8015154536386455 Seller attempted to extort more money after sale was completed and paid. They sent package postage due, which caused a result only on AliExpress website of "customs is holding the package". Curiously, when I inquired at the post office, they have no record of the package at all. Ali says I have to get "official document", but there's nothing to get and they are refusing to honor their buyer protection. It's just an endless loop of dispute, deny, appeal, deny, repeat. I think the "tracking number" is fake since post office has no records. Please don't waste your time with AliExpress, you'll get burned.

Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times. I placed an order early April and was originally told 30-60 days for delivery. At 60 days I received an email saying shipping time was extended another 30 days. It's now been 100 days and AliExpress is refusing a refund. Which according to their own policy I am owed. The tracking very clearly says it's not even in the US and has not arrived in "destination country." They keep asking me to wait and to check with my local office? Um, no. Now they aren't even responding to my inquiry. The seller is refusing to help saying it's not their problem. Now I'm having to open a dispute with my credit card, which is a total PITA. I don't even know why I placed this order because I know it's just going to be cheap junk. Lesson learned.

I purchased an item that stated free shipping on checkout. Yet they have charged $10 for shipping costs without my knowing or authorisation. There should be a law against this, it should not be allowed!

I never recived the items for this store. Do not buy there! After you purschase they don't care of the costumer and you can't call them.

A lot of difficulties to comunicate . Unfairness ,...aliexpress decides whenever they want not to refund an item you never received . Bad experience .. not to trust

Aliexpress is at fault for: 1. False advertisement. Aliexpress guarantees a full refund if we do not receive an item in a certain amount of time. Before COVID19, it was 60 days, and now it is 90 days. They are never honoring this guarantee. This is a false advertisement practice, and they should remove it. 2. Aliexpress has business process loopholes that vendors can take advantage of buyers, and Aliexpress enables them to run scams. One of these loophole-scams practiced by vendors is to send the wrong items (usually an inferior item), then forcing the buyer to accept it. For example, if the buyer is paying for Item+++ the seller is sending the Item+; the buyers orders a horse, and he is getting a pony! Upon delivery and buyers complain, the buyer is offering to fix the issue asking the buyer to send back the item, with the return shipping costs paid 100% by the buyer, or to keep the received item and accept a partial refund that's the price difference between the Item+ and Item+++. As buyers don't have the same "economies of scale" price advantages from shipping providers, this venue of resolving the conflict is never acceptable for buyers from North America. In these situations, the only reasonable solution is for the buyer should receive a full refund, as they still will need to buy the Item+++ or for the vendor to support the whole ship-back costs. Aliexpress is systemically accepting the only dispute resolution for the buyer to accept the price difference (AKA, the buyer just bought a pony that he does not need, and still need to buy a horse) or ship back the item to the vendor on buyer's cost. I have been abused by Aliexpress several times on both types of accounts mentioned above.

60% of orders never arrive out of the 40% remaining, 3 out of 4 arrive late....very late. Communication with sellers is HORRENDOUS...they spin lies/excuses trying to drag out transaction until you cannot claim. Unpredictable and unreliable - there are a few good sellers but unless you buy from multitudes of them, its hard to determine which they are.

DO NOT TRUST NEVER RECEIVED 90 days have passed and nothing reeceived yet....REFUND NOT RECEIVED!!!!!support sucks they play with you... I will never suggest to anyone to buy from ALIEXPRESS....Avoid it for your safety...worse site EVER!!!!!1

Really unsatisfied with this online Web business. I purchased many products already that never came and when I tried to report them and open a dispute the help center didn't check them at all and favor the seller so I lost time and money. The most recent thing has been a product that got sent to another country for wich I gave proof and still they solve the dispute in sellers favour. Just unbelievable. This was for me the las straw. I'm never buying a thing from this website.

Extremely bad customer service. Their online sellers are all scammers!! Be warned!! Ordered $200 items that never arrived and zero refund. Told it will take 90 days to verify dispute.

This is a terrible company. Their website for dispute is difficult to navigate. You paid for items that never arrived and there no way to get your money back! Be careful when you buy anything from AliExpress! Anything more than $5 is and shipping is a definite no! They have no communication and never answer your questions!

A buyer for 6y + overall I have had more than 60% of sales of dubious descriptions and quality that I have opened a dispute. Now with Covid delays Ali extend the buyer protection if not delivered ontime or not as described from 60 days to 90 days. I had opened disputes because protection time had expired and Ali system automatically flags your purchase as delivered, so you need to keep track of where delivery is. My opinion is dont buy expensive products on ali because in my experience of several hundreds of purchases the large priced items are 85% more likely to be copies of a branded product that they just copied and made with inferior parts and materials. Clothes and shoes dont last long and ALL the shoes I bought have fallen apart within 6 months and are of poor quality material. Ali has many useful small price items but beware of claims regarding the material they are made from. Ali is useful for my hobby supplies and for all the years I have less than 5 suppliers that I trust and have repeated business but thats from hundreds of different suppliers. So new comers tread careful and if you ask a pre-sales question about an item and dont get a response from the seller its 95% chance that the same seller wil be problomatic after you buy. So ask specific questions like is it real stainless steel because a simple test is a magnet will not stick but you get some mixed steel (magnetic) thats chrome plated as an example. Test a seller with questions before you buy...in the end it helps your chance of a dispute refund but having said that if you choose refund and no return because its not as described Ali now rules you return for a refund but the cost of post is not economical so consider that also when you buy. I have been as neutral as i can be be but pass my years of experiences to the community. ..... Oh and those cheap watches, they are just that cheap and nasty with many showing chrono functions but the face just is a non working and just tells the time with no other small hands moving...so ask the simple stupid questions before you buy. Most of the photos are altered to look nice and high tech compared to what you get in your hand....just dont be naive and trusting and understand the mentality is that they will cheat you if you allow it. sadly as I said i have found just a few worthy suppliers over the years that are honest and think about word of mouth referrals. anther point is many sellers dont have stock but are drop shipping so some orders take many days or weeks before dispatch...Good luck!!!!

TOSPRA Dropshipping Store. AVOID THIS STORE. To cut a long story short I paid for an item, they refuse to send it. Originally lied and told me they had sent it even with a travking number, but they hadn't. Basically stole my money

I opened dispute because I never receive my order and aliexpress cs just made up store by saying: The tracking information shows that the package has arrived at your local post office and waited for your collection. It’s clearly no shipping information at all. They refuse to refund and released the money to seller. This is not the only one since I did a lots of transaction with them and still waiting for 95 transactions to come. Not a safe place to buy anymore. No customer support, no buyer protection.

Did not receive the item at all.Could not track the item.My refund is over a month over do.No customer service response.This company has about as much truth and integrity as the bruce lee one inch punch,zero.Do your self a favour pretend they don,t exist.

Please don't make the same mistake I did. Products are poor quality, reviews on products are automatic generated and false. I had many issues with multiple items, sellers can just remove your review and close the claim with help of Aliexpress. Please be smart, purchase on Amazon or another place but not marketplace from China.

The stole 98.99 dollars from me, I was expecting 3 months the item and now the don’t answer my messages. In 2 of them they don’t show status of my orders. In the other they sent a message asking if I liked it when I haven’t received it. I can’t select option I haven’t received it. Ali express is scam. Don’t buy anything from there. They will take your money and don’t even respond.

Don't order from here any valuable item, they not going to deliver. Also, they support fake "official" stores. Avoid them, or just order items with very low value, up to 10 USD, nothing more. You will lose money.
